The terms (clauses 8.4.1 to 8.4.3) call it a Welcome Package: a 30-day reward program for new users with a combined ceiling of $2,500. It is not a deposit match. Nothing is credited as a percentage of your deposit; the money arrives through three channels: Rakeback, Daily Cash Drops and Weekly Sports Cash Drops. The promotions page title reads "$2500 Welcome Package, Free Spins & Bitcoin Promos", but the number of free spins and the game they belong to are not stated in the terms.
Eligibility is narrow. You must have registered on or after 08:00 UTC on 2 January 2025 and must not have received another sign-up offer. The package starts with a first deposit of any amount, because no minimum deposit is stated. Rewards are calculated in USDT and paid in the currency your account is using, and they cannot be transferred to another player.
Rakeback is the only rate Cloudbet publishes: 10% of the house edge
Rakeback returns 10% of the house edge on each eligible casino bet, whether the bet wins or loses. Part of it is credited directly and the rest goes to the Rewards Calendar. Sports bets earn no Rakeback at all (clause 8.4.6). The 24-hour claim deadline and the Cash Vault paid at day 30
Every unlocked reward must be claimed within 24 hours or it is forfeited (clause 8.4.3.5). A Daily Cash Drop that unlocks at 00:00 UTC therefore expires at 00:00 UTC the next day, which in a 30-day window means up to 30 separate deadlines. The Weekly Sports Cash Drop works differently: part is credited when you claim it and the remainder goes to the Cash Vault, which is paid into the account only when the package ends, together with any unlocked rewards you did not claim (clause 8.4.3.4).
The package runs for up to 30 days from your first bet after the first deposit, and it ends early if the $2,500 cap is reached. Spread evenly, $2,500 over 30 days is about $83 a day, but the terms promise no such pace. Phone verification may also be required before you can claim rewards (clause 9.5.8).
No stated rollover, but a 100% playthrough before you withdraw deposits
The official promotions page says "no rollovers on rewards", and the terms give no wagering multiplier for the Welcome Package. That does not make withdrawals unconditional. Clause 8.8 requires you to wager at least the total of your deposits before withdrawing deposited funds, a 100% playthrough that Cloudbet may reduce at its discretion. On a $500 deposit that means $500 of bets before the deposited money can leave.
Game contribution matters here. Slots with an RTP above 99.5% contribute a flat 10%, and Live and Virtual Table Games also contribute 10%. At 10%, clearing that $500 would need $5,000 of bets on such games. Games on Cloudbet's linked exclusion list contribute nothing. Casino Free Bet winnings are credited as a bonus subject to wagering, but the multiplier is not stated (clause 8.14), and forfeiting a bonus also forfeits pending winnings earned while wagering it (clause 8.9).
What the terms leave out: max bet, max cashout, free spins
Clause 8.10 says Cloudbet may set a maximum stake per gaming round "as stated in the offer", and gives no figure. The maximum win on Casino Free Bets is "set for each offer" (clause 8.15), again without a number. Casino Free Bets can only be used in the Reward Games section of the Evolution Live Casino lobby, on assigned games, and if your funds cannot cover the minimum bet the game ends and the rest is forfeited.
We also found no list of payment methods excluded from the bonus and no no-deposit offer on the official pages. Where the data is missing we say so rather than assume a typical value.

It records 101 complaints, 85 of them resolved, with Payment the most common category and an average complaint duration of 8 days. Trustpilot shows 3.9 stars from 2,664 reviews, 69% of them 5-star and 21% 1-star, and the company replied to 86% of the negative ones.
On the bonus itself, one unverified player claim on AskGamblers says sports turnover was excluded from the Welcome Package Cash Vault, with about $4,450 involved, and it is unresolved. That matches the terms: Rakeback applies only to casino bets, and the Cash Vault depends on rewards the casino sets. The bonus-related Trustpilot reviews we found were positive only.
Who the Cloudbet reward program suits
It suits a crypto player in an allowed country who plays casino games daily, can claim rewards inside 24 hours and accepts that only the 10% rakeback is a known rate. It does not suit someone who wants a stated percentage, a clear wagering target or sports-only play, since sports bets earn no Rakeback. Players in the blocked countries cannot use it at all.
