EUR 3,000 and 300 spins: the headline without a split

The promotions page on rockstarwin.com shows one line: Welcome Package €3000 + 300 Free Spins. The separate welcome-package page lists only popular games. Neither page states how many deposits the package covers, the match percentage per step, the spins per step or the game the spins are played on. We therefore cannot say what a given deposit earns on the official terms alone.

AskGamblers gives one concrete step: 100% up to EUR 200 plus 100 free spins, minimum deposit EUR 20, wagering 45x on deposit plus bonus. The same site lists the offer in other currencies: 100% up to 2,000 NOK plus 100 spins (minimum 200 NOK), 100% up to 300 CAD plus 100 spins (minimum 30 CAD) and 100% up to 1,000 PLN plus 100 spins (minimum 100 PLN). AskGamblers also lists a 43% reload up to EUR 200 plus 50 free spins, minimum EUR 20, at 45x on deposit plus bonus. In Polish zloty the EUR 3 maximum bet is 15 PLN. Those figures come from review sites and do not match the official headline.

AskGamblers also shows affiliate-code offers: 295% up to EUR 4,375 plus 225 spins (code ASK295) and 300% up to EUR 1,200 plus 120 spins (code ASK300), both with a EUR 20 minimum and no wagering stated. They conflict with the EUR 3,000 headline, so treat them as code-specific and unverified.

45x on deposit plus bonus: EUR 1,800 on a EUR 20 deposit

The official bonus terms give no multiplier. They say only that you must wager the bonus a certain number of times and refer you to the terms of each bonus. The 45x figure comes from AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, and it covers the 100% first deposit and the 43% reload.

Because 45x applies to deposit plus bonus, the base is doubled at a 100% match. A EUR 20 deposit gives a EUR 20 bonus, so the base is EUR 40 and the target is 45 x 40 = EUR 1,800 of bets. A EUR 200 deposit gives EUR 200 of bonus, a EUR 400 base and a EUR 18,000 target.

The EUR 3 maximum bet turns those targets into spin counts. EUR 1,800 at EUR 3 per spin is at least 600 spins, and EUR 18,000 is at least 6,000 spins. Players who bet less per spin need correspondingly more.

The 5x cap: what a EUR 100 or EUR 1,000 ceiling means

The bonus terms limit withdrawals of winnings from deposit bonuses and from free spins to 5x the deposit amount. This cap is the largest hidden constraint in the offer. A EUR 20 deposit caps bonus withdrawals at EUR 100. A EUR 200 deposit caps them at EUR 1,000.

Set that against the wagering. On the EUR 200 deposit you must bet EUR 18,000 to unlock a result that can pay out at most EUR 1,000. The cap does not apply to deposits not tied to a bonus, which must be wagered 1x before withdrawal.

Bonuses above EUR 1,000 are granted only after account verification (T&C 9.4). A bonus may also be credited in two equal parts 24 hours apart.

7 days, 24 hours and 30 days: three different clocks

A bonus is valid for 7 days after activation unless its own terms say otherwise. After that, bonus money and everything derived from it is removed. Free spins must be activated within 24 hours of being credited. Bonus winnings expire if left unused for 30 consecutive days from the credit.

At EUR 3 per spin, the 7-day window on a EUR 20 deposit means averaging about EUR 257 of bets a day to reach EUR 1,800. On the EUR 200 deposit it is about EUR 2,571 a day.

Rules that void winnings, and what is not stated

Only one bonus can be active at a time, deposit bonuses do not stack and only one deposit bonus per day is allowed. Playing more than one game at once or running parallel sessions with an active bonus can void the bonus and the winnings. Delaying a free-spin or bonus round to a later time, or depositing while a bonus feature is pending, is prohibited and winnings may be cancelled. Bonus buy, purchased bonus rounds and doubling bets count toward the EUR 3 limit.

One bonus is allowed per person, family, address, email, IP, phone, card, e-wallet and device, and shared connections may cancel bonuses and winnings. Deposit bonuses are not available to players from Argentina and Mexico, and no-deposit bonuses not to players from Poland.

Not found on any official page: game contribution percentages, the list of excluded games, payment methods excluded from bonuses and the full restricted-country list. The terms point to the registration page for countries. If you withdraw before finishing wagering, bonus money and derivatives are removed while the remaining funds stay withdrawable.

50 no-deposit spins with a EUR 30 withdrawal floor

The affiliate link carries the code RKSTNDB50 and the listing shows 50 no-deposit spins. The official promotions page does not show this offer and we found no terms for it. AskGamblers lists code offers of 155, 135 and 185 spins without deposit (ASK155, ASK135, ASK185) with no wagering stated.

What the bonus terms do say about no-deposit and free-spin winnings: you must make a deposit before withdrawing, that deposit must be wagered 1x, and the minimum withdrawal is EUR 30. Free spins are therefore not a route to cash without paying in.

Limits, fees and a thin complaint record

The monthly withdrawal limit is up to EUR 15,000, set by VIP level, with a EUR 30 minimum, and large payouts may be split into instalments. A maximum daily winnings cap exists but its amount is not published. An inactivity fee of EUR 5 a month applies after 12 months without transactions. AskGamblers lists e-wallet withdrawals at 0 to 24 hours, cards 3 to 5 days and bank transfers 3 to 7 days.

Recurring promotions are modest in what is published: "20% Back Daily" rakeback tied to VIP level (it needs a first deposit and does not build while a bonus is active), a Saturday Weekly Race on most bets with prizes not stated, and a refer-a-friend scheme paying EUR 10 to the friend and EUR 100 to the referrer after KYC, a EUR 30 deposit and 3x wagering.

On complaints, CasinoGuru shows 1 complaint, a Safety Index of 2.6 (Very low) in its latest record, 3.1 in the May 2026 one, and rates the terms as fair. Who the RockstarWin package suits

It can suit a player who deposits EUR 20 to try the site, accepts a EUR 1,800 target and a EUR 100 ceiling, and keeps every spin at or below EUR 3. It can also suit someone mainly interested in the daily rakeback and who treats the bonus as optional.
