The second deposit (minimum 10 EUR) gets 50 spins on Esqueleto Explosivo. The third (minimum 10 EUR) gets 50 spins on The Rift. The fourth needs at least 20 EUR and gets 150 spins on Starburst. The spin total checks out: 50 + 50 + 50 + 150 = 300.

35x within 30 days: 700 EUR on a 20 EUR bonus, 3,500 EUR at the cap

That puts two regimes inside one brand: 35x on spin winnings in the first-deposit rules, none on the spins in this campaign. A 20 EUR deposit here still means the same 700 EUR target on the bonus part.

None of the complaints concerns a confiscated bonus or a disputed spin. The AskGamblers cases are a 200 EUR loss after a loss limit failed to activate on mobile and 260 EUR of Visa Debit deposits (two of EUR 130) that went missing, both resolved.
