The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Kush Casino is a 2025 brand run by 3-102-937610 SRL of Costa Rica under Anjouan licence ALSI-202510054-FI2, and its terms (last updated 7.27.2026) tie every withdrawal to a limit based on total deposits: €1,500 a day for a player under €1,500 deposited, €4,000 a day above €10,000. Every deposit must be wagered 3x first, or an 8% fee applies. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 3.5, Low, with 1 complaint, rejected; AskGamblers and Trustpilot have no page for the casino. The site's own pages are in Russian and prices on the home page are in rubles. This review sets the clauses against that thin record.
3-102-937610 SRL and licence ALSI-202510054-FI2
Section 1 of the terms says the service is owned by 3-102-937610 SRL, a limited liability company registered in Costa Rica under number 3102937610, and licensed in Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Act No. 007 of 2005. The footer gives licence number ALSI-202510054-FI2, and CasinoGuru lists the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority as issuer, with the licence verified, and dates the brand to 2025 with revenue under €1,000,000. The terms are governed by the law of Anjouan (section 25), the English version prevails (25.5) and the casino may change the terms at any time with immediate effect (section 2).
One document names a different company. The AML policy, updated 17 December 2025, says the full management of BitPulse Solution N.V. is responsible for money-laundering controls, while the terms name 3-102-937610 SRL as the owner. The sources do not explain the link between the two. A complaint under clause 21.6 can end in arbitration, but no arbitration body is named.
€1,500 a day, or €4,000 once deposits pass €10,000
Clause 8.1 sets three limit tiers by total deposits. Under €1,500 deposited: €1,500 a day, €3,000 a week and €15,000 a month. From €1,500: €2,500 a day, €5,500 a week and €25,000 a month. From €10,000: €4,000 a day, €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. The casino also reserves individual limits, max bets and payout speed, which can go up or down without notice, and VIP members may get faster payouts and flexible limits. The minimum withdrawal is €10 per transaction, except on account closure.
The weekly caps bite before the daily ones. In the first tier two days at €1,500 already reach €3,000, so a €20,000 win takes 7 weeks (6 payouts of €3,000 and one of €2,000). In the second tier a €20,000 win takes 4 weeks (3 payouts of €5,500 and one of €3,500). In the third tier the same win is paid in 1 week. A player with under €1,500 deposited is in the first tier, so a large win on a small deposit is the slowest case.
The terms state no processing time. Clause 8.6 lets the casino delay or suspend a withdrawal while it runs a check, a risk assessment or an investigation, and the data held for the casino lists no withdrawal times. Withdrawals go back to the method used for the deposit, and another method is allowed only at the casino's discretion and after further checks (8.4). Deposits must come from an account in the player's own name (7.1). The data held lists Visa and Mir as deposit methods and the ruble as the only currency, while the limits above are quoted in euros; clause 7.1 converts other currencies at the oanda.com daily rate or the processor's rate. Withdrawal methods are not published.
Fees: the casino says it normally bears deposit fees (7.2). A chargeback, refusal or cancelled payment costs the player an administrative fee of €50 each time (9.1).
3x wagering on every deposit, or an 8% fee
Clauses 7.1 and 8.1 require every deposit and every credit, including tournament rewards, to be wagered 3 times before withdrawal. A request before that can be rejected. If the casino processes it anyway, clause 8.2 charges 8% with a minimum of €4. On a €100 withdrawal the fee is €8; on a €30 withdrawal it is the €4 minimum, 13.3%. A €100 deposit needs €300 of bets to avoid the fee. Clause 8.2 says there is no withdrawal fee once the 3x requirement is met.
Other clauses: one account per player (5.4 and 6.1), with device, IP address, payment method or browser fingerprint used to spot duplicates (6.2); the penalty can be blocking, cancelled bonuses, winnings and bets, and funds held during review (6.3). A mistaken credit stays the casino's property (6.6) and an overdrawn account is a debt (6.7). Zero-risk strategies are banned, including opposite bets and covering more than 65% of outcomes in one round, with more than 24 roulette numbers as the clause's example. Results become final after 72 hours (11.2), and disputes over a settled bet must be filed within 3 days (21.4). The casino aims to answer a complaint within 28 days (21.3).
