CrownSlots splits its welcome bonus into four deposits. According to AskGamblers the first is 100% up to EUR 800 plus 100 free spins at a EUR 20 minimum, and the later steps add up to a EUR 4,000 ceiling and 250 spins, all at 40x wagering on the bonus. The official bonus terms disagree with that list: they give the first deposit as 125% up to EUR 1,000 plus 100 free spins (25 a day for 4 days) and the second as 115% up to EUR 1,200 with the code CROWN2, at a EUR 20 minimum and 40x on the bonus and the spin results, valid for 7 days. The terms of April 2026 name Metlait SRL as operator with Tobique licence 0000064.

Where the CrownSlots figures come from and which sources disagree

The official domain is crownslots.com. The offer lines below come from the official bonus terms, AskGamblers and CasinoGuru's bonus records. The site is operating: its terms, bonus and payments pages are online, and Trustpilot shows operator replies dated 28 July 2026.

The sources do not agree on the welcome offer, and the official bonus terms side with CasinoGuru on the first two steps. AskGamblers lists 100% up to EUR 800 plus 100 free spins as the first deposit. CasinoGuru's recorded offers are 125% up to EUR 1,000 plus 100 spins, 115% up to EUR 1,200, and 150% up to EUR 1,500 plus 75 spins, all marked 40x. The offer listing shows the headline 400% up to EUR 800 plus 250 free spins, which adds the four steps together and is not one single deposit.

AskGamblers' four steps to EUR 4,000 and 250 spins

In AskGamblers' four-step structure, the first deposit gets 100% up to EUR 800 plus 100 free spins; the official terms instead give 125% up to EUR 1,000 for the first and 115% up to EUR 1,200 with CROWN2 for the second. The second gets 100% up to EUR 1,000 with the code CROWN2. The third gets 100% up to EUR 1,000 plus 150 free spins with CROWN3. The fourth gets 100% up to EUR 1,200 with CROWN4. Each step has a EUR 20 minimum deposit. The spins add up to 100 + 150 = 250, which matches our headline, and the caps add up to 800 + 1,000 + 1,000 + 1,200 = EUR 4,000.

Because every step is a 100% match on AskGamblers' list, the deposit needed for a full cap equals the cap. A EUR 20 deposit gives EUR 20 of bonus. A EUR 800 deposit is needed to claim all of the first EUR 800.

For players in New Zealand and Canada, CasinoGuru's record shows 100% up to 1,200 NZD or 1,200 CAD plus 100 free spins, with a minimum of 30 in the local currency. High rollers have a separate 100% up to EUR 5,000 with the code ROYAL1 and a minimum deposit of EUR 500.

40x on the bonus: EUR 800 of bets for EUR 20, EUR 32,000 at the first cap

AskGamblers lists wagering of 40x the bonus amount on every deposit step, on the reload and on the high roller offer, and the bonus terms apply the 40x to the bonus and to the free-spin result. A EUR 20 deposit with a EUR 20 bonus gives a target of EUR 800 of bets. The full EUR 800 first-step bonus means EUR 32,000. A EUR 1,000 bonus means EUR 40,000, and a EUR 1,200 bonus means EUR 48,000. Claiming all four steps in full would require EUR 160,000 of bets in total. The high roller EUR 5,000 bonus needs EUR 200,000.

The official terms give the first-deposit bonus 7 days, with the spins arriving 25 a day for 4 days and activation within 1 day; the free-spin result is capped at EUR 150 and the free-spin series at EUR 1,000. The Thursday spins are marked N/A for wagering at the review sites.

EUR 5 max bet: at least 160 spins just to clear the smallest bonus

CasinoGuru's record gives a maximum bet of EUR 5 with an active bonus. AskGamblers does not state a max bet. Taking the CasinoGuru figure, a EUR 20 bonus with an EUR 800 target needs at least 800 / 5 = 160 spins at full stake. At the EUR 800 first-step bonus the target of EUR 32,000 means at least 6,400 spins at EUR 5. The EUR 1,000 bonus at 40x means 8,000 spins.

CasinoGuru's records also tie the maximum cashout from the bonus to the bonus cap: EUR 1,000, EUR 1,200 or EUR 1,500, depending on the offer; the official terms confirm EUR 1,000 for the first step and EUR 1,200 for CROWN2. CasinoGuru rates the terms as somewhat unfair with 4 issues.

