The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Planet 7 Casino's terms (last updated 27 October 2026) promise to review a withdrawal within 7 to 10 business days and to pay it within another 7 to 10 business days after approval, so a first cash-out can take 14 to 20 business days, in weekly instalments of $2,500. Monthly cash-outs stop at $5,000 or $10,000, a failed pre-authorised deposit caps winnings at $200, and a dispute must be lodged within 3 days. The operator is Primrose Media Limited of Anjouan, the minimum age is 21 and 24 named countries are barred. Trustpilot gives 1.3 from 147 reviews, AskGamblers 2.7 from 141 and marks the casino as terminated, while CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 6.9.
Primrose Media Limited, company 15804, and an Anjouan licence
Section 1 of the terms names the owner as Primrose Media Limited, a company registered on the Island of Anjouan in the Comoros with company number 15804 and a registered address in Hamchako, Mutsamudu. The licence is stated as the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and disputes fall under Anjouan law (clauses 15.3 and 15.4). CasinoGuru lists no licence for the casino, and AskGamblers names BTK Ltd, part of the Crystal Palace Group, as the owner. That is a conflict between the casino's terms and a review site, not a settled fact. The review-site data gives 2009 as the year the brand began, which no page confirms.
The minimum age is 21, or the legal gambling age if that is higher (clause 2.1). Clause 2.6 forbids hiding your location with a VPN or proxy. The about page says the games are GLI certified and traffic is protected by 256 bit SSL.
24 named countries, plus every FATF blacklisted one
Clause 2.2 names the following as barred: Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France and its territories, Germany, Indonesia, Iraq, the Netherlands and its territories, New Zealand, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Syria, Turkiye, the Union of the Comoros and the United Kingdom. It adds all FATF blacklisted countries and any other jurisdiction prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, and says location can also affect bonus use, free chip redemption and deposit methods. The United States is not on the list. A player in Australia or the UK who registers anyway risks having winnings withheld under clause 3.4.
14 to 20 business days from request to payment
Clause 5.6 says withdrawal requests are reviewed within 7 to 10 business days of the request, and ineligible ones are denied inside that window. Clause 5.8 then promises payment within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Added together that is 14 to 20 business days, or three to four calendar weeks, before the first dollar arrives. AskGamblers shows 7 to 9 days for e-wallets and bank transfers and 5 to 7 days pending, which is faster than the 7 to 10 business days the terms give for either stage.
The amounts are as slow as the clock. Weekly limits start at $2,500 and rise with VIP level (clause 5.7), and a maximum of $2,500 is approved per pay period and sent each week, with the rest following in later weeks (5.8). A $10,000 win therefore needs 4 weekly payments after the review. The monthly ceiling is $10,000, or only $5,000 if the balance is at least 10 times the player's total deposits (5.6), so a player who deposits $300 and builds a balance of $3,000 or more is held to $5,000 a month. Pending requests are limited to 4 times the weekly limit, which is $10,000 at the starting level, and a withdrawal may be split into several payments with separate approvals.
An 8% fee unless you have wagered the deposit once
Clause 5.4 says no withdrawal commission applies if the deposit has been rolled over at least 1 time. Otherwise the casino may deduct 8% with a minimum of $4 to combat money laundering. On top of that, fees of up to $40, or 5% in some cases, can apply per transaction depending on the method and amount, and the banks involved may add their own. The usual minimum withdrawal is $100, and it can be as low as $20 for some methods or bonus offers (5.1).
Routing is set by deposit history (clause 5.5). A player who funds the account with a card is paid by bank wire to an account in the same name. Crypto withdrawals are reserved for players who mainly deposit crypto, normally in the same coin, and the casino can make Bitcoin the only option. Review-site data lists Bitcoin, Coindraw, bank wire and check as the withdrawal methods and Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Changelly, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for deposits.
Deposits from $30, and a $200 cap on a failed pre-authorised deposit
The banking page lists eight deposit routes. Four are free and four carry fees of 3% to 10%. Minimums are $30 on seven routes and $60 on one, and maximums are $100,000 on three, $1,000 on four and $200 on the $60 route. Credits arrive in 2 to 5 minutes or instantly.
Clause 4.3 allows the casino to credit a deposit before the bank confirms it. If that deposit is then denied and the player was never billed, winnings from that credit are limited to $200, and anything above is voided. Clause 4.1 states that player accounts are not bank accounts and carry no deposit insurance or interest.
