Planet 7 advertises its percentages loudly: a 200% welcome bonus on the homepage, a promotions page that shows 250% plus 20 free spins, a monthly 275% offer and VIP deposit bonuses up to 325%. The numbers that decide what you keep sit in section 6 of the terms instead. Wagering is 40x on slots and 60x on table games and video poker, a long list of games does not count at all, and a deposit bonus is non-cashable, meaning it is taken back from your balance when you withdraw. The terms also cap what free bonuses can pay. This article works through those clauses with a $100 example.
200% or 250%: the welcome figure is not settled
The homepage banner shows a 200% welcome bonus. The promotions page, according to a record of the offer taken on 18 October 2026, shows 250% plus 20 free spins. Both cannot be the current welcome offer, and the terms do not name a percentage. Check what is shown in your own account before you deposit.
Other offers are more precisely stated. A deposit of $30 or more brings 14 free spins a day for 14 days, which is 196 spins in total. The monthly bonus is 275% with no maximum plus 25 free spins on Nova 7s for a $50 deposit, with the code SPACERACE. The VIP page lists deposit bonuses up to 325%, a Bitcoin bonus of 400% and weekly cashback of 30%.
40x on slots, 60x on tables, and the base is not spelled out
The multiplier is 40x for slots, keno, bingo, board games, Plinko and scratch cards, and 60x for table games and video poker. The clause gives the multiplier without making clear whether it applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus, so it is worth working out both.
Take a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus. At 40x on the bonus alone, you must bet $4,000. If the deposit counts too, $8,000. On table games or video poker at 60x, the bonus alone gives $6,000. The first number is the most favourable reading, not a promise.
If you have a choice, a bonus that you plan to clear on slots is the cheaper one by a third: 40x against 60x.
- $100 bonus, 40x on bonus: $4,000 of bets
- $100 bonus, 40x on deposit plus bonus: $8,000 of bets
- $100 bonus, 60x on bonus: $6,000 of bets
Roulette, baccarat, crash and live dealer do not count
The terms list games that are not allowed while a bonus is active: Baccarat, Craps, Crash, Henferno, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, Roulette, Fish Catch shooting games, Sic Bo, War, Tournaments, Live Dealer and Progressives. Live dealer play does not count unless the terms state otherwise.
A bonus marked All Allowed Games additionally needs at least 50% of your play on slots. Network progressive games can be played only with the match bonuses of their own release. Anyone who wants roulette or live tables is better off not claiming.
Henferno is on the banned list and is also one of the slots shown on the homepage, so check the title of a game before you spin with a bonus balance.
A deposit bonus you cannot withdraw
The deposit bonus is non-cashable. The terms give an example: with a $100 bonus and a $390 withdrawal, the payout is $290. The bonus amount is deducted, and the withdrawal must exceed deposit plus bonus.
Run that with the $100 deposit and $100 bonus. Because the withdrawal must exceed deposit plus bonus, a $200 balance cannot be withdrawn at all. At $300 the payout would be $200: the $100 deposit and $100 of profit, with the bonus taken back.
Free bonuses are treated more tightly. A no-deposit bonus can pay out 1x its face value, with a $100 minimum; a bonus under $100 cashes out at most $100. A balance of $3 or less is required to claim a non-deposit bonus, and a $30 deposit is required between free bonuses.
Free winnings are paid in crypto after an $11 deposit
A player who has never deposited and wins from a free bonus is paid in crypto only, in most cases Litecoin. The terms require a one-time Litecoin verification deposit of $11. If another coin is used, the casino may treat the transfer as a real deposit and refund nothing.
The usual withdrawal minimum is $100, though it can be as low as $20 for select methods and bonus offers. If your deposit has not been rolled over at least once, withdrawal carries an 8% fee, with a $4 minimum.
Cashbacks, comp points and the 2X rule
Several recurring offers come with their own multiples. Weekly cashback is capped at 2X and credited on Sunday afternoon Eastern time, and only crypto or card deposits count. Daily cashback is 50% of deposits, with a $30 minimum, claimed within 24 hours of the first deposit, again at 2X. The monthly appreciation chip is 2X and usually arrives after the 10th. Monthly VIP cashback is 1X, and No Rules bonuses are 1X.
Comp points convert at 100 for $1, with a minimum of 1,000 points and a maximum of 20,000. You can make one request a day, and points expire after 12 months. The Weekend Wins tournament costs a $50 buy-in for 7 minutes of play, with 40x and a 1X maximum cash-out.
Ratings, and who should take a Planet 7 bonus
CasinoGuru, from a search listing dated 18 October 2026, shows a Safety Index of 6.9, rates the terms somewhat unfair with three problematic rules, and records 64 direct complaints. It does not say how many concern bonuses. AskGamblers shows a player rating of 2.7 from 141 reviews and marks the casino as terminated. Trustpilot shows 1.3 from 147 reviews.
The bonus fits someone who plays only slots, accepts that part of a win is deducted and can put up the $30 or $50 deposits behind the recurring offers. It does not fit a table game or live player, or anyone who wants the deposit bonus to be withdrawable. With CasinoGuru calling the terms somewhat unfair, reading section 6 before you deposit is not optional.
Myths vs facts
- Myth: A 250% bonus triples your deposit.
- Fact: The deposit bonus is non-cashable: on a $100 bonus and a $390 withdrawal, the payout is $290.
- Myth: Any game can be used to clear the bonus.
- Fact: Roulette, baccarat, crash, live dealer, progressives and several others are on the not-allowed list.
Before you claim
- Read the percentage shown in your account, not the homepage banner.
- Play slots at 40x, not table games at 60x.
- Check each game against the banned list before spinning.
- Subtract the bonus from the balance you expect to withdraw.
- Keep $11 aside in Litecoin if you take a free bonus first.
