How we rate casinos: the full method

R7 Casino is a 2024 casino run by Cybermesh Limited of Costa Rica under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409040-FI2. Its own terms set a €10 minimum for both deposits and withdrawals, a 72-hour payout queue for requests up to €1,000 and up to 7 days above that, and a €50 cap on no-deposit free spin winnings. Payouts also wait for KYC, and an account idle for six months can be debited. CasinoGuru gives it a Safety Index of 8.2, High, with 7 complaints, 4 of them rejected. AskGamblers and Trustpilot have no page for it. This review sets the terms against that record.

Cybermesh Limited and licence ALSI-202409040-FI2

The terms name Cybermesh Limited, company number 3-102-910446, registered in Jaco, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, as the operator. The footer and CasinoGuru spell it Cybermesh Limitada. The licence number is ALSI-202409040-FI2, issued on Anjouan in the Union of Comoros, and the terms call the supervisor the Gaming Board of Anjouan. CasinoGuru lists the licence as verified and dates the brand to 2024. Momentummatrix Limited, registration HE463836, Limassol, Cyprus, is the payment agent.

Governing law is that of Anjouan (clause 34.1), and the English text prevails over the eight language versions of the site (clause 1.4). If a complaint is not settled by support at support@r7.casino, clause 27.5 sends the player to the licensing body. CasinoGuru puts the casino in the revenue tier under €1,000,000 and finds it on no blacklist.

Nine named countries and the FATF list

Clause 4.6 reads: "You are not allowed to register on the Website and use our services if you are a resident of Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and all countries on the FATF blacklist." That is nine named countries plus every FATF-listed one, and the casino keeps the right to refuse any other country at its own discretion.

Clause 10.3 covers a player found living in a prohibited country: the account is closed and the balance is refunded. That is better than a forfeiture, but it still means a player who registers from a listed country can lose the account at any point. CasinoGuru puts the casino's revenue tier under €1,000,000, which fits a 2024 start.

€10 minimum, a 72-hour queue and the €1,000 line

Clause 8.9 sets the minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal at €10 each. Payout requests are processed in queue order within 72 hours when the amount does not exceed €1,000 or its equivalent, and up to 7 days when it is higher. Deposit commission depends only on the player's payment system. Clauses 8.1 and 8.2 add a second figure: withdrawals are provided within 7 business days after KYC is completed and the account approved.

The two figures stack. A €2,000 win is above the €1,000 line, so the casino allows up to 7 days for the queue, and that clock sits on top of any KYC wait. Seven business days alone is close to 9 or 10 calendar days. The same request split into two €1,000 requests would fall under the 72-hour rule, though the terms do not say how split requests are treated.

CasinoGuru gives a monthly limit of €5,000, but the terms state no monthly cap. At €5,000 a month, a €20,000 win would need 4 months to clear. The terms also say the casino may pay to a different method or in a different currency than requested, with the conversion rate set at its discretion (clause 8.7). CasinoGuru counts 18 payment methods; the site publishes deposit guides for six coins: BTC, USDT on TRC20, USDT on ERC20, TRX, LTC and ETH.

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal: €10
  • Queue: 72 hours up to €1,000, up to 7 days above
  • Stated payout time after KYC: 7 business days
  • Deposits only from an account in the player's own name (8.1)

What the KYC clauses can ask for

Clause 5.3 allows the casino to restrict withdrawals while checks run, and clause 5.4 lets it demand a notarised ID, proof of address, utility bills, bank statements, bank references and documents showing the source of funds. Until they are supplied to its satisfaction, activity on the account may be stopped. If the casino believes deliberately wrong information was given, it may keep the deposited amount after closing the account.

For age checks clause 6.2 accepts a passport (recommended), driving licence, national ID, birth certificate or a payment card with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible and the CVV hidden. A birth certificate check takes up to 24 hours. Clause 5.5.4 forfeits winnings earned while underage, clause 4.4.6 requires that no earlier account of the player was closed by the casino, clause 6.1 ties KYC to the age check, and clause 4.5.1 voids bonuses and winnings from a duplicate account. Identity checks may add a signed credit agreement, a utility bill under 6 months old or a bank statement under 6 months old. The terms give no deadline for how fast the casino must review documents, so the 7 business days in clause 8.2 start only after approval.

