Casumo does not have one welcome offer. AskGamblers lists six, one per currency, and they differ in match rate, size, spin count and wagering: 100% up to €300 plus 50 spins at 30x for euro players, 50% up to £100 with no spins at 10x for sterling, and 110% up to NZ$1,100 plus 60 spins at 30x on deposit plus bonus for New Zealand. Every figure here comes from AskGamblers, casino.org's New Zealand page and Trustpilot, so what you see in your own country can differ. Below are the sums for each version and the points where the sources disagree.

Six currencies, six different welcome offers

AskGamblers lists the welcome offer by currency. For EUR it is 100% up to €300 plus 50 bonus spins, a €20 minimum deposit and 30x on the bonus. For USD it is 100% up to $300 plus 20 bonus spins, a $10 minimum and 30x on the bonus. For GBP it is 50% up to £100 with a £20 minimum, no spins and 10x on the bonus.

The spin count runs from none for sterling to 100 for Norway. The casino.org New Zealand page shows two headlines: 100% up to NZ$1,200 plus 20 free spins in its text and 110% up to NZ$1,100 plus 60 spins in a banner, with a NZ$20 minimum for the match. AskGamblers marked all six offers as restricted for its reviewer's location, which is one more sign that the offer you see depends on where you register.

  • CAD: 100% up to 500 CAD plus 99 free spins, minimum 10, CAD 30x on deposit plus bonus
  • NZD: 110% up to NZ$1,100 plus 60 free spins, minimum NZ$10, 30x on deposit plus bonus
  • NOK: 100% up to NOK 5,000 plus 100 bonus spins, minimum NOK 100, 30x on deposit plus bonus

A €300 deposit means €9,000 of bets, a 500 CAD deposit 30,000 CAD

For euros and dollars AskGamblers shows 30x on the bonus alone. A €300 deposit earns €300, so the target is €9,000. The €20 minimum earns €20 and a €600 target. For Canada, New Zealand and Norway the 30x covers deposit plus bonus. A 500 CAD deposit with a 500 CAD bonus gives 1,000 CAD x 30 = 30,000, CAD twice the 15,000 CAD the same multiplier would cost on the bonus alone. A NZ$1,000 deposit with the NZ$1,100 bonus it earns at 110% comes to NZ$63,000.

Sterling is the light version. 50% up to £100 needs a £200 deposit for the full £100, and 10x makes that £1,000 of bets. The £20 minimum earns £10 and a £100 target. UK affiliate pages say all bonus offers carry a maximum of 10x since 19 January 2026; that is second-hand and unverified, and AskGamblers still lists 30x for euros.

New Zealand: 183 days, a NZ$5 spin limit and 30 days for the spins

casino.org's New Zealand page gives a playthrough window of 183 days, a maximum bet of NZ$5 per spin or NZ$0.50 per line, and 30 days before free spins expire. It says the 30x applies to both the match bonus and the free spins, and that live wheel games count 50% and other live games 10%. The NZ$63,000 target spread over 183 days is about NZ$344 a day. At NZ$5 a spin it is at least 12,600 spins, about 69 a day, if that limit also covers the match wagering, which the page does not spell out.

The same page lists 20 free spins on 9 Masks of Fire Hyperspins with no deposit needed, for New Zealand only. For the sterling bonus, UK affiliate pages quote a £5 maximum bet and 7 days of validity; £1,000 in 7 days is about £143 a day. Neither is confirmed officially.

No bonus cashout cap is stated, but five withdrawal ceilings are

The maximum cashout from the bonus is not stated in any source, and neither are excluded games or excluded payment methods. What does appear is a set of general ceilings that disagree: a Maximum Win of €250,000 in the AskGamblers details table, €200,000 per player per day excluding progressive jackpots in its terms summary, a €50,000 maximum withdrawal in its review text, £10,000 per transaction as quoted by a complainant, and NZ$50,000 per withdrawal on casino.org.

At the €50,000 figure a €250,000 win would take 5 payouts, so the ceiling matters more than the payout speed (e-wallets 0 to 1 hours on AskGamblers) for a large bonus win.

Complaints: 80 resolved at AskGamblers, 1.7 stars on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru gives Casumo a Safety Index of 5.1, Below average, with 12 complaints and 111 providers. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7 and a player rating of 7.7 from about 300 reviews. Its complaint counts differ by page, 94, 89 and 83, and its text says 85 complaints were accepted and 80 resolved in players' favour, at an average of 11 days against 8 for the industry and an average disputed amount of $14,745. Players quoted there say that wagering requirements can be 'a bit steep' and that the bonus terms are 'occasionally strict'.

Trustpilot shows 1.7 stars from 2,575 reviews, 67% of them 1 star. Bonus mentions include 25 October 2026, free spins that pay nothing or 50p at most; 18 October 2026, spins not credited after wagering was met; and 21 October 2026, a ban from promotions without a stated reason. AskGamblers records £11,600 in three withdrawals unpaid for 6 weeks while new verification documents were requested, later resolved. Trustpilot does not check these claims.

Who should take a Casumo welcome offer

The sterling version suits a cautious player: a £20 deposit earns £10 and a £100 target, and the 10x multiplier is a third of the 30x used for euros. The euro version suits a player who wants 50 spins and accepts €9,000 of bets on a €300 deposit. The CAD, NZD and NOK versions need the most turnover because the 30x covers the deposit too.

It does not suit anyone who needs a fixed figure before registering, since the offer changes by country, or anyone who expects a quick payout of a large win. The verification delays of 5 to 8 weeks reported in complaints sit between a bonus win and cash.

Myths vs facts

Myth: The 30x at Casumo is always 30 times the deposit.
Fact: For euros and dollars AskGamblers lists 30x on the bonus only, so a €300 bonus means €9,000. For CAD, NZD and NOK it is 30x on deposit plus bonus.
Myth: Every player gets the same welcome spins.
Fact: The spin count ranges from none (GBP) to 20 (USD), 50 (EUR), 60 (NZD), 99 (CAD) and 100 (NOK).

Before you claim

  • Check which currency version of the offer your sign-up page shows before depositing.
  • Work out the target: bonus x 30, or (deposit + bonus) x 30 for CAD, NZD and NOK.
  • Ask support for the validity in days; 183 is only the New Zealand figure.
  • Keep bets under NZ$5 per spin or 0.50 per line in New Zealand.
  • Send the verification documents before you request a first withdrawal.