The terms contain no dormant-account fee and no stated cap on a single win outside bonuses. The restricted countries are Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the Comoros, the UK and the USA with their territories, plus FATF-blacklisted countries (4.1.3); the KYC policy also names Australia. A VPN or proxy is prohibited (3.4), and the casino does not guarantee withdrawals for players who break the country rule (8.7).
Three verification steps, at $2,000 and $5,000
Verification is spelled out in the AML policy. Step one applies to every withdrawal: name, date of birth, country, sex and full address. Step two applies to any deposit above $2,000 or any withdrawal: a photo of an ID held next to a note with a six-digit random number, and deposits, withdrawals and tips are paused until it is done. Step three applies to a deposit or withdrawal above $5,000, or to sending more than $3,000 to another user, and asks for the source of wealth. The KYC policy, last updated 22.07.2025, adds proof of address no older than 3 months and proof of ownership of the payment method, and enhanced checks for transactions above $10,000.
Clause 5.2 of the terms asks for a photo ID and a recent utility bill, and 8.3 allows a selfie or a verification call at any time during the relationship. No processing time for the review is stated anywhere in the documents, so the time from document upload to payout is unknown. A player who withdraws the €10 minimum meets step two, since any withdrawal triggers it.
225% + 900 free spins at 45x, with a 450 RUB bet limit
The home page advertises a welcome offer of 225% plus 900 free spins and cashback of up to 20%. The bonus terms set 45x wagering (point 7), a minimum deposit of 1000 RUB (point 6) and a maximum bet of 450 RUB while a bonus is active (point 14). A deposit bonus can win at most 10x the bonus: the original bonus is returned first, then up to 9x more (point 17). On a 1000 RUB bonus that is 10,000 RUB, and 45x wagering means 45,000 RUB of bets, at least 100 bets at the 450 RUB limit.
Welcome deposit bonuses last 7 days, free spins and most other bonuses 24 hours (point 11). Jackpot games, instant games and live casino do not count (point 9). The casino may cut a bonus to 25% for players it judges to have taken a disproportionate number of bonuses (point 5), and every payout goes through an internal check that can cancel the bonus (point 19). The bonus article has the full package.
42 providers and a ruble-first site
CasinoGuru counts 42 game providers. The home page shows slots, live games, crash games, tournaments with a Race of Millionaires prize pool of 640,000 RUB, a wheel of fortune, a bonus shop and a VIP section, with Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming titles in the winners widget. Section 11 of the terms contains sports betting rules. Support is by email at Support@kush.casino and a Telegram link; CasinoGuru records no 24/7 live chat. The casino's pages are in Russian, and no other language was found.
For responsible play the casino publishes a six-question self-test and links to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare. Self-exclusion lasts at least 6 months, is requested by email and takes effect within 24 hours (6.9), and a 7-day cooling-off period exists. Deposit, loss and time limits are not described.
Safety Index 3.5 and one rejected complaint
CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 3.5, Low. It rates the terms fair with 0 issues found, finds the casino on no blacklist and counts 1 complaint: 0 open, 0 resolved and 1 rejected. The details of that complaint were not found, so its amount and date cannot be given. AskGamblers has no page for Kush Casino, and Trustpilot has no profile. With a 2025 launch and a single complaint, the track record holds too little to show how disputes end.
Who Kush Casino suits and who should avoid it
It suits a player who reads Russian, lives outside the countries in clause 4.1.3 and plans to wager every deposit 3 times anyway. For that player the numbers to check are the €1,500 daily limit of the first tier and the 45x bonus at a 450 RUB bet. It is a poor fit for a player who needs a published payout time, an English-language document set, a track record of paid complaints or an AskGamblers page and the 3.5 Safety Index is rated Low by CasinoGuru. Players from Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the USA should not deposit.
