Those headlines hide the numbers that decide the offer: wagering of 45x, a maximum bet of 450 rubles and a cap on deposit-bonus winnings of 10 times the bonus. The bonus terms run to 34 points, and several of them let the casino reduce or cancel a bonus. Here is what the terms say, priced in rubles because that is how the site shows its amounts, and what is still missing.
225% and 900 spins, with no split published
The listing and the homepage banner both show 225% plus 900 free spins. How that splits across deposits, and which games the spins are on, is not stated in the sources we have. The only deposit figure in the bonus terms is the minimum for the welcome deposit bonus: 1,000 rubles (point 6).
Because the percentages per step are unknown, the examples below use a bonus amount rather than a deposit amount. Replace it with your own bonus once you see the offer on the site.
45x and a 450 ruble bet limit
Wagering is 45x unless the offer says otherwise (point 7). A bonus of 1,000 rubles therefore needs 45,000 rubles of bets. The rules do not say whether the deposit is counted as well, which would raise the figure. The maximum bet with an active bonus is 450 rubles (point 14), so that target takes at least 100 bets at the limit. Note that the limit is 45% of the minimum welcome deposit, so even a minimum-size player runs into it quickly.
Only slots count in full at 100%. Jackpot games, instant games and live casino are excluded (point 9). If the balance drops below 0.1 USD the bonus is cancelled (point 31).
The 10x win cap: 45,000 to wager for at most 10,000
Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus (point 17). The original bonus is returned first, then up to 9 times more. For a 1,000 ruble bonus that is a ceiling of 10,000 rubles. The wagering target is 4.5 times that ceiling.

7 days for the deposit bonus, 24 hours for the spins
A welcome deposit bonus stays valid for 7 days. Free spins and other bonuses last only 24 hours (point 11). Over 7 days, a 45,000 ruble target is about 6,429 rubles of bets per day.
Free spins come with a further condition: a deposit that earns free spins must be followed by bets of at least 3 times the deposit, or the spins and their winnings are cancelled (point 25). Separately, the general terms require every deposit and credit to be wagered 3 times before withdrawal, or an 8% fee (minimum 4 EUR) applies.
Points that let the casino cut or cancel a bonus

CasinoGuru gives Kush a Safety Index of 3.5 (Low) and rates its terms as fair with no issues found. It lists one complaint, which was rejected; the details are not available. AskGamblers and Trustpilot have no page for the casino, so there is no second source on how bonus payouts go in practice.
