Our verdict

Buran is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

How Buran got 3.9/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • CasinoGuru Safety Index7.4/10weight 60%

Combined: 7.4/10, shown as 3.9/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Buran, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Buran (burancasino.com) tells visitors it offers fully licensed gambling but names no regulator, no licence number and no operating company, and CasinoGuru lists it as unlicensed under Stellar Ltd, established 2016. The rules, version 1.12 dated 19.08.2026, cap withdrawals by VIP level from €500 a day and €7,000 a month at the bottom (Cadet) to €1,500 and €20,000 at the top (Marshal). CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.4, Above average, with 96 complaints of which 46 were rejected, while Trustpilot shows 2.2 from 56 reviews. A casino with decent index scores, no licence and slow-payout reports needs its clauses read closely.

Fully licensed, says the home page; unlicensed, says CasinoGuru

The home page lists fully licensed gambling among its benefits, but the page shows no authority, number, company name, address or registration. The footer reads only BuranCasino.com and an over-18 notice. The rules refer to the company operating the Website (clause 1.4) without naming it, leave the licence unstated and say only that the applicable Law governs (clause 14.1). English is binding (clause 1.5).

CasinoGuru names Stellar Ltd as owner and operator, established 2016, rates it a very large casino with revenue over €1,000,000 and states that it operates without a gaming licence. AskGamblers' Buran page has been removed, which matters because clause 13.8 sends unresolved disputes to external options linked to AskGamblers. A player has no stated regulator, no stated court and a dispute link that points at a removed page.

The excluded jurisdictions (clause 2.3) number 26 and include the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Cyprus, Curacao, Bulgaria, Romania and Malta. Promotions are separately barred in Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia (clause 7.5).

Five VIP levels, €500 to €1,500 a day

Clause 6.11 sets withdrawal limits by VIP level, per day and per month in euro: Cadet 500 and 7,000, Lieutenant 500 and 10,000, Commander 800 and 12,000, Captain 1,000 and 15,000, Marshal 1,500 and 20,000. The level follows activity over the previous 90 days (clause 6.12), and one month of inactivity drops a customer to the lowest level. CasinoGuru lists the bottom figures, €500 a day and €7,000 a month, as a drawback.

Marshal's monthly cap is about 2.9x Cadet's. A €2,000 win at Cadet level is four days of €500. A €20,000 win takes three months at €7,000 a month, since two months pay only €14,000, but one month at Marshal. Because the level is recalculated from the last 90 days and one month of inactivity drops a customer to the lowest level, a quiet spell can put a player back at the bottom. At the daily cap, Marshal reaches the monthly cap in about 13.3 days and Cadet in 14.

  • Cadet: €500 a day, €7,000 a month.
  • Lieutenant: €500 a day, €10,000 a month.
  • Commander: €800 a day, €12,000 a month.
  • Captain: €1,000 a day, €15,000 a month.
  • Marshal: €1,500 a day, €20,000 a month.

Three business days to process, 10 days to verify

Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days of the request or of the last payout, during staff hours of 6:00 to 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday (clause 6.15). No more than 3 withdrawals can be pending at once (clause 6.13). A request sent on Friday evening starts counting on Monday. The profile data lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, bank and cards at 3 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 5 days.

The sources report slower real payouts. CasinoGuru lists reports of 7 to 14 days or more. Its player reviews include one from Germany reporting a wait of 9 days and one from Slovenia reporting 7 to 9 days. On Trustpilot, a €500 payout was pending about two months in a review of 6 December 2025 and another withdrawal was pending over 15 days in May 2024.

Clause 5.1 asks for certified ID, proof of residence and proof of ownership and transaction history of the payment methods, including bank or card statements. Documents are due within 30 days of the request, and the check usually takes 10 days after complete documents arrive (clause 5.3). Late documents can mean withheld payment, suspension or permanent closure, and phone or face verification may also be required (clause 5.5). In a refund case, missing documents after 30 days forfeit all funds (clause 6.6.4).

Stacking the periods, 10 days of checking plus up to 3 business days of processing means roughly two weeks from complete documents to a payout, before any VIP limit applies.

