Limewin's homepage shows two different welcome packages at once. The widget advertises a 400% package of up to €3,500 and 200 free spins, while the long text lower on the same page still describes the older two-step deal: 100% up to €500 plus 50 extra spins, then 50% up to €150 plus 25 extra spins, which is also what CasinoGuru recorded. The official bonus terms are clear on the rest: 40x wagering on deposit bonuses, a €5 maximum bet, a €20 minimum deposit, and 50x on no-deposit and spin bonuses unless an offer says otherwise.
Where the Limewin terms come from
The official domain is limewin.com. The terms and conditions (version 1.1, last updated 10 March 2026) name Metlait SRL of Costa Rica, registration 3-102-911867, as owner and operator, which confirms the operator CasinoGuru lists. CasinoGuru says the brand is not on any relevant blacklist. AskGamblers has no review page for Limewin, Trustpilot has no profile, and LCB has no page for it.
The bonus terms page sets the rules that apply to every offer, and CasinoGuru's record supplies the figures for the two-step package. Where the homepage widget and the long text disagree, the sections below say which one a number belongs to.
€650 and 75 spins, or €3,500 and 200 spins
The older two-step package adds up to the advertised €650 plus 75 free spins: €500 plus €150, and 50 plus 25 spins. The first step is a 100% match, so a €500 deposit is needed to reach the full €500, while a €100 deposit gives €100 of bonus. The second step is a 50% match, so €300 earns the full €150. Maxing both steps means €800 of deposits for €650 of bonus money.
The homepage widget shows the newer 400% package instead: 100% up to €1,000 plus 150 spins with code PINACOLADA, then 50% up to €750 plus 50 spins with MOJITO, 30% up to €1,000 with MARGARITA and 20% up to €750 with GIMLET. The four caps add up to €3,500 and the spins to 200. A Sunday reload of 50% up to €100 plus 25 spins uses AFTERPARTY. Codes are shown on the site, so check which package your deposit page applies.
The bonus terms set the minimum deposit at €20 (AUD 25 or NZD 25 in those currencies). Sweden gets no bonuses at all, and deposit bonuses are excluded for Croatia, Serbia and Finland.
40x on the bonus: €4,000 on a €100 deposit
The terms apply 40x to deposit bonuses and free spins, and 50x to no-deposit and spin bonuses unless an offer states otherwise. A €100 first deposit gives a €100 bonus and a target of €4,000 of bets. The full €500 first step means €20,000, the second step at its maximum €150 bonus means €6,000, and both steps maxed add up to (500 + 150) x 40 = €26,000 of bets.
Any deposit must also be wagered 3 times before withdrawal, or the casino can charge a processing fee or refuse the payout. The long bonus text gives 14 days to complete the wagering. Taking a withdrawal early forfeits the bonus and its winnings, and the bonus is cancelled when the bonus balance drops to €0.05.
The €5 max bet turns 4,000 into 800 spins at least
The maximum bet with an active bonus is €5 (AUD 8 or NZD 8), and breaking it can lead to confiscated winnings. At that stake the €4,000 target from a €100 deposit needs at least 800 bets, and the full €26,000 needs at least 5,200.
Slots count 100% towards wagering. Baccarat, blackjack, Hi-Lo, video poker, roulette, poker and crash games count only 5%, so a €4,000 target on table games behaves like €80,000. Minimal-risk betting such as covering red and black does not count and risks confiscation.
CasinoGuru lists the cashout from the two-step package as unlimited, but the long bonus text gives a maximum winning of €10,000, and the terms cap non-welcome bonus winnings at €10,000 with a review of up to 14 business days. No-deposit winnings are capped at €50. Treat unlimited as unconfirmed.
What is unusual: two licences and €4,000 a day
The terms and footer name licence number 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission, while the homepage marketing text says Curacao Gaming Control Board, and CasinoGuru also lists the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (ALSI-202509073-FI2). The same operator and Anjouan number appear for the sister brand CrownSlots. Disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica, and claims are barred after 1 year.
Withdrawals are limited to €4,000 per day, €16,000 per rolling 7 days and €50,000 per rolling 30 days, with a €10 minimum, and larger requests may be paid in instalments. The homepage promises casino-side processing within 12 hours; the terms aim for 72 hours after approval, and bank transfers take up to 3 business days, with intermediary fees typically up to €16. Account verification can take up to 30 working days, and failing it within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request means termination and confiscated funds. An account idle for 12 months pays €10 a month.
The restricted list in the terms has roughly 225 entries, including the US, UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Brazil, Sweden, Estonia and Ontario and New Brunswick in Canada. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Finland, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand are not on it. Only a deposit limit and self-exclusion are listed by CasinoGuru as responsible gambling tools.
One complaint, or 535: why we only trust the recent count
CasinoGuru shows 1 complaint, resolved, a safety index of 7.5 (Above average) and a T&C verdict of Somewhat unfair with 5 issues, flagging bonus hunting, KYC timelines and low-risk play restrictions.
An older, undated CasinoGuru record shows 535 complaints and a safety index of 8.1. That figure conflicts with the newer one and with the editorial, which speaks of zero direct complaints and 12 from related casinos, so it most likely counts sister brands. We do not quote it as Limewin's own. None of the example complaints in that older record concerns a bonus.
Who the package suits
It fits a player in an eligible country who deposits €100 to €500, accepts 40x on the bonus (€4,000 to €20,000 of bets at a €5 limit) and plays slots, which count in full. It does not fit table-game players, since those count 5%, or anyone relying on loss and time limits, which Limewin does not list. Its VIP club is slow: the Rookie level costs 50 points at 1 point per €25 of slot bets, so €1,250 of play earns €5, a 0.4% return.
Myths vs facts
- Myth: The €500 cap means you have to deposit €500 to get any bonus.
- Fact: The first step is a 100% match, so any deposit from €20 earns a bonus of the same size. €100 gives €100, and €500 is only needed for the full €500.
- Myth: Unlimited cashout means the bonus is easy to withdraw.
- Fact: The bonus text gives a €10,000 maximum winning and 14 days to finish, and a €100 bonus still needs €4,000 of bets at a €5 maximum bet.
- Myth: Limewin has hundreds of complaints on CasinoGuru.
- Fact: The 535 figure comes from an older record that conflicts with the newer one (1 complaint) and most likely counts related casinos.
Before you claim
- Check which package your deposit page applies: €650 and 75 spins, or €3,500 and 200 spins.
- Deposit at least €20 and expect to wager the deposit 3 times before any withdrawal.
- Work out the target first: €100 deposit, €100 bonus, 40x, €4,000 of bets.
- Keep every bet at €5 or below and play slots, since table games count 5%.
- Check that your country is not on the restricted list and that you accept a Tobique or Anjouan licence.
