Granawin asks you to choose before you deposit: its home page offers a 100% sports bonus up to €100 or a casino offer up to €200 with 170 free spins, and the FAQ says the two cannot be combined. The casino side then splits into versions. AskGamblers records 100% up to €120 with 120 spins and a bonus game, the FAQ says 100% is limited to €100, and an earlier CasinoGuru scrape lists a 200% step up to €500. All of them run at 40x with a €5 maximum bet. The €120 version is the easiest to price.
Sports or casino: a one-time choice, and a cap that cuts a €150 deposit
Granawin offers two first deposit bonuses, one for sports betting and one for casino, and the FAQ says you cannot use them interchangeably or receive one if you already have the other. The sports minimum is €10, the casino minimum €20.
The FAQ gives an example of the cap: the 100% first deposit bonus is limited to €100, so a €150 deposit earns €100, not €150. AskGamblers puts the cap at €120 with the same 100%, and the home page advertises casino value up to €200, so check the cashier before you deposit.
40x on €120: €4,800 of bets, or 960 bets at €5
Every deposit bonus carries 40x, and AskGamblers shows it applies to the bonus. A €120 deposit on the 100% step gives €120 of bonus and a target of €4,800, which is at least 960 bets at the €5 limit. A €20 minimum deposit gives €20 of bonus, a €800 target and 160 bets. On the €100 cap in the FAQ the target is €4,000 on that basis.
The second step, 50% up to €100 with 50 spins, needs a €200 deposit to fill. It carries the same 40x, so €100 of bonus costs €4,000 of bets, or 800 bets at €5. Taking both steps in full means €220 of bonus and €8,800 of bets.

The spin clause: €120 deposited, €360 bet
Clause 1l lets the casino cancel free spins and all winnings from them if the deposit that earned the spins was not wagered at least 3 times, with bets on table games not counted. For a €120 deposit that means €360 of bets before the 120 spins are safe.
That is separate from the 40x. The general terms add a rule that a casino deposit must be wagered 3 times before any withdrawal. A €100 deposit therefore needs €300 of bets whether or not it came with a bonus.
Slots only: tables and live dealers count for nothing
Slots count 100%. Table games and live dealer games do not count at all, and jackpot games are excluded together with a long list of named slots such as Dead or Alive, Dead or Alive 2, Plinko and Craps. Real money is wagered before bonus money, and a bonus cancels when its balance reaches €0.05 or less.
Asking for a withdrawal before the wagering is done forfeits the bonus and its winnings. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and the bonus-to-wager ratio must not exceed 40% or the casino may seize winnings.
Where the money stops: €50, €10,000 and 14 working days
Winnings from a no-deposit bonus or free spins without a deposit are capped at €50, and a €20 deposit is needed before you can cash them out. Winnings from cashback, comp points, tournament, VIP, weekly and non-welcome deposit bonuses stop at €10,000, and excess is forfeited. A review of such a case can take up to 14 working days.
The welcome bonus is exempt from the €10,000 limit, and the terms give no separate cap for it. They also give no validity period for a deposit bonus, so check how many days the cashier shows.

If that account is accurate, the limit is applied after the bet, so the game accepting a stake is no protection.
Who should take the Granawin offer
