Our verdict

Granawin is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Granawin states a withdrawal ceiling of €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, a €10 minimum deposit and withdrawal, and a €500 minimum for wire transfers. Its terms add a 3x turnover on every casino deposit, a €10 monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity and a two-week deadline to finish verification. They name no operator and no licence. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.1 in one record and 6.8 in another, AskGamblers shows a 9.1/10 player rating from 23 reviews and 2 resolved complaints, and Trustpilot shows 2.5 from 50 reviews. This review sets those figures against the rulebook.

TechSolutions Group N.V. or Starsten Limited: the owner depends on the source

The casino's own terms, bonus terms, refund policy and About Us page, all, name no company, no registration number and no licence authority. The only reference is to 'applicable license conditions' in the betting rules. CasinoGuru's detailed record names TechSolutions Group N.V. as owner and operator, a founding year of 2024, revenue below €1,000,000 and two licences, the Curacao Gaming Authority and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, with no number. CasinoGuru's October record and AskGamblers name Starsten Limited and only the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. One owner or two, one licence or two, depending on the page.

The site is reached through granawin.com, which forwards to granawins.com. The rulebook is written for a sports bookmaker and applies to the website and to 'Granawin betting facilities', and the About Us page describes a sports-betting provider. One FAQ answer says 'Ivibet offers two different first deposit bonuses', and a Trustpilot reviewer of 7 May 2026 writes that Granawin uses the same platform as Ivibet. The live chat link points to the same LiveChat account number, 9054575, as DragonSlots. For disputes the terms send the player to support and then to 'any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website', and name none.

€4,000 a day, €10,000 a week, €40,000 a month

Clause 16 caps withdrawals at €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €40,000 per month, with exceptions possible for higher VIP status and full payment of progressive jackpots. A €10,000 win leaves in 3 days at the daily cap. A €25,000 win needs three weekly allotments (€10,000, €10,000 and €5,000). The full monthly €40,000 equals four weekly allotments. CasinoGuru lists 'unclear withdrawal limits in practice' among its cons. Requests above a payment method's limit are paid in instalments.

The minimum deposit is €10 (CAD 15, NZD 15, BRL 5, PLN 40, INR 900) and the minimum withdrawal is €10, but a wire transfer needs €500. Intermediary banks may charge up to €16, and an account closed with money in it pays €12.5 for the manual transfer. The casino takes no commission, but it may cover its own fees from a player who deposited and never wagered. The FAQ puts e-wallet deposits at up to 15 minutes, card and crypto deposits at up to 24 hours, e-wallet withdrawals at about 12 hours, crypto under 24 hours and cards up to 7 business days. AskGamblers adds a pending period of 0 to 5 days, which makes a card or bank payout up to 12 days (5 plus 7).

One clause cuts against the cashier. The Security Service may decline withdrawal requests 'if deposits were made through e-payment systems', while clause 14 lists Skrill and Neteller as accepted deposit methods. It may also refuse a payout that does not match the bets placed at minimum odds of 1.1. AskGamblers counts 18 payment methods, CasinoGuru 19 in one record and 16 in another, and the About Us page names a different set that includes WebMoney, ecoPayz and Boleto. Small print on the sportsbook side: the minimum stake is EUR 0.10, and a manual transfer of a balance after an account is closed costs a flat EUR 12.5.

  • Daily: €4,000
  • Weekly: €10,000
  • Monthly: €40,000
  • Wire transfer minimum: €500

Verification: a selfie with ID, proof of funds and a two-week clock

The FAQ says documents are requested at the first withdrawal. Clause 15 lists a photo of an ID document, a photo or screenshot of the payment system (scans are not accepted) and a proof of address not older than 3 months (90 days). It adds proof of wealth, proof of funds and a selfie with the ID, optionally with a sheet of paper showing the casino name and the date. Documents are checked 'in 48 hours', must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, and the casino may demand a video call or a phone call. After a video conference the ruling comes within 5 working days.

If verification is not completed within two weeks, the account is closed permanently and the winnings are confiscated. The documents can be requested once a player reaches a certain sum, which the terms do not name. CasinoGuru's editorial quotes players describing 'selfies with visible hands and legs', and its cons list excessive verification and account restrictions after wins. Its reviewers from Canada, Bulgaria and Croatia report excessive demands, unexplained cancelled withdrawals and a restricted account after winning.

Two inactivity clauses and a 3x turnover that can cost the fees

Clause 2 says an account 'is blocked after staying inactive for 12 months' and can be unblocked through support. Clause 17 separately allows a monthly fee of €10, or the whole balance if lower, after 12 consecutive months without a login. A €50 balance is gone 5 months after that point.