The 10% and 15% clauses when you cash out before wagering

A deposit must be rolled over once before withdrawal (clause 6.8), and at least €20 must be wagered in the calendar month of the request (clause 6.7). If the wagering falls short, the winnings may be cancelled and the casino keeps 10% of the last deposit, with a minimum of €0.50. Clause 6.8 also contains a 15% commission where the balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer. On a €100 last deposit that is €10 under the first rule and €15 under the second; the text reads as two rules and does not say how they combine.

Deposit limits are not published: the casino sets minimum and maximum deposits at its own discretion (clause 6.5). Chargebacks are prohibited and the player must cover the costs they cause (clause 6.4). Refunds are generally not offered, none after the deposit has been used to bet, and a request must come within 24 hours (clauses 6.6.1 to 6.6.3).

€5 a month after 180 days, and funds that vanish on closure

An account with no login for 180 days is inactive, and a monthly fee of €5 may be charged; if the balance is under €5 the whole balance goes. The casino can change the fee without notice (clause 6.18). A €30 balance would last 6 months of fees.

Closing an account with a positive balance or pending withdrawals voids the funds (clause 3.7). Self-exclusion is requested by email (clause 3.8), and the casino can refuse or close accounts without notice or reason (clause 3.9). Funds credited by mistake can be deducted and treated as debt if already withdrawn (clause 6.20), and promotion abuse or fraud can void winnings and real-money balances (clauses 7.20 and 9.4). A CasinoGuru player review from Greece says a request to close an account because of addiction was refused. Complaints go to the support mailbox (clause 13.1) and escalate to a separate complaints mailbox (clause 13.4); the casino aims to answer within 10 days (clause 13.7).

A €500 welcome offer with 35x wagering and a €5 bet limit

The welcome offer is 100% up to €500 plus 200 spins with a minimum deposit of €20. Wagering is 35x deposit plus bonus within 10 days, the maximum bet is €5 and bonus winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus (clause 7.16 sets both the 35x and the cap). Slots count 100%, live games 10% and table games 0%. The profile figure of 150% up to €700 is outdated. The bonus page has the full terms.

142 providers, 14 languages and no exclusion tool

CasinoGuru counts 142 game providers in its October record (126 earlier) and 23 payment methods (33 earlier). Categories include live casino, crash games, bingo, keno and eSports betting. Our list covers 32 currencies, 28 fiat and 4 crypto. An earlier CasinoGuru record lists live chat 24 hours a day in 14 languages, while the October record shows one. The rise from 126 to 142 providers is 12.7%.

The home page offers only a generic line that gambling can be addictive and a Responsible Gaming link. CasinoGuru lists no deposit, loss or time limits and no self-exclusion tool, and the rules provide self-exclusion only on an email request (clause 3.8).

96 complaints, 46 rejected, and a 2.2 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru's record of 15 October 2026 shows a Safety Index of 7.4 (8.2 earlier), terms rated fair, no blacklist entry and 96 complaints: 0 open, 50 resolved and 46 rejected, so about 48% were rejected. An older record counted 1,502 including related casinos. Cases include one from Germany where €700 was confiscated, with €590 recredited (about 84%) on 15 March 2026 after no maximum win was found in the bonus terms; a €400 withdrawal cancelled on 11 March 2026 under the bonus cashout limit, rejected; and a €500 delay of a month on 7 December 2025. Seen the other way, 50 of 96 complaints (52%) were resolved. The €110 left of the €700 was not returned.

Trustpilot for burancasino.com shows 2.2 from 56 reviews, 73% one-star and 23% five-star, with 4 in the last 12 months. The profile covers burancasino.com, while the rules list support addresses at a different domain, so the match to the official brand is not certain. Trustpilot cases include a bonus taken after about €3,500 deposited (1 April 2024).

Who Buran suits and who should stay away

It suits a player who accepts an unlicensed operator, wins small amounts under €500 a day, and sends documents inside 30 days. It is a poor fit for anyone with a €20,000 win, anyone who may need account closure with money still in it, anyone in the 26 excluded countries, and anyone who wants a named regulator.
