How ComeOn got 3.5/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • AskGamblers CasinoRank7.8/10weight 30%
  • Trustpilot1.4/5weight 10%

Combined: 6.5/10, shown as 3.5/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for ComeOn, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

ComeOn is a 2008 casino from Co-Gaming Limited that holds an MGA licence (MGA/CRP/178/2009) alongside Swedish, Danish and Ontario licences. Its published withdrawal figures are modest: a €20 minimum, a cashout limit of €10,000 a month and a same-day to 2-business-day processing window, according to LCB. The outside record is mixed. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.8 and has resolved 43 of its 60 complaints, while Trustpilot shows 1.4 from 2,579 reviews. Every figure below is attributed to a review site.

Four licences, four operating companies

AskGamblers lists ComeOn under Co-Gaming Limited, launched in 2008, and gives a separate company for each licence. The Malta Gaming Authority licence is MGA/CRP/178/2009 and belongs to Diomedes Limited (C101888), a name AskGamblers took from a reviewer's VPN test. The Swedish licence is 25Si1515, held by ComeOn Sweden Ltd (C87779). The Danish licence is J.nr. 24-384979, issued in 2024 to Syreni Limited (C108022). Ontario is covered by AGCO registration OPIG1235724, held by Bunchberry Limited of Gibraltar (121943).

LCB lists only 3 jurisdictions, Denmark, Malta and Ontario, and no numbers, so the sources differ on Sweden. ComeOn's own terms are not among the sources used here. LCB says Estonia is not accepted; no source gave a full restricted list.

€20 minimum, €10,000 a month and the two-withdrawal fee rule

LCB gives the following figures: minimum deposit €9 with Trustly or €10/$10 otherwise, minimum withdrawal €20/$20 and a cashout limit of €10,000/$10,000 monthly. AskGamblers lists the withdrawal limit as not stated, and LCB names no daily amount. At €10,000 a month, a €25,000 win would take at least 3 months to collect, if the limit applies to that win; neither source says whether large wins are treated differently.

On fees, LCB's test found no charge for the first two withdrawals in any 30-day period. AskGamblers reads the terms as saying fees may apply after the second withdrawal in a 30-day cycle, while its reviewer found none charged. Casinos.com, in our bonus notes, reports a 5% fee on bank transfer, Paysafe and Skrill withdrawals for Canada, which is a different market.

LCB records a pending time within 24 hours (longer for requests of €500,000 and over), processing of up to 2 business days, and a €50 test withdrawal via Trustly received the same day. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 2 to 7 days and bank transfers at 3 to 7 days, with no weekend cashouts. Pending of 1 day plus a 7-day bank transfer comes to about 8 calendar days, against about 1 day for an e-wallet. AskGamblers adds that withdrawals above CAD 14,000 take longer.

  • Minimum withdrawal: €20 (LCB)
  • Monthly cashout limit: €10,000 (LCB), not stated on AskGamblers
  • Free withdrawals: first 2 per 30 days (LCB test)

Documents at €2,000, or is it €2,200?

AskGamblers states that verification is required before deposits and that documents can be requested at any time, with a trigger at €2,000 in cumulative deposits. LCB's test says documentation is typically requested at the same €2,000 in cumulative deposits, but its list of drawbacks speaks of over €2,200 in cumulative withdrawals.

The documents named are an ID card, passport or driving licence, proof of address, proof of ownership of the payment method, a selfie with the ID and a phone check, and notarised copies can be demanded. LCB records 0 to 2 days for the review and up to 2 business days for the KYC process. Four deposits of €500 add up to €2,000, so a player at that point should have the full set ready before the next withdrawal.

Rules the review sites flag

AskGamblers summarises the bonus terms with a €100 cap on no-deposit bonus winnings, and listed offers at 35x and 40x on deposit plus bonus. The sources used here give no maximum bet for ComeOn; a Danish-market page seen in search results cited DKK 8 per spin, which is unverified. A Trustpilot reviewer on 13 October 2026 alleges that a wagering tracker stuck at 75% blocked a withdrawal and that a $20 minimum was not disclosed in advance. This is one claim, not a verified finding, but the minimum itself matches the €/$20 LCB figure.

One of AskGamblers' 3 listed complaints concerns an account closed with funds not returned, with no amount given, unresolved. No dormancy fee or confiscation clause appears in the 3 sources, which is a gap, since the casino's own terms are not among them.

4,100 slots from about 75 providers

LCB counts 4,100 slots and about 75 providers, naming 1x2gaming, 2by2 Gaming and Barcrest first, and records a live casino. AskGamblers counts 37 providers, so the two figures differ by a factor of two. LCB also notes that players from Estonia are limited to games from Playtech, Quickspin and Yggdrasil.

Support: 24/7 on one source, 08:00 to 21:00 on replies

LCB lists live chat and email and no phone, with support in Danish, English, Finnish, Norwegian and Polish. AskGamblers lists a phone number and describes live chat as 24/7 in its details box, but older casino replies on the same page cite 08:00 to 21:00 and 06:00 to 19:00. The website runs in 7 languages. A player who needs a reply at night should treat the 24/7 claim as unconfirmed. AskGamblers lists seven responsible gambling tools as present: deposit, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality check and a self-assessment test, with wager limits, withdrawal lock and a self-exclusion register missing.

60 complaints, 43 resolved, and a 1.4 on Trustpilot

AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.8 and a player rating of 6.0 from 84 reviews. The complaint header says 60 and the stats box says 56; 43 are resolved either way. The average amount is $5,543, the average duration 9 days (the platform average is 8) and the average response 2 days. In the payment category, 24 of 31 complaints were resolved. Two examples: a player who said ComeOn had not paid since January 19th, amount $8,675, resolved; and a €500 deposit made via MiFinity on 4 July that was reported missing, still unresolved.

Trustpilot shows 1.4 from 2,579 reviews, 202 of them in the last 12 months. 44% of reviews are one star and 36% five stars, and Trustpilot says ComeOn replied to 72% of negative reviews. A 1 September 2026 review says a crypto refund over a year old was unpaid and a complaint had been filed with the Malta Gaming Authority. The gap between AskGamblers at 7.8 and Trustpilot at 1.4 is wide, and the two measure different things: AskGamblers rates a casino and mediates complaints, while Trustpilot collects whoever chose to write.

Who ComeOn suits, and who should skip it

ComeOn suits a Nordic or Canadian player who wants a long-running brand with a Swedish, Danish or Ontario licence, withdraws less than €10,000 a month and uses an e-wallet or Trustly, where LCB reports payouts the same day. It suits someone who accepts having documents ready by the €2,000 point.

It is a weaker choice for a player who wants a verified official rulebook before depositing, because every figure here comes from review sites, not from ComeOn's terms. It does not fit someone planning to move large sums, since the €10,000 monthly figure turns a €50,000 win into 5 months, or a player who relies on night-time support. Estonia is not accepted (LCB).
