Our verdict

CrownSlots is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

CrownSlots' terms (updated 9 April 2026, version 1.0) name Metlait SRL of Costa Rica, company number 3-102-911867, as owner and operator under Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000064. They cap withdrawals at €1,000 a day, €4,000 a week and €15,000 a month, require every deposit to be wagered 3 times, charge €25 a month after 12 months of inactivity, and bar residents of 44 listed countries including Estonia. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 6.9 with 3 complaints, 40x wagering applies to the welcome bonus, and Trustpilot shows 3.5 of 5 from 63 reviews.

Metlait SRL and licence 0000064: what the current terms say

Clause 1.1 of the terms says www.crownslots.com is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-911867 at El Guayaval, Residencial La Campina Casa Numero Q-11, Cartago, El Guarco, Tejar, 30801, and operating under licence no. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. AskGamblers and CasinoGuru's October 2026 record name the same company, give an establishment year of 2024 and add an Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence numbered ALSI-202509073-FI2, which the terms do not mention. The same company, licence and text stand behind Neospin.

The site's footer in November 2025 and April 2026 named Hollycorn N.V., registration number 144359, Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, with licence OGL/2023/176/0095 from the Curacao Gaming Control Board, and the long homepage text of April 2026 cited Antillephone N.V., licence 8048/JAZ2019-015. The terms dated 9 April 2026 no longer mention either, so the operator and licence changed during 2025 or early 2026, and no source states the date. Disputes go to support and then to the ADR body EGIS under the Tobique Gaming Commission (clause 15.5), and clause 17 sends all disputes to arbitration in Costa Rica.

44 listed countries, and Germany is not one of them

Clause 2.4 prohibits real-money play for residents of 44 listed countries and regions: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, the British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, the Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Cyprus, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Poland, Romania, Russia, Salvador, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela and Yemen. Violators are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals, and clause 3.2 prohibits VPNs used to get around the list, with possible confiscation of winnings. Players from Sweden are not eligible for bonuses, promotions or VIP programmes (clause 2.5).

France, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, India and Mexico are not on the list, and neither is Germany, although AskGamblers' cons say the casino is restricted in Germany and a German player appears among CasinoGuru's complaints. Individual providers add their own limits in clauses 3.3 and 3.4: NetEnt games are not permitted in Estonia, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and others, and Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play are not available in Sweden. Canada and Australia are allowed except for New Brunswick and Ontario, which fits the Canadian and Australian dollar accounts.

€5,000 per transaction, but €1,000 a day and €15,000 a month

The payments page shows deposits free and instant by Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, MiFinity and Flexepin from €20 to €5,000 (30 to 7,500 in Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars), plus Interac and bitcoin from 0.001, ethereum from 0.01 and tether from 20. Withdrawals by card and the same e-wallets run from €30 to €5,000, instant, and bank transfer from €500 to €5,000 in 1 to 3 banking days, free of fees. A player whose balance is €300 therefore cannot take it out by bank at all. Crypto withdrawals have their own ceilings: 0.4 BTC, 6 ETH, 10,000 USDT, 150 LTC, 100,000 DOGE and 16,000 XRP.

Clause 11.8 then limits the account itself to €1,000 a day, €4,000 over a rolling 7 days and €15,000 a month, with exceptions for the most active players, and progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside these limits. A €5,000 request therefore runs into the €1,000 daily limit, so a €5,000 balance takes 5 days and a €15,000 balance about 4 weeks, since the weekly cap of €4,000 binds. A €60,000 balance would take 4 months at the monthly cap. AskGamblers records €6,000 a day, €20,000 a week and €60,000 a month with no payment fees, which is higher than the terms on every period; Neospin, the sister casino, has €3,000, €7,500 and €22,500. Clause 11.6 aims for payment within 72 hours of approval.

Bank payouts: 1 to 3 days on the page, 3 to 5 at AskGamblers

The casino's page promises bank transfers in 1 to 3 banking days, and clause 11.10 says all bank transfers are processed within 3 business days. AskGamblers lists 3 to 5 days for banks and cards, 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets and a pending period of 0 to 48 hours before the casino releases the request. On AskGamblers' figures a bank payout can take up to 7 days in total, 2 days of pending plus 5 of transfer, and on the casino's 1 to 3 banking days plus the same 2 days of pending it is up to 5. Clause 11.11 adds that intermediary banks may charge up to about €16. AskGamblers also lists 'slow withdrawals' among its cons, and Trustpilot reviewers describe 5 days of waiting after being told 2 (23 February 2026) and 12 days without a payout (24 April 2026), with the operator's reply dated 17 June 2026.

Our catalogue counts 21 deposit methods, including Interac, AstroPay, Pay4Fun, Neosurf and Ripple. CasinoGuru's count is 21 in the older record and 17 in the newer one. Clause 4.1 lists the accepted currencies as EUR, USD, CAD, NZD, NOK, AUD, BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT, DOG and XRP.