Six months idle, 13.4 and the €50 free spin cap

Clause 8.8 lets the casino debit funds from an account with no bet, deposit or withdrawal for six consecutive months. The terms give no fee amount, only the right to debit, and the player must contact support to get the money back. Clause 14.7 says that when the casino closes an account for fraud, cheating or breach, the balance is non-refundable to the extent of its claim, and clause 14.6 lets it close any account on written notice.

Clause 13.4 is the broadest: on reasonable grounds of a prohibited practice, or if the player charged back a deposit (13.4.3), the casino may withhold all or part of the balance and recover deposits, payouts, bonuses and winnings. Clause 13.6 promises to use these powers fairly, and clause 13.3 makes the player promise not to take part in any prohibited practice. Clause 20.3 adds that money credited by error is held on trust and repayable on demand, and clause 20.4 excludes liability for lost winnings caused by the casino's own error. Claims about bet acceptance or settlement are not considered after 30 days (27.1.1). Clause 20.6 lets the casino cancel bets placed with money credited by error, clause 22.4 lets it recover a claimed amount from a positive balance, and clause 14.9 suspends all deposits, withdrawals and play while an account is under suspension. Under 11.7 a transaction can be cancelled or amended for fraud or errors, and 13.7 allows the casino to share a player's identity with banks and other operators.

The bonus rules sit in clause 9. Wagering is at least 25 times the bonus (9.2). With an active bonus the maximum bet is €5 per spin or €0.5 per line (9.5), so a €100 bonus at 25x means €2,500 of turnover, at least 500 spins at the top bet. Bonuses are given once per person, household, address, phone, shared computer and IP address (9.3), and a player flagged for abuse is barred from other promotions (9.7). Free spin winnings carry wagering of x5 to x35 (9.9), and unwagered bonus money is cancelled at withdrawal. No-deposit free spin winnings are capped at €50: the clause's own example turns a €100 balance into €50 withdrawable and €50 kept by the casino (9.4). Raising bets and then lowering them after a big win counts as bonus abuse (9.7).

Games, providers and the bonus in one paragraph

CasinoGuru counts 64 game providers, while the casino's own provider list links 81 provider pages, so the exact number depends on the source. The home page shows slots, Live Casino, Instant Games, Jackpots, Bonus Buy and Drops and Wins sections, and names Pragmatic Play, Endorphina, Playson, Amatic, 3 Oaks Gaming, Belatra, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming and Evolution. Some slots carry an "eRTP" figure, for example 98.25% or 98.39%. No sportsbook appears in the navigation.

The home page advertises a welcome offer of "up to 650 FS or 250%", cashback up to 20% and no-deposit lootboxes at weekends. The bonus page has the details; the figure to keep from this review is the 25x minimum wagering above. The home page advertises a welcome of up to 650 free spins or 250%, cashback up to 20% and weekend no-deposit lootboxes; the bonus page has the terms.

A Safety Index of 8.2 and 7 complaints, 4 rejected

CasinoGuru's Safety Index for R7 Casino is 8.2, High, in the data fetched on 16 October 2026. It rates the terms "Mostly fair" and lists 3 issues. Of 7 complaints on file, 3 were resolved and 4 rejected; none is open or unresolved. That is a rejection rate of 57 percent, though the sources here do not describe the individual cases, so the reasons for the rejections are not known. AskGamblers has no page for the casino, and Trustpilot has no profile, so there is no player-score data beyond CasinoGuru. CasinoGuru reports live chat around the clock; the terms name support@r7.casino and the site offers a Telegram support bot.

Who R7 Casino suits and who should look elsewhere

The casino suits a player who plans small, regular withdrawals under €1,000, where the 72-hour queue applies, who completes KYC before the first request and who accepts Anjouan law and a High but short CasinoGuru record. A player cashing out at €10 gets the same queue as one withdrawing €900. The voluntary self-exclusion in clause 35.1 lasts at least six months.

It is a poor fit for anyone living in the nine named countries or on the FATF list, for a player who expects a payout above €1,000 within 3 days, and for a player who takes occasional breaks: six months idle is enough for the casino to debit the balance. A player chasing large wins should also note the €5,000 monthly figure CasinoGuru lists and the open discretion in clauses 13.4 and 14.6.
