Buran's welcome offer is 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins on the first deposit, with a €20 minimum deposit, 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a €5 maximum bet and 10 days to finish. An older figure of 150% up to €700 quoted elsewhere is wrong. The bigger issue is the licence: CasinoGuru lists Stellar Ltd as operating Buran with no gaming licence, and the site names no regulator. CasinoGuru also counts 96 complaints, 46 of them rejected.
No licence: what is confirmed and what is not
The official domain is burancasino.com. It serves a live casino with slots, live games, table games and poker. The Trustpilot profile and the support address use the same domain.
CasinoGuru names Stellar Ltd, established in 2016, and lists the casino as unlicensed. The home page says fully licensed gambling but gives no regulator and no number, and the terms never name the operating company, only the company operating the Website. Some low-quality pages claim a licence from Anjouan, Curacao or the UKGC. They contradict each other, so we do not use them. In practice, if something goes wrong, there is no named authority to complain to.
Buran is not on the CasinoGuru blacklist and is not closed or rebranded. AskGamblers has removed its review page and LCB has no page for it, so independent coverage is thinner than for most brands.
100% up to €500 and 200 spins: what a deposit gets you
The promotions page lists 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins on the first deposit, claimable once. The minimum deposit for it is €20. Only one bonus can be active at a time. At 100%, a €20 deposit gives €20 of bonus, and the €500 cap needs a deposit of exactly €500. Depositing more earns nothing extra.
How the 200 spins are split across days and which game they are played on is not stated in the terms. Without a spin value we cannot turn the 200 into money. The terms also say minimum and maximum deposits are set at the casino's discretion (clause 6.5), so the €20 floor is not a guarantee.
Residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia are excluded from promotions (clause 7.5). The jurisdiction list in clause 2.3 also bars the UK, the US, Spain and the Netherlands, among others. Germany, France, Italy, Poland and Portugal are not named in the restricted list.
35x on deposit plus bonus: €1,400 on the minimum, €35,000 at the cap
Clause 7.16 sets wagering at 35x on the deposit plus the bonus, and CasinoGuru gives the same. This is heavier than 35x on the bonus alone. With €20 deposited and €20 bonus, the base is €40, so you must bet €1,400. At the cap, €500 plus €500 is €1,000, and 35x of that is €35,000.
The bonus must be wagered within 10 days (clause 7.12, 30 days for sports bonuses), after which the bonus and winnings are voided. Clearing €35,000 in 10 days means about €3,500 of bets per day. For the €20 offer, €1,400 over 10 days is €140 per day.
Free-spin winnings carry 40x. A separate no-deposit bonus also appears in the terms at 40x, but no no-deposit promotion was on the promotions page, so we cannot give an amount.
€5 maximum bet and the 10x cashout cap
With a bonus active, the maximum bet is €5 per bet (clause 7.19). CasinoGuru lists €100, which conflicts, and we use the official €5. At €5 a bet, clearing €1,400 takes at least 280 bets. Exceeding the limit is the classic reason for a confiscated balance, so keep your stake well under it.
The maximum cashout from a deposit bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, and CasinoGuru agrees. A €20 bonus can therefore yield at most €200 withdrawable from bonus play, and the €500 bonus at most €5,000. A no-deposit bonus is capped at 5 times, and no-deposit free-spin winnings at €80.
CasinoGuru has a case from 11 March 2026 in which a German player's €400 withdrawal was cancelled because of the bonus max cashout, and the complaint was rejected. Another German case from 15 March 2026 involved €700 confiscated, of which €590 was recredited after no max-win limit was found in the bonus terms.
Game contribution: slots only, in practice
Slots count 100%, live games 10%, and table and card games 0% (clauses 7.7 to 7.9). Some special games count 50% or 10%. Aviator, Spaceman and Chicken Road are listed at 0%. A long list of slots is banned while a bonus is active (clause 7.10), and we did not copy it, so check it before playing.
Live casino at 10% means €1,000 of live bets moves the target by only €100. If you prefer roulette or blackjack, this bonus does not fit you. Loyalty points convert to bonus from 100 points, with 35x on the result.
The payment methods excluded from the bonus were not found. Listed methods include Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Revolut and BLIK. Bank card and transfer deposits carry a 15% commission in certain cases where rollover is not met (clause 6.8).
Weekly promotions and withdrawal limits
The promotions page lists a Weekly Reload of 50 free spins, a Weekend Reload of 50% up to €700 plus 50 spins, weekly cashback of 15% up to €3,000 and Live Cashback of 25% up to €200. Sunday Spins gives 20, 50 or 100 spins on Detective Fortune. The Spinoleague tournament has a €12,000,000 pool. Wagering, max bet and validity for these are not stated.
Withdrawals are limited by VIP level: Cadet gets €500 per day and €7,000 per month, Marshal €1,500 and €20,000 (clause 6.11). Requests are processed within 3 business days, staff work Monday to Friday 6:00 to 17:00 GMT, and verification usually takes up to 10 days. You can have at most 3 pending withdrawals, and you must have wagered at least €20 in the calendar month.
The higher VIP levels raise the daily and monthly limits step by step: Lieutenant €500 and €10,000, Commander €800 and €12,000, Captain €1,000 and €15,000. The level is taken from the previous 90 days, and one month without activity drops you to the lowest level. Two further costs sit in the terms: if a deposit has not been rolled over at least once, winnings may be cancelled and the casino keeps 10% of the last deposit (minimum €0.50), and an account with no login for 180 days is charged a €5 monthly fee.

CasinoGuru shows 96 complaints: none open, 50 resolved and 46 rejected. The safety index is 7.4, Above average, and the terms are rated fair with no issues. An earlier record showed 8.2 and listed the terms as unfair, so the current value is used.
Trustpilot gives burancasino.com 2.2 of 5 from 56 reviews, with 73% at 1 star and 23% at 5 stars. Only 4 reviews are from the last 12 months. Cases include a €500 payout pending about two months (December 2025), a withdrawal pending over 15 days (May 2024) and bonus money taken after about €3,500 deposited (April 2024). A CasinoGuru case from December 2025 involved a €500 withdrawal delayed a month, and the player stopped responding.
Responsible gambling tools are thin: no deposit, loss or time limits and no self-exclusion tool are listed, and some players report self-exclusion was refused.
Who the Buran bonus fits
It fits a slots player who accepts the €5 cap, wants to test with the €20 minimum, and treats the €1,400 target as the real price. Plan stakes of €1 to €2 so the 280 bets of €5 become 700 to 1,400 spins over 10 days.
