The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Mr Pacho's terms (version 1.12, updated 19.08.2026) allow €500 per transaction, €500 a day and €7,000 a month at Level 1, rising to €1,700, €5,000 and €75,000 at Level 5, and give the casino 96 business hours to process a request. They bar residents of 40 listed jurisdictions including Estonia and charge €5 a month after 180 days without a login. The terms name no operator or licence: AskGamblers names Luxinero Group with a Costa Rica licence, CasinoGuru lists the Rabidi group and 'No license'. CasinoGuru shows 434 complaints, 236 of them rejected, AskGamblers shows 18, 14 of them resolved, and Trustpilot gives 3.4 of 5 from 398 reviews.
96 business hours and a Level 1 cap of €500 per payout
Two numbers in the terms (version 1.12, updated 19.08.2026) set the pace of every payout. Clause 6.15 gives the financial department 96 business hours per withdrawal request and 96 business hours after the last paid one, and its staff work 6 AM to 5 PM GMT from Monday to Friday. The sister casinos on the same platform promise 3 business days, so this is the slowest wording in the group. The operator's own reply to a Trustpilot review on 31 August 2026 quotes the same 96-hour period.
Clause 6.11 then caps each payout at €500 at Level 1, the same as the daily limit. A €2,000 win becomes 4 requests of €500, one per day, and each request has its own 96-business-hour processing window under clause 6.15, which also counts the time after the last paid request. Clause 6.13 allows 3 pending withdrawals at once. At Level 5 a single payout can be €1,700.
Luxinero Group with a Costa Rica licence, or Rabidi with none
Mr Pacho launched in 2023, and Trustpilot shows the profile as claimed and open. The terms speak only of "the Company" (clause 1.4) and neither terms nor footer give a company name, registration number or licence. AskGamblers lists Luxinero Group as the owner and 'Costa Rica Gambling' as the licence, with no number. CasinoGuru places Mr Pacho in the Rabidi group, which it counts as 17 related casinos, shows the licence field as 'No license' and lists 'operates without official gambling license' as a con. It sizes the casino as very big, with revenue above €20,000,000 a year.
Clause 2.3 bars residents of a long list of jurisdictions from opening accounts or adding funds: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Cote d'Ivoire, Yemen, Djibouti, Ecuador, Venezuela, South Sudan, Syria, Somalia, Libya, Haiti, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, the Central African Republic and the Canadian province of New Brunswick. That is 40 entries, and the casino may change the list without warning. Clause 7.5 additionally blocks promotions for Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia. Brazil is not listed, and the casino accepts BRL and Pix, although Medida Provisoria 1.394/2026, published on 25 September 2026, prohibits fixed-odds betting and online games in Brazil according to the Senado summary.
32 ways in, 27 ways out and 21 currencies
AskGamblers lists 32 deposit methods and 27 withdrawal methods and no deposit or withdrawal fees. CasinoGuru counts 42 payment methods in all, which does not match either AskGamblers figure. The profile data shows cards, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Interac, Neosurf, Pix, AstroPay and eight crypto routes including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Ripple, USD Coin and DAI. CasinoGuru also names Khipu, WebPay, GCash, PromptPay and GrabPay. The account runs in 21 currencies, six of them crypto. The casino's payments page, with amounts in Norwegian kroner (the list changes by country), lists Pay by Card, PSCRD, Revolut, Mifinity and 14 crypto lines from kr 250, with Bitcoin at kr 300 to kr 50,000 and cards at kr 250 to kr 20,000. The terms state no general minimum deposit or withdrawal.
Clause 6.11 sets the limits per transaction, per day and per month in euro: Level 1 500, 500 and 7,000; Level 2 1,000, 2,000 and 25,000; Level 3 1,000, 3,000 and 30,000; Level 4 1,500, 4,000 and 50,000; Level 5 1,700, 5,000 and 75,000. AskGamblers and CasinoGuru quote only Level 1 and list it as a con, and AskGamblers' general text mentions €75,000 for top-tier users without naming the level, which the terms identify as Level 5. The level follows the previous 90 days (clause 6.12) and falls to Level 1 after a month without bets.
Seven thousand euro is 14 days of payouts, then the month cap bites
At Level 1 and €500 a day, the €7,000 monthly cap is reached after 14 days, so the daily limit is not what stops a large cash-out; the month is. A €9,500 withdrawal, the size of one AskGamblers complaint, would take 19 days at €500 a day and would pass the monthly cap, so it would run across two calendar months. At Level 3 the same sum clears in 4 days at €3,000 a day, and at Level 5 in 2 days.
Review sites give faster times than the terms. AskGamblers lists 3-5 days for e-wallets, cards and bank transfers alike, after a pending period of 0-5 days, and no weekend cashouts. CasinoGuru's pros claim 24-48 hours. On Trustpilot a reviewer on 5 August 2026 reports a payout in about 28 hours, while the operator's own reply on 31 August 2026 cites a 96-hour processing period. Ninety-six business hours is 4 working days at 24 hours each, and a pending period of 5 days plus 5 days for a bank transfer gives a longest path of 10 calendar days from the review sites' figures.
