How Spinando got 3.7/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
Trustpilot3.5/5weight 10%
Combined: 7.0/10, shown as 3.7/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for Spinando, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Spinando is run by Metlait SRL of Costa Rica under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000064, and its own pages publish unusually many figures: withdrawals of up to €4,000 a day, €16,000 in a rolling 7 days and €50,000 in 30 days, a 3x deposit turnover, a €10 monthly fee after 12 months and a €5 maximum bet while a bonus is active. They also contradict each other on how long verification can take, from 2 weeks in the terms to 30 working days on the KYC page. CasinoGuru has no page for the casino and the AskGamblers review is gone. The only outside score is Trustpilot, at 3.3 from 7 reviews.
Metlait SRL, licence 0000064, and a policy page headed Novatrix SRL
Clause 1.1 of the terms names Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-911867, with its address in Cartago, as owner and operator, and says it operates under licence no. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. Every page footer repeats this. The home page calls Spinando 'a 2023 gambling platform'. English prevails over translations (1.5), the minimum age is 18 (2.2), and the casino may change the terms at its sole discretion (1.4).
The Responsible Gambling page is headed 'Novatrix SRL' and carries the version note 'V. 1.0 - 2024.03.01 - Novatrix SRL Director', which does not match Metlait SRL. The GunsBet terms name Novatrix SRL, also of Costa Rica, as their owner under licence 0000002. Disputes go to support first, then to the ADR body EGIS under the rules of the Tobique Gaming Commission (15.5). Arbitration is held only in Costa Rica and court action outside it is waived (17). Claims must be filed within 1 year or they are barred (13), only the account holder can complain (15.2), and the casino's server logs are final (15.3).
€4,000 a day, €16,000 in 7 days, €50,000 in 30 days
Clause 11.8 sets rolling limits: €4,000 per day, €16,000 over the previous 7 days and €50,000 over the previous 30 days, with the same figures in USD, CAD, AUD and NZD. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and sit outside the limits. A €16,000 win takes 4 days. A €50,000 win takes just over 3 weeks if the weekly cap binds, because three 7-day windows allow 3 x €16,000 and the last €2,000 waits for the next window. The FAQ repeats the figures and adds that promotional terms or VIP status can change them.
The payments page lists 9 withdrawal rows, all free. Bank transfer takes 1 to 5 banking days with limits of €500 to €4,000 on one row and €20 to €4,000 on another. Interac e-Transfer takes 1 to 3 banking days (CAD 30 to 6,000). Crypto and the e-wallet rows are instant, with crypto capped at the equivalent of €4,000. The 11 deposit rows are free and instant, mostly €20 to €4,000, with one voucher row from USD 10 to 150 and crypto listed without limits. The terms say withdrawals are processed 'within 72 hours of approval' (11.6) and bank transfers within 3 business days (11.10), and the FAQ says fiat can take up to 3 business days. Counting 72 hours plus 5 banking days gives about 8 calendar days for a bank payout.
The minimum withdrawal is where the pages disagree. The FAQ says €10, the table shows €20 on most rows, CAD 30 for Interac and €50 on one e-wallet, and €500 on one bank-transfer row, while the terms say it depends on the method (11.1). Intermediary banks may charge up to €16 (11.11). Card payouts use Visa OCT and Mastercard Payment Transfer to personal cards (11.3), and the casino may pay by another method than the one requested (11.5).
- Daily: €4,000
- Rolling 7 days: €16,000
- Rolling 30 days: €50,000

Verification: a 2-week limit in the terms, 30 working days on the KYC page
Clause 11.2 lets the casino verify identity before any withdrawal, and withdrawals stay pending until all steps are done (8.5). The documents are a government photo ID, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and proof of the payment method, in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise a video verification (9.5). A phone call may also be required. Players depositing with Bitcoin must submit ID before they can play (2.7).
Two clauses set a 2-week limit. If the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (8.5). Failing verification within 2 weeks of a request ends in termination and confiscated funds (9.3). The KYC policy page then says reviewing the documents 'could be up to 30 working days' from the moment all documents are provided. That is 6 weeks, three times the 2-week limit. Expired or mismatched documents allow suspension, with the balance forfeited (18.4).
