The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Casumo has run since 2012 and, according to CasinoGuru, holds licences from Malta, the UK, Sweden and Gibraltar. It offers the full set of 10 responsible gambling tools AskGamblers checks, and e-wallet withdrawals are listed at 0-1 hours. The weak point is what happens after a large win. Trustpilot gives 1.7 stars from 2,575 reviews, CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 5.1 (Below average), and AskGamblers shows withdrawals of £74,300, about CAD 43,000 and £11,600 stuck for weeks in verification. Every figure is from review sites and labelled as such.
Four regulators, three company names, no licence numbers except Gibraltar's 126 and 127
CasinoGuru lists four licences for Casumo: the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, the Swedish Gambling Authority and the Government of Gibraltar, with 2012 as the year it was established. The only licence numbers shown are 126 and 127, shown for Jocularis Ltd under the Gibraltar licence on a page the AskGamblers reviewer opened from Norway. Numbers for the Maltese, British and Swedish licences were not found in 2 review sites.
The sources name the company three different ways: Keep Limited in the AskGamblers company field, Casumo Services Limited at CasinoGuru and Jocularis Ltd in the text of AskGamblers and casino.org.
For visitors from Estonia and the United States casumo.com redirects to a "not available in your region" page, restricted.casumo.com, with no country list and the contact hey@casumo.com. Estonia is therefore blocked, and a player elsewhere should expect that availability, payment methods and rules differ from what one tester saw in Norway.
15 ways in, 9 ways out, and no crypto
AskGamblers lists 15 deposit methods: bank wire, Mastercard, Neteller, Paysafecard, Visa, iDEAL, Giropay, Skrill, MuchBetter, Sofort, CashtoCode, Payz, PayPal, Apple Pay and Trustly, but only 9 for withdrawals (no iDEAL, Giropay, Sofort, Paysafecard, Mastercard or CashtoCode) and no crypto. The tester in Norway saw only bank card and MiFinity, and support said the options can change, so the list is a ceiling and not a promise.
The minimum deposit is $10 and the minimum withdrawal is $10, but the tester needed €20 to qualify for the welcome bonus. AskGamblers marks deposit and withdrawal fees as Yes in its details table while the tester paid none on a card deposit, so the fee position is unclear. One complainant could not receive £400 on a debit card at all, because the bank declined credits from gambling merchants and support had no other route.
Five different caps: €50,000, €200,000, €250,000, £10,000 and NZ$50,000
AskGamblers contradicts itself on how much can leave. The details table gives a maximum win of €250,000, the terms summary says €200,000 per player per day excluding progressive jackpots, the tester's text says €50,000 as a maximum withdrawal, one complainant quotes £10,000 per transaction and the withdrawal limit field says Not Stated. casino.org mentions NZ$50,000 per withdrawal for New Zealand. At a €50,000 ceiling a €250,000 win would take 5 withdrawals, and at £10,000 per transaction a £74,300 balance needs 8.
The stated payout times are quick on paper: e-wallets 0-1 hours, bank and cards 1-7 days, a pending period of 0-72 hours and a terms promise of processing within 3 days. With a 3-day pending period and a 7-day bank transfer the longest listed path is 10 calendar days. casino.org says Visa and Mastercard take up to 2 days, Apple Pay and Skrill are near-instant and banks take up to 5.
Verification quoted at 0-24 hours, complaints at 5 to 8 weeks
AskGamblers lists verification speed as 0-24 hours. The required documents are a photo of a national ID or passport and proof of address, either a utility bill or a card statement, with more on request.
The complaint timelines are the gap between those two statements. A Canadian player requested a withdrawal of about CAD 43,000 on 17 May 2026 and it stayed pending for nearly 2 months because of ongoing verification. Three withdrawals totalling £11,600 were requested on 22 May and went unpaid for 6 weeks, with the player saying verification requests were added after the requests and that support could not reach the withdrawals team. The largest case is £74,300 requested on 7 August 2026, still pending after more than 5 weeks, with a formal complaint filed on 25 August and no resolution. These are player accounts of 3 cases, not verified by AskGamblers.
A £5 monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity
According to the AskGamblers tester, an account is treated as inactive after 12 months and a monthly fee of £5 applies until the funds are withdrawn. That is £60 a year, and a £50 forgotten balance disappears in 10 months.
Country restrictions are not listed in the sources used here. AskGamblers says only that players from certain jurisdictions are barred. The bonus is a separate matter and is covered on the Casumo bonus page: it differs by currency, from 50% up to £100 with 10x wagering to 100% up to €300 with 30x.
49 to 111 providers, 2,000 to 3,500 slots
AskGamblers lists 49 providers with a show-more link, while CasinoGuru counts 111. Named studios include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Playtech and Push Gaming. The slot count is given as 2,000 to 3,500 depending on the jurisdiction.
83 of 94 complaints resolved, 1.7 stars, and a 2-day reply time
The complaint numbers on AskGamblers do not agree with each other. The header says 94 complaints, the statistics block says 83 of 89 resolved, the comparison table 83 of 94, and the body says the AGCCS dispute service accepted 85 complaints and 80 were resolved in players' favour. The average complaint is $14,745 and lasts 11 days against an industry average of 8. Payment complaints are the main category, 75 of 80 resolved. CasinoRank is 7 in the header and 7.3 in the general info, and the player rating is 7.7 out of 10 from about 300 reviews. CasinoGuru's Safety Index of 5.1 (Below average) comes with only 12 complaints in the 15 October 2026 record.
Trustpilot is much lower than the review sites: 1.7 stars from 2,575 reviews, 419 in the last 12 months, 67% at 1 star and 22% at 5 stars. The most recent reviews include an account locked after a first-day win, a 700 withdrawal delayed 9 days, a lock-out after a 2k win and a withdrawal pending identity verification. One 5-star review describes a deposit of 20 withdrawn the next morning. The 2 locked-after-a-win reports match the pattern of the AskGamblers cases.
10 of 10 safety tools, but chat in English only
AskGamblers finds every tool on its checklist: deposit, wager, loss and session limits, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality checks, a self-assessment test, a withdrawal lock and participation in Gamstop, plus login time blocks. Time-outs come in fixed lengths of 1 day, 1 week, 3 weeks and 6 weeks, and self-exclusion runs up to 5 years. Live chat is listed as 24/7 and requires registration; the tester waited about 8 minutes after a 4-minute estimate. Support is in English, with email and an FAQ but no phone line, and the site is offered in English, Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish.
Who Casumo suits and who should look elsewhere
Casumo suits a player in a regulated market who deposits and withdraws through PayPal, Apple Pay, Trustly or Skrill, wants the 10 control tools, and expects payouts under £10,000 where 0-1 hour e-wallet withdrawals are the stated norm. For that player, the 1.7 on Trustpilot is a reason to send the ID and address documents before the first withdrawal.
It does not suit a crypto player, since no coin is accepted, nor a player who expects a win above £10,000 to arrive within the 3 days the terms promise, since three AskGamblers cases of £11,600, about CAD 43,000 and £74,300 took 5 weeks or longer. And a player in a country not confirmed here should check availability first: the restricted page shows no list.
