R7 Casino's home page advertises a welcome of "up to 650 FS or 250%", cashback of up to 20%, weekend no-deposit lootboxes and a VIP club with a Lexus RX as a prize. The tier-by-tier detail sits on a bonus page we have no numbers from, so the firm facts come from section 9 of the terms: wagering of at least 25x, a 5 EUR maximum bet, a 50 EUR cap on no-deposit spin winnings and a multiplier of x5 to x35 on free-spin winnings. R7 shares that template with Kometa and Daddy, so what is specific to R7 is the headline, the lootboxes and the record. Here is how far the numbers carry.
650 spins or 250%: a choice, not a sum
The home page wording is "up to 650 FS or 250%". The word "or" suggests two routes rather than a package, though the page does not say how the choice works. The offer listing has no welcome bonus for R7 at all, and AskGamblers has no page, so there is no second source for the tiers.
That means the amounts per deposit, the spins' game and the stake per spin are unknown. Anything you read about R7's split elsewhere is not backed by the terms we have.
At least 25x: 2,500 EUR on a 100 EUR bonus
Section 9.2 sets wagering of at least 25x the bonus. The words "at least" matter: the offer you take may state a higher figure. On a 100 EUR bonus the minimum target is 2,500 EUR.
The maximum bet while a bonus is active is 5 EUR per spin, or 0.5 EUR per line (9.5). That makes the 2,500 EUR target at least 500 spins at the limit. A line bet of 0.5 EUR on a ten-line slot is the same 5 EUR stake, so the line rule does not give extra room on bigger slots.
Bonus money that has not been wagered is cancelled when you withdraw (9.2, 9.9).
Sizes matter here. A 20 EUR bonus needs 500 EUR of bets, or 100 spins at the limit. A 40 EUR bonus needs 1,000 EUR, or 200 spins. A 300 EUR bonus needs 7,500 EUR, or 1,500 spins. The multiplier stays the same, so the work grows in step with the bonus.

Winnings from free spins are wagered between x5 and x35 (9.9). The terms do not say what decides the multiplier, so a 50 EUR spin win could need anywhere from 250 EUR to 1,750 EUR of bets.
One bonus per person, and the abuse list
A bonus is available once per person, household, address, phone, computer and IP (9.3). Duplicate accounts void bonuses and winnings (4.5). Section 9.7 lists bonus abuse, including raising bets and then lowering them after a big win.
The general rules go further: the casino may withhold all or part of a balance and recover deposits, payouts, bonuses and winnings in cases of bonus abuse or a chargeback (13.4). A withdrawal above 1,000 EUR can take up to 7 days (8.9).
Payout timing is set in section 8.9: requests up to 1,000 EUR are processed in queue order within 72 hours, larger ones within 7 days, and section 8.1 adds 7 business days after KYC is complete. That is a short record. Four rejected cases out of seven, or 57%, is a small sample, but it is the only player evidence there is.
