Our verdict

Librabet is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

Inside Librabet

Librabet 1Librabet 2

Librabet's terms (version 1.12, updated 19.08.2026) cap withdrawals at €500 a day and €7,000 a month at the first level and €1,500 and €20,000 at the fifth, bar 26 jurisdictions including Estonia, and allow a €5 monthly charge after 180 days without a login. They name no operator and no licence: both review sites say Stellar Ltd, AskGamblers adds an Anjouan licence without a number and CasinoGuru lists none. The reported record is weaker than the terms suggest: 2.3 stars from 328 Trustpilot reviews, 63% of them one-star, and withdrawal delays of 8 to 9 days on CasinoGuru. The FAQ promises verification in 24 to 48 hours once documents are complete.

Stellar Ltd and an Anjouan licence that neither the terms nor CasinoGuru confirm

Both CasinoGuru and AskGamblers name Stellar Ltd as the operator and date the casino to 2018. AskGamblers adds that it is owned by the Tranello Group of Companies and gives the Anjouan Gaming Board as licence authority, with no licence number. CasinoGuru's record shows the licence authority and country as none, the number as 'No license' and 'operates without gambling license' among its cons. The casino's own General Terms and Conditions (version 1.12, updated 19.08.2026) refer only to "the Company" in clause 1.4, and neither the terms, the FAQ, the About page nor the footer names a company, registration number or regulator, so the dispute stays open.

CasinoGuru's data of 15 October 2026 still rates the terms as fair with 0 issues and shows no blacklist entry. AskGamblers tags the casino 'Restricted' because of multiple country restrictions. Clause 13.8 of the terms sends unresolved complaints to an unnamed "external dispute resolution" body.

26 jurisdictions barred in clause 2.3, and Spain on one list only

Clause 2.3 says residents of the following "Excluded Jurisdictions" may not open accounts or add funds: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Cote d'Ivoire and the Netherlands Antilles, which the English text prints in German as "Niederlandische Antillen". The casino may change the list without warning. Clause 7.5 also blocks promotions for Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.

AskGamblers lists Curacao, Israel, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States and says the full list is in the terms. Spain is on that list and not in the terms, where it appears only in game-provider lists in section 15. Brazil is not barred, and the casino shows BRL, Pix, Boleto and Pay4Fun. A Senate summary of 29 September 2026 says the federal measure MP 1.394 banned offering online betting and virtual casino games to people in Brazil, including from foreign operators, on 25 September 2026. The casino's terms do not mention the measure.

€500 a day and €7,000 a month at the first level, €20,000 at the fifth

Clause 6.11 gives withdrawal limits in euro per day and month by level: 1st level 500 and 7,000, 2nd 500 and 10,000, 3rd 800 and 12,000, 4th 1,000 and 15,000, 5th 1,500 and 20,000. The level follows the previous 90 days (clause 6.12) and falls to the first level after a month without bets. Clause 6.13 allows 3 pending withdrawals at once, and clause 6.15 gives the financial department 3 business days per request, working 6 AM to 5 PM GMT from Monday to Friday. AskGamblers and the project data quote only the first-level figures.

A player holding €7,000 at the first level needs 14 days of maximum daily payouts, and a €2,000 win needs 4. AskGamblers states 24 to 72 hours for e-wallets, 3 to 5 days for bank transfers and cards, and a pending period of 0 to 5 days, so a bank payout with the longest pending time and the longest transfer is 10 days. A €2,000 win paid at €500 a day needs 4 daily requests, and if each takes the full 10 days, the last payout arrives about 13 days after the first request. Cheques are not offered and AskGamblers says there are no weekend cashouts.

The stated times are shorter than the reported ones. CasinoGuru lists 'long withdrawal processing times (8-9 days reported)' as a con, and a Trustpilot reviewer in February 2026 says a payout promised in 3 days took more than a week.

38 deposit routes, 24 payout routes and a currency list that differs

The project's data lists 38 deposit methods and 24 withdrawal methods. CasinoGuru counts 29 payment methods and AskGamblers 'over 40', so the three counts differ. Deposits include Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Payz, Trustly, Giropay, EPS, Boleto, Pix, Pay4Fun, Interac and the crypto set of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin and Ripple. Withdrawals include Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Jeton, MiFinity, Pix, Interac, bank wire and Bitcoin. The casino's own payments page was not available.

The profile data lists 22 currencies, 18 fiat plus USDT, BTC, LTC and DOGE. The casino's FAQ names only 14: EUR, HUF, NOK, PLN, INR, NZD, CAD, USD, BRL, CZK, AUD, CLP, PEN and CHF. A minimum deposit of €20 applies to the welcome offer at AskGamblers. The terms state no general minimum deposit or withdrawal, leaving deposit limits to the casino (clause 6.5), and clause 6.6.5 lets the casino pay card withdrawals back to the card as refunds up to the amount deposited.