A 3x deposit turnover, a 2-week verification window and a €25 dormancy fee

Clause 9.7 requires every deposit to be wagered 3 times before it can be withdrawn, otherwise the casino may charge a processing fee or refuse the payout. On a €100 deposit that is €300 of bets before the money can leave. Clause 8.4 keeps a withdrawal pending until verification is complete and locks the account and cancels the withdrawal if the casino cannot reach the player by phone or e-mail within 2 weeks. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script or a video verification is required (clause 9.5), and expired or mismatched documents can mean closure with the balance forfeited (clause 18.4). Bitcoin players must show ID before they can deposit or bet (clause 2.7). AskGamblers lists a slow verification process, up to 30 days, as a con, and notes that live chat availability does not always match the 24/7 claim.

Clause 12 treats an account with no login or gameplay for 12 consecutive months as inactive and allows a monthly fee of €25, or the whole balance if lower, so a €200 balance lasts 8 months. A Trustpilot reviewer of 21 February 2026 describes a sequence: the first small wins were paid, then verification was requested when the wins grew, and it was tied to a digital card he no longer had. Another reviewer had a USD 1,500 withdrawal returned on 9 September 2025; the sources do not say why.

What the bonus terms say: 40x, 7 days, a €1,000 cap on the welcome bonus

The bonus terms page gives a first deposit bonus of 125% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins, with a €20 minimum deposit, wagering of 40x on the bonus plus free-spin result, 7 days of validity, and free spins credited at 25 a day over 4 days. Maximum winnings from the cash bonus are €1,000 and from the free-spin result €150. The second deposit bonus is 115% up to €1,200, and the Highroller bonus is 100% up to €5,000 with a €500 minimum, both at 40x. The weekly cashback runs from 5% to 20% by VIP rank with 3x wagering of the week's spend by Sunday 23:59 UTC and a cap of 10 times the winning sum.

On a €1,000 bonus 40x is €40,000 of bets, 8,000 bets at €5, or about 1,143 a day across 7 days. On a €20 bonus it is €800, or 160 bets at €5. CasinoGuru records a €5 maximum bet and a maximum cashout equal to the bonus cap, between €1,000 and €1,500, and rates the T&C as somewhat unfair with 4 issues. The welcome offer has changed over time: in November 2025 it was 100% up to €800 with 100 spins, in April 2026 the headline read 390% up to €3,700 with 175 spins, and the current page shows the 125% up to €1,000 line. The bonus page has the details. Trustpilot shows one welcome bonus that never arrived, and on 3 December 2025 the operator conceded the requirements had not been clearly explained.

8,000 games, 86 or 148 providers, and limits for deposits, losses and sessions

The About page claims more than 8,000 games. AskGamblers counts 86 providers, CasinoGuru 148 in the newer record and 126 in the older one. The lobby lists crash games, originals from InOut and 100HP, live tables from Evolution and Ezugi, and tournaments advertised at €25,000,000 (Drops & Wins) and €1,000,000 (Spin Express). Support is 24/7 live chat, with languages listed as English, German, Italian and French at AskGamblers.

The responsible gaming page (version of 20 April 2026) describes Personal Limits for deposits, losses and wagers per day, week or month, a cooling-off period, a defined-period self-exclusion and a session limit from 6 minutes to 1,000,000 minutes, and self-exclusion by e-mail. AskGamblers lists deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion and cool-off, and no reality check, self-assessment or withdrawal lock, which is 6 of its 10 tools. CasinoGuru's older record listed none of them.

3 complaints or 158, 6.9 Safety Index, 3.5 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 6.9 (Above average) in October 2026 and was 6.8 before. The October record shows 3 complaints: 1 open, 1 resolved and 1 rejected. The older record under the earlier operator recorded 158, with 2 open, 52 unresolved, 95 resolved and 9 rejected. Its cases include a Russian player's €736 withdrawal delayed over a VPN accusation and approved on 20 March 2025, an Alabama player's $299 closed on 13 March 2025 after the player stopped replying, and a German player's €30 Apple Pay deposit not credited, still open on 1 May 2026. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.9, no player reviews and 2 complaints, both resolved within an average of 2 days: raffle free spins removed despite the requirements being met, and a €31 Paysafecard deposit not credited for a week.

Trustpilot gives 3.5 of 5 from 63 reviews, 62% five-star, 11% four-star, 2% two-star and 25% one-star (about 16 of the 63). The operator's replies usually arrive over a month later. One reviewer on 17 April 2026 suspects the many positive reviews are written for the casino. Another one-star review, from 21 April 2026, concerns a land-based Crown Slots Casino in Clapham and has nothing to do with this site.

Who CrownSlots suits and who should avoid it

It suits a player in a permitted country who deposits from the €20 minimum, takes e-wallet or crypto payouts of up to €1,000 a day, and is comfortable with a 3x turnover on every deposit. For that player the 24/7 chat, the limit tools on the responsible gaming page and a CasinoGuru Safety Index of 6.9 are the points in its favour.

It suits poorly anyone with a balance under €500 who wants a bank payout, anyone who expects to cash out more than €4,000 in a week, and anyone who leaves an account idle for a year, because €25 a month follows. Players expecting a payout within 2 days should note the 5 to 12 days reported on Trustpilot, and anyone in the UK, the US, Belgium, Poland, the Netherlands or Estonia is on the restricted list.
