Cookie Casino advertises a two-step welcome package: 100% up to EUR 100 plus 120 bonus spins with code CAKE, then 50% up to EUR 100 plus 100 bonus spins, according to AskGamblers. That is up to EUR 200 and 220 spins in total, with EUR 20 as the minimum for each deposit and 40x wagering on the bonus. Every bonus figure here is attributed to the review sites. Validity in days, the spin game and the game contribution table are not stated on the pages. A "20 no deposit spins" feature appears in the offer listing, but no review source confirms it.

Where the Cookie Casino figures come from

The bonus numbers come from the AskGamblers review and from casinos.com (review updated 10 July 2026). The CasinoGuru values are from its bonus records.

The operator is N1 Interactive Ltd, established in 2020, with Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/394/2017 according to the CasinoGuru block. We did not check the MGA register itself.

Two deposits, EUR 200 and 220 spins: what each step needs

AskGamblers lists the first deposit as 100% up to EUR 100 with 120 bonus spins and the code CAKE. The second deposit is 50% up to EUR 100 with 100 bonus spins. casinos.com names the second code as SWEET and headlines the package as up to $200 plus 120 free spins, which differs from the AskGamblers spin total. Each step needs a deposit of at least EUR 20.

Step 1 reaches its EUR 100 cap with a EUR 100 deposit, because the rate is 100%. Step 2 needs EUR 200 to reach the same cap, because the rate is only 50%. A EUR 20 first deposit earns EUR 20 of bonus, and a EUR 20 second deposit earns EUR 10.

casinos.com puts the value of one spin at EUR 0.10 and says the spins arrive in separate batches on specific games. On that figure, 120 spins are worth EUR 12 and 100 spins EUR 10, so both steps carry EUR 22 of nominal spin value.

40x on EUR 100 is EUR 4,000 of bets

AskGamblers and CasinoGuru both list wagering of 40x the bonus amount on both steps. casinos.com says the 40x covers the deposit bonus and the free spins and calls it "a tad steep".

A EUR 100 deposit gives EUR 100 of bonus, and 100 times 40 is EUR 4,000 of bets. A EUR 20 deposit gives EUR 20 of bonus and a target of EUR 800. For step 2, a EUR 200 deposit gives EUR 100 of bonus and the same EUR 4,000 target. Both full steps together mean EUR 8,000 of bets.

The max bet with an active bonus is EUR 5 in the CasinoGuru record of the offer, and casinos.com gives $5 per game. At that stake, EUR 4,000 means at least 800 spins of real money. The validity period in days is not stated by AskGamblers or by casinos.com for the welcome bonus, so we cannot tell how long the 800 spins may take.

Unlimited cashout, but CasinoGuru rates the terms Unfair

The CasinoGuru record of the 40x offer lists the maximum cashout as unlimited. Against it, CasinoGuru rates the terms of the casino as Unfair with 7 issues found, and its editorial names three clauses: the timing of bonus winnings withdrawals, limits on bonus claims and a ban on low-risk betting.

Not found in any source: the game contribution table, the excluded games and the deposit methods that do not qualify for the bonus.

The 20 no deposit spins that are not confirmed

The listing shows "20 No Deposit Spins" as a feature of Cookie Casino. No review source confirms it, and AskGamblers shows only the two deposit bonuses. We did not use third-party pages promising these spins.

The listing also shows Tuesday Free Spins and the Friday Wheel of Sweets, with no terms found.

Withdrawal limits, where the sources disagree

AskGamblers gives withdrawal limits of EUR 4,000 per day, EUR 10,000 per week and EUR 40,000 per month. The CasinoGuru editorial puts the monthly cap at EUR 20,000. The terms themselves add an ultimate limit of EUR 75,000 per month, and a win above EUR 40,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of EUR 20,000.

AskGamblers lists withdrawal times of 0 to 1 hours for e-wallets, 1 to 5 days for cards, 1 to 7 days for bank transfers and 0 to 12 hours for pending requests. Listed deposit methods include Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Trustly, Neteller, Skrill, Interac, Neosurf and Zimpler, and CasinoGuru counts 18 payment methods against 16 at AskGamblers. Cheques are not offered, and the six currencies are EUR, USD, CAD, NOK, PLN and NZD.

casinos.com describes 30 levels, with 1 comp point per $25 bet on slots only and 150 points converting to $1. That means $3,750 of slot bets for each $1 of cash, and the rewards carry 3x wagering within a month.

Complaints: 23 at CasinoGuru, 8 at AskGamblers, 2.4 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru records 23 complaints: 0 open, 1 unresolved, 3 resolved and 19 rejected, with a safety index of 7.2, Above average. An older record showed 8.4. Examples include an Austrian player asking for a EUR 1,300 refund because the casino operates against Austrian law (June 2023), a NZ$400 withdrawal delayed two weeks (July 2024) and a German account ban not applied across the N1 group, EUR 445 (January 2025).

AskGamblers records 8 complaints, all 8 resolved, an average amount of $3,077 and an average duration of 6 days. It gives the casino CasinoRank 9 out of 10 and a player rating of 9 from 149 reviews. Trustpilot shows 2.4 of 5 from 79 reviews, 64% at 1 star and 25% at 5 stars, with only 1 review in the last 12 months.

The Trustpilot cases that matter for bonus players: on 31 December 2025 a player's winnings were withheld and the account closed after a month of document requests, and the operator replied on 27 May 2026 that a compliance review and chargeback risk were the reason, with deposits returned. In March 2025 an account was closed after bonus winnings verification, and in December 2022 a large win was removed over bonus terms. Positive payout reports date from June 2025, December 2024, May 2024 and February 2024.

Who can use the offer: about 128 restricted countries

The terms list about 128 restricted countries and territories, among them the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Estonia, Norway, Australia, the US, Mexico, Japan, Russia, Brazil and Ontario. Brazil is on the list, so the Brazilian ban of 25 September 2026 changes nothing for this page. Using a VPN from a restricted country can lead to an account block and confiscation of funds. German players face a 5.3% fee on real-money bets, so a EUR 1 bet debits EUR 1.05. AskGamblers lists only 8 restricted countries and says its list may be incomplete.

The offer fits a player in an open market who deposits EUR 20 to EUR 100, accepts EUR 800 to EUR 4,000 of wagering at a EUR 5 max bet and wants no cashout cap. It does not fit someone who needs a stated validity period. Read the live terms on cookiecasino.com before depositing.

Myths vs facts

Myth: The second deposit bonus is as generous as the first.
Fact: It is 50% instead of 100% with the same EUR 100 cap, so it takes a EUR 200 deposit to reach the cap, against EUR 100 on step 1.
Myth: Cookie Casino gives 20 no deposit spins to everyone.
Fact: The 20 spins appear only in the offer listing, while AskGamblers lists just the 2 deposit bonuses.
Myth: A 9 out of 10 player rating on AskGamblers means the terms are fair.
Fact: CasinoGuru rates the terms Unfair with 7 issues, lists 19 of 23 complaints as rejected and Trustpilot shows 2.4 of 5.
