How Turbo Wins got 3.5/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
AskGamblers CasinoRank6.8/10weight 30%
Trustpilot2.9/5weight 10%
Combined: 6.5/10, shown as 3.5/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for Turbo Wins, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

Sources
The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Turbo Wins publishes terms dated 29.07.2025 that carry the same clause numbering as SambaSlots (whose terms date from 26.11.2024), plus Cyprus on the restricted list, and a withdrawal ceiling of €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month. The FAQ sets the minimum deposit at €20 and the minimum withdrawal at €25. Like SambaSlots, the terms name no operating company and no licence. CasinoGuru has no page for the casino. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.8, a player rating of 4.5 and 3 complaints, and Trustpilot shows 2.9 stars from 64 reviews. This review reads the rules clause by clause and says where a source is missing.
Terms of 29.07.2025 that never name the company
Clause 1.2 says that references to Turbowins.com are to "the company" and then stops without a name, a registration number or a licence number, in the text as shown on 31 October 2026. Clause 19.3 sends licence complaints to the authorities "mentioned in clause 1.2", which lists none. The footer of the home page shows only "2026 Turbowins.com" and two email addresses, support and affiliates.
Only AskGamblers fills the gap: it names Igloo Ventures SRL as owner, dates the casino to 2025 and lists two licences, the Anjouan Gaming Board and the Curacao Gaming Control Board. CasinoGuru has no page for this casino, so there is no second opinion on the operator. The terms run on until either side gives 7 days' notice (clause 2.3), and the English text prevails over translations (24.10).
€4,000 a day, €25 minimum, and a bank that may take 5 business days
Clause 8.1 sets the default limits at €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month. A €30,000 win therefore needs two monthly periods: €20,000 first, then €10,000, and the weekly cap alone means at least three weeks of requests. A €47,000 balance would take at least three monthly periods. The FAQ puts the minimum deposit at €20 and the minimum withdrawal at €25; the terms give no minimum of their own.
The FAQ calls withdrawals "usually instant", with a manual review of up to 24 hours, and adds that a bank may need up to 5 business days after approval. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, bank transfers at 3 to 7 days and says cards are not offered. The profile data gives 3 to 5 days for banks and lists Visa and MasterCard among the withdrawal methods, so the sources conflict on cards. The same sheet lists 10 deposit methods (Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MiFinity) and 8 withdrawal methods, and 8 currencies including DOGE and XRP.
Money goes back by the route it came in, first in first out (clause 6.22). A deposit from a relative's card or a company account is invalid and its winnings void (6.8). Clause 6.15 waives the withdrawal commission only if the deposit was wagered at least once; otherwise a processing charge may be taken, with no amount given, and clause 6.16 adds a refund fee for abusive behaviour that is not quantified either. The FAQ names four reasons for a refused withdrawal: no first and last name in the beneficiary field, another person's account, too many payment methods on the account, and bank limits.
- Withdrawal caps: €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week, €20,000 per month
- Minimums per the FAQ: €20 in, €25 out
- Review up to 24 hours, bank up to 5 business days
- Unwagered-deposit charge: amount not stated
ID, selfie and a bill from the last 90 days
The FAQ lists the documents: front and back of a government ID, driving licence or passport, a selfie with the document in hand, and a bank statement or utility bill issued within the past 90 days showing all four corners. It describes the check as automated and finished in "a few minutes up to an hour", with periodic random checks on top. Clause 3.9 lets the casino restrict an account until its checks are done, and clause 6.17(b) makes completed identity checks a condition of any withdrawal.
Clause 6.11 adds source-of-funds checks. If the casino cannot satisfy itself, it may suspend or terminate the account. Under clause 16.2.5, an account blocked for 180 continuous days over unfinished KYC or source-of-funds checks can be classed as dormant, which starts the fee in the next section.
180 days of inactivity, then 10% a month
Clause 16.2 makes an account dormant after 180 days without a bet. The casino "may" then deduct 10% of the balance per month until it is €10 or less, and the remainder may be forfeited, after at least 30 days' notice by email. On €250, the first deduction is €25, leaving €225, and the balance is still above €10 after 30 deductions and falls under it at the 31st. One bet ends the fees.
Other clauses carry weight too. Clause 11.6 lets the casino void bonus winnings and hold real-money balances or pending withdrawals against "actual or anticipated losses". Clause 17.1(g) lets it end an account for any reason, including suspecting the player "may be having financial difficulties". Winnings from bonuses not tied to a deposit are cut to €10 (9.3), and a bonus unused after 7 days is removed (9.2).
34 territories, Cyprus among them
The restricted list in clause 4.2 has 34 entries and is not exhaustive. It is the SambaSlots list with Cyprus added: the USA and its overseas territories, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Malta, Lithuania, Cyprus, Curacao, Aruba and the French overseas departments, plus states such as North Korea and Zimbabwe. Funds deposited from a restricted territory are forfeit (4.4). The profile data lists only US, GB, AU, CU, AF and MM as blocked, and Australia does not appear in the terms list, so the two disagree. Cyprus appears only in the terms.
35x, one bonus per deposit
The home page offers 200% up to €5,000 and a 10% weekly cashback. Its TurboPots jackpot lists 4 progressive prizes of up to €6,000,000 and is opt-in. The bonus terms, also dated 29.07.2025, set wagering at 35 times the bonus, a €5 maximum bet, a bonus that is void once the balance falls under €0.10, a cash-out ceiling of 10 times the bonus, and slots at 100% against 20% for table games. Each deposit qualifies for one promotion only, and the earliest opted-in bonus applies to the next eligible deposit. AskGamblers lists 30x instead of 35x. The bonus article has the rest.
3,000+ games and the TurboPots jackpots
The home page claims more than 3,000 games, where SambaSlots claims 4000. It also shows a sportsbook with football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey and horse racing, a live casino section, an app link and a jackpot called TurboPots with four progressive jackpots of up to €6,000,000+, entered by opt-in. A game link on the page shows a 3 Oaks Gaming title. No full provider list and no list of support languages was found.
2 of 10 safer-gambling tools, and 64 reviews at 2.9 stars
Self-exclusion is by email and takes effect within 24 hours (clause 14.1), for a chosen period of 6 months to 5 years per the responsible gambling page, which was updated 22.01.2026. Permanent exclusion forfeits the balance (14.2). AskGamblers records only self-exclusion and a self-assessment test among its 10 tools, with no deposit, loss or time limits.
The track record is short. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.8, a player rating of 4.5 and 3 complaints, with live chat around the clock. Trustpilot shows 2.9 stars from 64 reviews. CasinoGuru has no page, so there is no Safety Index and no complaint count to quote, and no individual case is in the saved data.
Who it fits and who it does not
It fits a player in a country outside the 34 named territories who accepts a €20 entry, wants payouts under €4,000 a day and will place a bet at least every 180 days. It does not fit a player who needs a named operator and regulator, because the only source for either is AskGamblers, or a player expecting a single win over €20,000 to arrive within one month.