Every casino deposit must be wagered 3 times, or once for sports, before a withdrawal can be requested. A €100 deposit needs €300 of bets. If the bets since the last deposit are under 3x, the casino may charge the processing costs of the deposit and the withdrawal. Refund requests are only considered within 24 hours of the transaction or 30 days after unauthorised access, and a notarised ID must arrive within 5 days or the account is closed and the funds forfeited.

The anti-fraud clause names low-risk roulette that covers 25 or more of the 37 numbers, opposite bets and a bonus-to-wager ratio above 40%. Free spins claimed from a country that differs from the IP address lead to account termination and withheld winnings, and the casino can close an account without giving a reason. CasinoGuru rates these terms unfair.

Two restricted-country lists in one rulebook: 55 and 66 entries

Clause 2 lists 55 countries whose users cannot register, and clause 3 lists 66 entries where real-money play is prohibited. The lists differ. Cyprus, France, Russia and the Gaza Strip appear only in the first. Turkey, Iceland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Kosovo, Western Sahara, Martinique, Mayotte and Reunion appear only in the second. Both name the United Kingdom, the USA, the Netherlands, Belgium, Malta, Israel, Ukraine, Australia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the United Arab Emirates. Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Austria, Canada and Brazil are on neither.

A country missing from the registration form is unavailable, and choosing another country is prohibited and can mean confiscated winnings and permanent closure. VPNs are 'not restricted' but may break games. NetEnt jackpots cannot be won from 17 countries including Italy, Spain, Denmark and India, and Canadians may not play NYX games. CasinoGuru lists 'many restricted countries' among its cons.

The bonus in numbers: €5 bet limit, 40x and table games at 0%

The home page offers 100% up to €100 for sports or a casino package of up to €200 and 170 free spins. AskGamblers lists 100% up to €120 with 120 spins and a bonus game, minimum €20, 40x, and the FAQ says the first-deposit bonus is limited to €100. Those caps do not agree. The bonus terms set a €5 maximum bet, a €20 minimum deposit, 40x on deposit bonuses and a €50 cap on no-deposit winnings. If a €20 deposit earns a €20 bonus and 40x applies to the bonus, as AskGamblers reports, the requirement is €800, or at least 160 bets of €5.

Slots count 100% and table games and live dealer games count nothing. Other bonus winnings are capped at €10,000 with up to 14 working days to review. The bonus page has the offer itself.

Over 6,000 titles and a sportsbook with a €500,000 weekly win cap

The home page counts over 6,000 titles and a sportsbook with prematch, live betting, cash-out and live streaming. The sportsbook limits winnings to €100,000 per bet, €250,000 per day and €500,000 per week, and the minimum stake is €0.10. CasinoGuru counts 120 casino providers in one record and 124 in another, AskGamblers 70 or more, and AskGamblers notes that table games can only be found through search. There is a mobile app.

Support runs 24/7 by live chat and email. CasinoGuru lists three support languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese), AskGamblers 13. The responsible gaming page offers limits on loss, deposit (not crypto), session and wager set through live support, and self-exclusion for a week, a month, 6 months or a year by contacting support. AskGamblers counts 3 of 10 tools, CasinoGuru none.

Safety Index 8.1 or 6.8, two resolved complaints and 2.5 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.1, High, in the May 2026 record and 6.8, Above average, in the 15 October 2026 record. One record shows 16 direct complaints and 535 including related casinos, the other shows 1. CasinoGuru's cases: a Canadian player whose account was closed with about $2,000 of winnings confiscated on 7 May 2026; a Portuguese withdrawal pending since a Friday on 3 May 2026; and a German withdrawal requested less than two weeks before 29 April 2026 and still unpaid.

AskGamblers gives a rank of 8.4 in one record and 8.6 in another, and a player rating of 9.1/10 from 23 reviews. Its two complaints, both resolved, are from India: INR 21,200 in two deposits pending for more than 24 days in February 2026, and a UPI deposit of INR 20,000 not credited in January 2026.

Trustpilot shows 2.5 from 50 reviews in the earlier record and 3 stars from 80 in the October record. A review of 28 April 2026 says seven bets of €20 were accepted over the €5 bonus limit and the winnings were then confiscated. One of 6 May 2026 says the account was wiped after winnings. A 5-star review of 7 May 2026 reports almost a year of play without problems. The Trustpilot score of 2.5 stars is far below the 9.1 of 10 player rating at AskGamblers, and the home page advertises 170 spins where AskGamblers lists 120.

Who Granawin suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a player who deposits from €10, expects payouts well under €4,000 a day, stays out of both country lists, can produce an ID, a payment proof, a proof of address under 3 months old and possibly a selfie within 14 days, and wants a casino and a sportsbook under one login.

It is a poor fit for a player who wants the operator and licence confirmed on the casino's own pages, for one who clears bonuses on table games or live games, for a player who bets low-risk roulette, for someone who plans to leave money idle for 12 months, and for anyone who wants named dispute resolution beyond the casino's own support.