30 days for documents, 24 to 48 hours in the FAQ, and a broken upload tool

Clause 5.1 allows the casino to ask for ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership of the payment method and transaction histories, and clause 5.3 gives the player 30 days to deliver them, after which payment can be withheld or the account closed. The terms say the usual check takes 10 days after a complete reply, while the FAQ says verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. The FAQ adds that deposits and withdrawals may be blocked until verification is complete, that proof of residence must be 3 to 6 months old, that bank or card statements cover the last 1 to 3 months, and that scans, screenshots, edited, expired or blurry documents are rejected.

Verification is also where the complaints cluster. AskGamblers lists account verification issues and blocking among its cons, and CasinoGuru lists delayed verification and account closures without warning. The most specific case is on AskGamblers: a player says the automated upload tool was broken, that manually supplied KYC documents were ignored, and that a payout of €1,513.18 was rejected. That case was open in 2025. Other cases show the closure risk: a €7,300 case from 2024 in which access was disabled after a withdrawal request and 30 or more days passed, marked resolved, a €760 account closure in Italy on 4 April 2026, and a €60 withdrawal in Spain on the same day where the player was told the account would close.

A €5 inactivity fee, a 15% rollover penalty and a €100 bet ceiling

Clause 6.18 treats an account without a login for 180 days as inactive and allows €5 a month, or the whole balance if lower; no review site mentions it. Clause 6.7 lets the casino decline a withdrawal if less than €20 was wagered in the calendar month, and clause 6.8 lets it cancel winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit, at least €0.50, or 15% for card and bank deposits, if bets placed are below the deposit. A maximum win is not stated in the terms.

Bonus rules are in section 7. Clause 7.12 gives 10 days to clear a casino bonus, clause 7.13 voids bonus and winnings if a withdrawal is requested early, and clause 7.19 treats a single bet above €100 before wagering is met as abuse, with confiscation of winnings under clause 7.20. CasinoGuru's record shows a maximum bet of €5 for the welcome offer, which is a promotion-specific rule, and the welcome offer is 100% up to €500 plus 200 spins at 35x on deposit plus bonus; the bonus article has those terms. CasinoGuru's pros and cons also mention unwanted SMS promotions after requests to stop, and a player in Slovenia says a 200% bonus offered in live chat was denied after the deposit. A Trustpilot review of July 2026 claims that winners are not paid and have their accounts closed; this is one reviewer's allegation.

121 providers or 75, and self-exclusion by e-mail only

CasinoGuru counts 121 game providers and AskGamblers over 75, with NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Nolimit City and Big Time Gaming named on at least one. The project data tags the casino with more than 8,000 games and a 5-level VIP programme. CasinoGuru marks 25 game categories available, including live roulette, crash games, virtual sports and eSports betting, and says Gamecheck verified the games as real.

The casino's responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion by e-mail to support@librabet.com and a list of self-assessment questions, with no deposit, wager, loss or time limits described. AskGamblers records the same two tools and no cool-off, reality check or register, and CasinoGuru lists limited responsible gaming options as a con. Both sites describe live chat as 24/7, and AskGamblers lists 14 languages, from English and German to Greek and Slovak.

75 CasinoGuru complaints, 41 of them rejected

CasinoGuru's project data shows a Safety Index of 7.3, Above average, and 75 complaints: 1 open, 1 unresolved, 32 resolved and 41 rejected. That makes 55% rejected and 43% resolved. An older extract with 8.1 and 1,502 complaints matches another casino's figures exactly and is not used. One recent case is a €17,000 withdrawal from Finland on 18 February 2026, pending less than two weeks when the player stopped responding.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.2 and a player rating of 5.1/10 from 17 reviews, with 20 complaints of which 18 are resolved; an earlier extract showed 15 and 12. Open cases are €1,513.18 over KYC and €2,095.08 from Germany, where three withdrawals passed the stated 3 days. Trustpilot shows 2.3 stars from 328 reviews: 63% one-star, 26% five-star, 5% four-star and 3% each for three and two stars. 36 reviews fall in the last 12 months, and the company replies to 56% of negative ones. One reply of 4 September 2025 says processing times are estimates and verification can delay them, in answer to a €500 Visa withdrawal not paid within 3 working days. A June 2026 review reports a €100 bank deposit never credited.

Who Librabet suits and who should avoid it

Librabet suits a player outside the 26 barred jurisdictions who wants a wide payment list, including crypto and e-wallets, and who will keep withdrawals under €500 a day and does not mind a licence that no source confirms. It is a weak match for a player who expects a €2,000 or larger withdrawal to arrive quickly, since the stated worst case is about 13 days for the last instalment and reported times are 8 to 9 days, for anyone who wants deposit limits, and for a resident of Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, the Netherlands or the UK, all named in clause 2.3. A player who logs in less than once in 180 days pays €5 a month.
