Mr Pacho advertises a welcome offer of 100% up to EUR 500 plus 200 free spins, with a EUR 20 minimum deposit and 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, according to AskGamblers. CasinoGuru agrees on the first part and also lists a second tier of 200% up to EUR 1,000 plus 200 spins. The welcome figures are attributed to the review sites. The terms give casino bonuses 10 days for wagering and cap withdrawals of a default deposit bonus at 10 times the bonus, while the welcome offer's own max bet is not stated. The sources also disagree on the licence, and a EUR 500 daily withdrawal limit at level 1 changes what a large bonus is worth.

Where the Mr Pacho figures come from

The official domain is mrpacho.com, and its home page still serves a casino. The bonus numbers come from AskGamblers and CasinoGuru's bonus records.

Search results quoting 350%, 36x or a EUR 1,000 max cashout contradict each other, so we skip them.

100% up to EUR 500 and 200 spins: what a deposit buys

AskGamblers and CasinoGuru both list 100% up to EUR 500 plus 200 free spins, and AskGamblers gives EUR 20 as the minimum deposit. At 100% a EUR 20 deposit earns EUR 20 of bonus, and the EUR 500 cap needs a EUR 500 deposit.

CasinoGuru also records 200% up to EUR 1,000 plus 200 spins at 35x, with deposit and conditions unknown; AskGamblers does not list it, so we treat it as unconfirmed. The split of the 200 spins, their game and the daily count are not found.

35x on deposit plus bonus: EUR 1,400 at the minimum, EUR 35,000 at the cap

AskGamblers shows wagering of 35x on deposit plus bonus. A EUR 20 deposit plus EUR 20 bonus is EUR 40, so the target is EUR 1,400 of bets. A maxed offer of EUR 500 plus EUR 500 is EUR 1,000, so the target is EUR 35,000.

Wagering on the 200 welcome spins is not found. AskGamblers shows N/A for the separate 50 free spins offer, meaning no figure was published. The terms give casino bonuses 10 days for wagering (clause 7.12) and treat a single bet over EUR 100 before the wagering is met as abuse (7.19), but the welcome offer's max bet is not stated, so EUR 1,400 or EUR 35,000 cannot be converted into spins. Game contribution and payment methods excluded from the bonus are also not found, though the listing shows 32 deposit methods.

EUR 500 a day: 70 days to withdraw a maxed bonus

The terms (clause 6.11) set limits by level, from EUR 500 per transaction, EUR 500 per day and EUR 7,000 per month at level 1 (the figures from the listing and AskGamblers) to EUR 1,700, EUR 5,000 and EUR 75,000 at level 5, which is the EUR 75,000 AskGamblers mentions for top-tier users. The level follows from the previous 90 days. A EUR 35,000 result at EUR 500 a day would take 70 days, and the EUR 7,000 monthly cap would stretch it over five months (our arithmetic).

AskGamblers shows 3 to 5 days for e-wallets, cards and bank, a pending period of 0 to 5 days and no weekend cashouts. CasinoGuru's pros claim 24 to 48 hours. The terms (clause 6.15) allow 96 business hours per request, with staff working 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. On Trustpilot the operator cited 96 hours on 31 August 2026, while a review of 5 August 2026 reports about 28 hours.

Weekend reload, two cashbacks and the 50-spin offer

AskGamblers lists four more offers. The weekend reload is 50% up to EUR 700 plus 50 free spins, EUR 20 minimum, 35x on deposit plus bonus: a EUR 100 deposit gives EUR 50 of bonus and a EUR 5,250 target (150 times 35). The weekly cashback is 15% up to EUR 3,000 at 1x, so the cap needs EUR 20,000 of net losses. The live casino cashback is 25% up to EUR 200 at 1x, which needs EUR 800 of losses. The 50 free spins offer has a EUR 20 minimum and N/A wagering.

AskGamblers marked all of them Restricted for US players. The no-deposit terms praised on Trustpilot on 7 May 2026 are not found.

Luxinero or Rabidi: two sources, two licence answers

AskGamblers names Luxinero Group, launched 2023, with a Costa Rica licence. CasinoGuru says Mr Pacho belongs to the Rabidi group with 17 related casinos, established 2023, and lists No license. The terms name only "the Company" and no licence or company, so the licence is unconfirmed.

AskGamblers shows only self-exclusion and a self-assessment test: no deposit, wager, loss or time limits. Providers: 76 on AskGamblers, 115 on CasinoGuru.

Bonus complaints: a 90x example and unpaid withdrawals

Trustpilot gives 3.4 of 5 from 398 reviews, 59% at 5 stars and 29% at 1 star. In one case a EUR 10 bonus carried EUR 900 of wagering (90x), the balance fell to EUR 15 and the operator cited an unnamed maximum withdrawable amount (22 March 2026). A review of 23 June 2026 reports about EUR 300 of bonus points blocked after a jackpot win.

AskGamblers records 18 complaints, 14 resolved, average response 2 days. A EUR 3,000 withdrawal from February 2025 and EUR 634 of delayed withdrawals are unresolved. A EUR 75 complaint of April 2026 cites T&C section 7.16, bonus conversion limited to 1x instead of 5x, unresolved. CasinoGuru rates the terms Fair, but its two records conflict (434 complaints against 0, safety 8.9 against 6.1), so we state no score.

Who the Mr Pacho offer fits

The offer suits a player who deposits EUR 20 to a few hundred euros and accepts 35x on deposit plus bonus (EUR 1,400 at the minimum). The cashbacks at 1x carry the lightest terms.

It does not suit someone who needs limits or plans a EUR 500 deposit and fast exit given the EUR 500 daily cap. Pix and BRL are listed and Brazil is not among the 40 restricted countries in the terms, but the ban of 25 September 2026 was not checked against Mr Pacho.

Myths vs facts

Myth: A EUR 500 bonus means you can cash out EUR 500 quickly.
Fact: The non-VIP limit is EUR 500 per day and EUR 7,000 per month, and a maxed bonus carries EUR 35,000 of wagering at 35x on deposit plus bonus.
Myth: Everyone agrees on who licenses Mr Pacho.
Fact: AskGamblers says Luxinero Group with a Costa Rica licence. CasinoGuru says Rabidi group and lists No license.
Myth: N/A wagering on the 50 free spins means no conditions.
Fact: N/A means AskGamblers shows no figure. Wagering, max cashout and validity for the spins are not found.