Verification: 30 days to send documents, and the closure complaints
Clause 5.1 lets the casino ask for ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership of the payment method and transaction histories, clause 5.2 allows checks before and after deposits and withdrawals, and clause 5.5 adds phone or face verification. The player has 30 days to answer, after which payment can be withheld or the account closed (clause 5.3). The usual check takes 10 days after a complete reply, and clause 7.17 subjects every withdrawal to audit and game-play review. AskGamblers has no verification section, but its complaints mention ID checks at withdrawal, and one player says they were never asked. A $68 complaint concerns a login blocked as 'account under review'. CasinoGuru lists limited transparency on account blocking reasons and strict account rules as cons.
Closure is the weak point in the CasinoGuru record. Its three newest complaints are a self-exclusion delayed in Greece in May 2026, with a VIP manager saying since March that the request was at a 'final stage', an account closure not honoured in Germany in April 2026 while marketing messages continued, and a closure request in British Columbia unfulfilled a week later in March 2026. Clause 6.18 meanwhile charges €5 a month, or the whole balance if lower, on accounts without a login for 180 days, and clause 6.7 lets the casino decline a withdrawal if less than €20 was wagered in that calendar month. Clause 6.8 allows it to cancel winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit (at least €0.50), or 15% for card and bank deposits, when bets placed are below the deposit.
Bonus conversion: clause 7.16, the 1x versus 5x dispute and a 90x example
The welcome bonus is covered on the bonus page. Clause 7.16 sets the default: a no-deposit bonus carries 40x wagering and a maximum withdrawal of 5 times the bonus, and a deposit bonus carries 35x on deposit plus bonus and a maximum withdrawal of 10 times the bonus. Wagering has 10 days for casino bonuses (clause 7.12), and the bonus balance and winnings are voided if a withdrawal is requested early (clause 7.13). An AskGamblers complaint of €75 dated 7 April 2026, still unresolved, cites section 7.16: the player says bonus conversion was limited to 1x instead of a contractual 5x maximum.
CasinoGuru lists as a con that bonus winnings must be withdrawn right after wagering or are capped. A Trustpilot case from 22 March 2026 describes a €10 bonus that needed €900 of wagering, which is 90x, after which the balance had fallen to €15, and the casino's reply of 30 March 2026 says only that a maximum withdrawable amount applies, without a figure. Another Trustpilot review, dated 23 June 2026, reports about €300 of bonus points blocked after a jackpot win.
100 to 115 providers, 4,000 or 6,000 games
CasinoGuru counts 115 software providers, including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO and Nolimit City, and 4,000+ games. AskGamblers lists 100 providers on its page, while our own feature list says 6,000+ games, so the library size depends on the source. CasinoGuru confirms slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, bingo, keno, poker, crash games, live shows, scratch cards and esports betting, plus tournaments and a VIP cashback programme.
Support runs around the clock by live chat and email. AskGamblers counts 14 languages and CasinoGuru 17, including Japanese, Arabic and Croatian. CasinoGuru lists slow live chat and unresponsive email as cons.
Self-exclusion by e-mail, and an €8,500 case
The responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion by e-mail and a list of self-assessment questions, and describes no deposit, loss, wager or time limits. CasinoGuru records only self-exclusion, with implementation problems reported, and none of the other nine tools; AskGamblers adds a self-assessment test, for two of ten. AskGamblers shows the consequence in an €8,500 complaint: a player says self-exclusion was not actioned in time while deposits continued from 29 March to 18 June 2026, a period of 81 days. It is marked resolved. Together with the three CasinoGuru cases, it makes self-exclusion the most documented problem in this record.
434 complaints at CasinoGuru, 18 at AskGamblers, 3.4 at Trustpilot
CasinoGuru's detailed extract gives a Safety Index of 8.9 High, fair terms and 434 complaints: 29 open, 2 unresolved, 167 resolved and 236 rejected, which means 54% were rejected. The later profile record shows 6.1 Below average and 0 complaints, so the readings conflict and we quote none as final.
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.5, a player rating of 8.3 from 25 reviews and 18 complaints, of which 14 are resolved. The average amount is $2,445, the average duration 10 days, and 10 of 12 payment complaints were resolved. Of the ten cases it displays, three are unresolved: a €3,000 win from February 2025 that was never paid, two withdrawals totalling €634 delayed since 30 January, and the €75 bonus dispute. Resolved ones include €6,400 of rejected withdrawals and a €9,500 withdrawal pending 6 days with access denied.
Trustpilot shows 3.4 of 5 from 398 reviews, 59% five-star and 29% one-star, with replies to 95% of negative reviews. A reviewer on 31 August 2026 describes a €20 deposit that was wagered and a withdrawal of about €47 pending for over a week, and one on 15 March 2026 disputes a $39 crypto withdrawal.
Who Mr Pacho suits at €20, and who should stay away
It can suit a player who deposits €20 to €100 in crypto or an e-wallet, wants a large game library, expects small payouts below €500, and accepts a 96-business-hour processing window. At those sizes the daily limit never binds, and 14 of 18 AskGamblers complaints ended resolved.
It does not suit a player who might withdraw more than €7,000 in a month at Level 1, anyone in the 40 listed jurisdictions, a player who needs deposit limits, anyone who needs a closure or self-exclusion to be executed quickly, and anyone who requires a named, verifiable licence. Keep the first deposits small, request a withdrawal early to see how long verification takes, and keep the screenshots of any bonus terms shown at the time.