Tuesday reload, Thursday spins and the missing no-deposit offer

No public no-deposit bonus is listed by any review source. The official bonus terms add a weekly cashback of 5% to 20% by VIP rank, with 3x wagering of the week's spend by Sunday 23:59 UTC. The recurring offers in CasinoGuru's record are a Tuesday reload of 50% up to EUR 500 with the code TUESDAY, a EUR 20 minimum and 40x, and a Thursday offer of up to 110 free spins with the code ROYALFS, a EUR 30 minimum deposit and wagering marked N/A.

The Tuesday reload on a EUR 20 deposit gives EUR 10 of bonus and a EUR 400 target. The EUR 500 cap needs a EUR 1,000 deposit. Which payment methods are excluded from the bonuses is not found, although the casino accepts 21 deposit methods on AskGamblers, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether.

Metlait SRL, Tobique licence 0000064 and withdrawal limits of EUR 1,000 a day

The terms (version 1.0, effective 9 April 2026, clause 1.1) name Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica under 3-102-911867, as owner and operator, with e-gaming licence 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. AskGamblers and today's CasinoGuru data agree, and CasinoGuru adds a Comoros licence (ALSI-202509073-FI2) that is not on the site. Footer copies from November 2025 and April 2026 still named Hollycorn N.V. in Curacao with licence OGL/2023/176/0095, so the operator changed in 2025 or 2026. Disputes go to EGIS under Tobique rules, with arbitration in Costa Rica.

The terms (clause 11.8) set withdrawal limits of EUR 1,000 per day, EUR 4,000 per rolling week and EUR 15,000 per month, with exceptions possible for active players and progressive jackpot wins paid outside the limits; AskGamblers' EUR 6,000, 20,000 and 60,000 do not match. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 30, payouts are aimed within 72 hours of approval, and bank transfers take 1 to 3 banking days. Every deposit must be wagered 3 times before withdrawal (clause 9.7), a dormancy fee of EUR 25 a month applies after 12 months without login or play, and AskGamblers notes that verification can take up to 30 days. The terms list 44 restricted countries, including Brazil, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, the USA and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick. France, Spain, Portugal and Germany are not on that list, although AskGamblers calls Germany restricted, and Sweden gets no bonuses.

Complaints: 3 at CasinoGuru, 2 at AskGamblers, 25% one-star on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru shows 3 complaints: 1 open, 1 resolved, 1 rejected. They include a EUR 736 withdrawal delayed over a VPN accusation (approved 20 March 2025) and a EUR 30 Apple Pay deposit not credited, open since 1 May 2026. AskGamblers shows 2 complaints, both resolved, with a 2-day average response. One was about raffle free spins removed despite met requirements.

Trustpilot gives crownslots.com 3.5 of 5 from 63 reviews, 62% five-star and 25% one-star. The operator usually replies over a month later. On 3 November 2025 a player did not receive the welcome bonus, and the operator replied on 3 December 2025 that the requirements had not been clearly explained. A player complained in January 2026 about a USD 150 VIP bonus with 10x wagering. Withdrawal cases include 12 days without a payout (reply 17 June 2026) and a USD 1,500 withdrawal returned in September 2025.

Who the CrownSlots package suits

It suits a player who deposits the EUR 20 minimum, accepts 40x on the bonus (EUR 800 of bets on EUR 20) and reads the live terms first.

It does not suit someone in one of the 44 restricted countries, or a player who needs fast verification, given the 30-day warning and the 12-day Trustpilot payout case. Search demand is small: 500 monthly searches for the English brand name, down 90% year on year.

Myths vs facts

Myth: The headline 400% up to EUR 800 is a single deposit bonus.
Fact: The listing adds four deposit steps. The official terms list a first step of 125% up to EUR 1,000 and a second of 115% up to EUR 1,200, while AskGamblers' four caps total EUR 4,000.
Myth: CasinoGuru and AskGamblers describe the same welcome offer.
Fact: AskGamblers lists 100% up to EUR 800 plus 100 spins. CasinoGuru's record shows 125% up to EUR 1,000, 115% up to EUR 1,200 and 150% up to EUR 1,500, and the official terms confirm the first two.
Myth: Thursday spins with N/A wagering are free of conditions.
Fact: N/A means the wagering was not stated in the source. The offer still needs a EUR 30 deposit and the code ROYALFS.
