ComeOn Casino, run by Co-Gaming Limited since 2008, does not have one welcome bonus. It has several, and they differ a lot by market. The official international page offers 100% up to €25, AskGamblers lists 500% up to €50, Canadian players see up to $1,500 and Ontario gets free spins. The official terms below come from ComeOn's own bonus pages dated 24 February and 11 March 2026. Fewer facts are confirmed here than usual, and we say which are missing.
100% up to €25: the only EU offer ComeOn publishes
The international bonus guide on comeon.com (version of 11 March 2026) shows one banner: a 100% bonus up to €25 for new customers, a €10 minimum deposit and 30 days to play. The same page says that at ComeOn free spins are wagering free, so spin winnings should not carry a playthrough. The banner links only to "Full T&C's", and the banner copy does not include them.
That leaves the important numbers unpublished on the pages: the wagering multiplier, the maximum bet while the bonus is active, any maximum cashout, how slots and table games count, which payment methods are excluded and which game the spins are played on. A Danish-facing page in search results cited a DKK 8 per spin limit, but we did not open it and do not treat it as confirmed.
What 35x on deposit plus bonus would mean for €25
AskGamblers records a different EU-style offer: 500% up to €50 from a €10 deposit, with 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus. That listing is the only multiplier we have for a euro offer, so here is a what-if, not a confirmed term. If the €25 offer used the same 35x on deposit plus bonus, a €25 deposit would add €25 of bonus. The €50 total times 35 is €1,750 of bets. A €10 minimum deposit would give €10 of bonus and a €700 target.
For the AskGamblers 500% version, a €10 deposit already reaches the €50 cap. The €60 total at 35x is €2,100 of betting. AskGamblers shows all three of its ComeOn welcome offers as restricted for its visitor, and it also lists 200 free spins plus €5 for the live casino from a €20 deposit with wagering shown as N/A.
Canada and Ontario get bigger, different deals
casinos.com (updated 10 July 2026) lists 150% up to $1,500 for Canada, from a $20 deposit, credited automatically without a code. Its own body text says 100%, so the percentage is uncertain. AskGamblers and casinos.com both give 40x on deposit plus bonus within 30 days. At 150%, a $1,000 deposit reaches the $1,500 cap, and the $2,500 total at 40x is $100,000 of bets. The $20 minimum gives $30 of bonus and a $2,000 target.
casinos.com also describes a Canadian live casino package: 100% on the first three deposits plus one Golden Chip per deposit for Playtech live games, at 40x deposit plus bonus within only 7 days, and not combinable with the other welcome offers. Only one promotion can be active at a time in Canada.
Ontario is separate and licensed by the AGCO. The official Ontario page (version of 24 February 2026) says: deposit $20 and get 100 free spins, plus 200 more over your next 2 deposits. AskGamblers adds that the first 100 spins go on one of four slots, without naming them.
- International/EU (official): 100% up to €25, €10 minimum, 30 days
- AskGamblers listing: 500% up to €50, €10 minimum, 35x deposit plus bonus
- Canada (casinos.com, AskGamblers): 150% up to $1,500, $20 minimum, 40x deposit plus bonus
- Ontario (official): 100 spins on a $20 deposit, 200 more over the next 2 deposits
No Spanish ComeOn site, no DGOJ licence
None of these offers is aimed at Spain. There is no Spain flag.
No DGOJ record for ComeOn or Co-Gaming was found on ordenacionjuego.es. Without a Spanish licence, the Real Decreto 958/2020 bonus rules do not apply to any ComeOn site, and there is no Spanish offer to claim. Spanish-language promises of a ComeOn bonus for Spain are not backed by the operator's own sites.
1.4 on Trustpilot and the bonus complaints behind it
Trustpilot gives comeon.com a TrustScore of 1.4 from 2,577 reviews, and 20 of them mention bonuses. The most recent, on 13 October 2026, describes unclear terms and a withdrawal blocked by wagering. On 26 December 2025 a reviewer said the requirement went from 6x to 12x after chat had confirmed 6x. Others report spins that never arrived (25 October 2025), an account banned after bonus winnings (22 June 2025) and about €550 withheld over wagering terms (31 March 2023). Only 8 of the 20 got a company reply, all from 2022 and 2023.
AskGamblers shows 43 of 56 complaints resolved, with an average of 9 days and an average amount of $5,543. Most concern payments, where 24 of 31 were resolved. Its one bonus case, an unpaid deposit bonus worth kr4,000, was resolved. AskGamblers' terms summary also mentions a €100 cap on no-deposit winnings, though ComeOn advertises no no-deposit offer on its promotions pages.
Who a €25 bonus is worth it for
At €25, the EU bonus is extra play, not a bankroll. It suits a player in a supported market who planned to deposit €10 to €25 anyway, and who checks the real multiplier first: at a 35x what-if, €25 of bonus asks for €1,750 of bets. It does not suit anyone chasing a large match, and the Canadian $1,500 offer is not available to EU accounts. Players in Spain cannot claim any of it.
Myths vs facts
- Myth: ComeOn's spins come with the usual playthrough.
- Fact: The official guide page says ComeOn free spins are wagering free, though the spin game for EU offers is not named.
- Myth: Spanish players can claim the ComeOn welcome bonus.
- Fact: comeon.es redirects to comeon.com, no Spain market is listed and no DGOJ record was found.