Documents, a selfie and an $11 Litecoin deposit
KYC must be complete before any withdrawal (clause 5.3). Clause 2.5 lists a government photo ID, front and back copies of cards used in the previous 3 months, a selfie holding the ID or a recent newspaper, a utility bill from the last 3 months and other records such as proof of legal residency or a bank statement. Wagering can be suspended until they are verified, and clause 10 allows enhanced checks for high-value transactions. The casino may also ask for a small deposit to prove a crypto wallet belongs to the player.
A player who never deposited and wins from a free bonus can be paid only in crypto, usually Litecoin, and must first make a one-time Litecoin verification deposit of $11 (clause 6.2). If another coin is used, the casino may count it as a real deposit with no refund.
40x, 60x, a $3 balance rule and 12 months for comp points
Wagering is 40x on slots, keno, bingo, board games, Plinko and scratch cards and 60x on table games and video poker (clause 6.1). Baccarat, craps, crash games, Henferno, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, roulette, fish-catch shooting games, Sic Bo, War, tournaments, live dealer and progressive jackpots are Not Allowed Games, and playing one with bonus funds can void winnings. A no-deposit bonus pays at most 1x its face value with a $100 floor, a bonus under $100 cashes out at no more than $100, the balance must be $3 or less to claim, and a $30 deposit is needed between free bonuses (6.2).
Deposit bonuses are non-cashable: with a $100 bonus and a $390 withdrawal request, the player receives $290 (clause 6.3). Weekly cashback and the appreciation chip allow 2x maximum withdrawal, monthly cashback for VIPs 1x, and 100 comp points equal $1 with a 1,000 point minimum and a 12-month expiry (6.9). The homepage advertises a 200% welcome bonus, 14 free spins a day for 14 days (196 spins) with a $30 deposit, and a monthly 275% No Max bonus with 25 free spins and the code SPACERACE. Other listings show 250% plus 20 free spins, so the sources disagree.
Two years of inactivity, 3 days to dispute, and a $500 liability cap
An account unused for two years is deemed inactive and may be deleted after an e-mail warning (clause 3.3). Disputes must be lodged within 3 days of the wager being decided, and no claim is honoured after that (clause 15.1). The casino promises to answer within 28 days, calls its decisions final and points to the Central Dispute System of its software provider. Its total liability is capped at the lower of the wager value or $500 (clause 14). Clause 13.7 allows the casino to refuse a player who was banned for abuse at a sister brand, and clause 3.4 allows it to withhold funds when it closes an account for non-compliance.
Realtime Gaming slots, and the tools limited to chat and e-mail
The homepage shows Realtime Gaming slots such as Hot Pots Master Spicy Feast, Shadow Gods, Crimson Castle, Treasure Sparks, Henferno, Fu Long Treasures and Triple Tigers, and clause 8.5 treats live dealer as a separate real-money product. The casino does not publish a game count. Deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are set by contacting support through live chat or e-mail (clause 9.1), and self-exclusion by chat is processed immediately (3.5). AskGamblers marks all 10 of the responsible-gambling tools it checks as absent.
1.3 on Trustpilot, 2.7 on AskGamblers, 64 complaints on CasinoGuru
CasinoGuru's listing shows a Safety Index of 6.9, Above average, though some complaint pages show 5.6. It rates the terms as somewhat unfair with 3 problematic rules and records 64 direct complaints and 243 more for related casinos. AskGamblers gives a player rating of 2.7 from 141 reviews and marks the casino as terminated. Trustpilot shows 1.3 from 147 reviews. The listings give totals only, so no single complaint amount is quoted here.
Who Planet 7 suits and who should avoid it
Planet 7 can suit a crypto player who is 21 or older, lives outside the 24 named countries, accepts Realtime Gaming slots only and can wait 14 to 20 business days for a payout in $2,500 weekly pieces. It also suits someone who wagers each deposit at least once, since that removes the 8% fee.
It does not suit a player who expects a quick cash-out, wants roulette or live dealer to count towards bonuses, plans to win more than $5,000 in a month on a modest bankroll, or needs more than 3 days to raise a dispute. Anyone who is put off by a 1.3 Trustpilot score and a terminated flag on AskGamblers should read those pages first.