€10 a month after 12 months, and the clauses that can empty a balance
An account with no login or play for 12 consecutive months may be charged €10 a month, or the whole balance if lower (12). A €40 balance is gone 4 months after that point. Every deposit must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal, and the casino may charge a processing fee or refuse a payout if it has not been (9.7): a €100 deposit needs €300 of bets. A rejected or charged-back deposit voids its winnings (10.7), and a deposit from a third party's account loses the winnings it produced (10.3).
The casino can ban a player without notice or explanation (7.8) and keeps any mistaken credit, with withdrawn funds becoming a debt (7.5). Duplicate accounts lose their winnings (8.2 and 8.3). Fraud sanctions can include charging up to the available balance (9.2). Promotion abuse includes a deposits-to-bonus ratio above 50% (9.4). Refund requests count within 24 hours, with payouts in typically 5 to 7 banking days (14). VPN use is prohibited and may lead to confiscated winnings (3.2).
217 restricted entries: Brazil, Poland and Spain in, Germany and Italy out
Clause 2.4 prohibits real-money play for 217 entries by our count. They include the USA, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Turkey, India, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, Sweden, Canada (New Brunswick and Ontario) and Hawaii. Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of Canada are not on the list. Players who break it are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals.
Sweden is both on the list and named in clause 2.5 as ineligible for bonuses, VIP and loyalty exchanges. NetEnt games are blocked in 19 countries, including France, Italy, Denmark and Switzerland, and Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play in Sweden (3.3 and 3.4). The bonus terms exclude Croatia and Serbia from deposit bonuses and Finland from deposit-based bonuses.
Three deposits to €1,750, then 40x, 50x and a €5 bet
The home page describes three steps: 100% up to €500 plus 150 free spins (code DISCOVER, 15 spins a day for 10 days), 100% up to €500 (EXPLORE) and 75% up to €750 (PURSUIT), each from €20 at 40x, in total €1,750. The bonus terms set a €5 maximum bet (AUD 8, NZD 8), 40x on deposit bonuses and free spins, 50x on no-deposit spins, and a €50 cap on their winnings. A €20 deposit with a €20 bonus means €800 of bets if 40x applies to the bonus alone and €1,600 if it applies to bonus plus deposit, at least 160 or 320 bets of €5. The terms do not state which. Slots count 100%, while table games, video poker, roulette, poker and crash games count 5%.
Winnings from non-welcome bonuses are capped at €10,000, with up to 14 business days to review, and free-spin deposits must be played through 3 times. A bonus is cancelled automatically once the bonus balance falls to €0.05. The bonus page covers the offer in full.
Cashback of €1 per €1,500 wagered, a 50-level VIP club and 5 responsible gambling tools
The home page counts 'almost 15000' games in one place and 'over 14000' from 130 or more providers in another, with 100 or more jackpot games showing multipliers of 22,000x or more and Drops and Wins prize pools of €2,000,000 and €450,000. Cashback pays €1 per 300 comp points, and a point costs €5 of slot play, so €1 returns per €1,500 wagered, about 0.07%. The VIP club has 50 levels, a final reward of €100,000 and 10x wagering on VIP bonuses. Weekly reload spins (code QUEST) run for 7 days: 10 a day for deposits of €20 to €49.99, 25 a day for €50 to €99.99 and 50 a day for €100 or more. Support is 24/7 by live chat and email.
The responsible gambling page lists deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion, all set by emailing support, according to the policy page. Increases to a limit apply only after email confirmation and after the old limit expires. No time limit or reality check is listed.
No CasinoGuru page, a removed AskGamblers review and 3.3 on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru has no page for the casino and AskGamblers has removed its review page. The Trustpilot profile is recorded as removed for a guideline violation, while the profile shows 3.3 from 7 reviews. The two sources conflict.
No complaint count exists anywhere, so none can be tied to a case. The Trustpilot sample has two 1-star reviews. One of 14 December 2025 says the reviewer was down over €1,000 and that repeated account-closure requests were ignored. One of 12 October 2025 describes a dispute of about 2 months after the casino said a third party's bank account had been used for a deposit.
Who Spinando suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player outside the 217 entries who deposits from €20 on most methods, expects payouts under €4,000 a day, can supply an ID, a proof of address and a payment proof within 2 weeks, and wants a rulebook with published limits.
It is a poor fit for a player who wants a CasinoGuru or AskGamblers record to check first, for one who needs the verification time fixed (2 weeks or 30 working days), for a player in the 217 entries, and for someone who clears bonuses at table games at 5%. A balance left idle for 12 months loses €10 a month.
