Clause 1.2 of the terms names Casiworx N.V., Curacao, registration 163922, as operator, and Xenith Limited Ltd. of Nicosia, Cyprus, registration HE 450395, as payment agent. Clause 1.3 gives the licence number OGL/2024/1278/0497. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both date the brand to 2024 and CasinoGuru lists the Curacao Gaming Authority. Governing law is Curacao (clause 22.1) with exclusive Curacao jurisdiction (22.2). The English version prevails (1.8), the minimum age is 18 (2.2) and the site shares an operator with the sister brand SlotoRush.

The casino may close an account at its discretion without reason or notice (2.9). The list of accepted countries is not in the terms: clauses 2.3 and 8.2 send the reader to the registration page. The bonus terms exclude Poland from no-deposit bonuses and Argentina and Mexico from deposit bonuses. CasinoGuru finds the casino on no blacklist.

From €30 minimum to €15,000 a month

Withdrawals start at €30 (clause 6.5) and lower requests are rejected. The monthly ceiling is up to €15,000 and depends on VIP level (6.9 and 7.2). A daily winnings cap exists, but its amount is not published, and no weekly limit is stated. Fees may apply and are shown at the time of the request (6.8). Amounts above the limit may be paid in instalments with no interest (6.10). A player who wins €45,000 at the top level should plan on 3 months of payouts.

On the deposit side the terms set €5,000 per transaction and €15,000 per day (5.4); the minimum deposit is required but no amount is given (5.1). Deposits must come from the player's own payment method in the account holder's name (5.2). Processing is stated as 1 to 3 business days after document verification (6.6), and the casino must give the reason if funds take longer than 10 days. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 3 to 5 days, bank at 3 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 5 days, which puts a bank payout at up to 12 days in total. A win of €45,000 therefore takes three months to pay out at the top limit. Even at the top limit the ceiling is €180,000 a year (12 x €15,000).

Sixteen payment methods, nine fiat currencies

CasinoGuru counts 20 payment methods. The list names Visa, MasterCard, MiFinity, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill, Ripple, bank wire, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, TRON, USD Coin, Interac, Ethereum and Tether, 16 in all. The currencies are CAD, BRL, DKK, NOK, EUR, PLN, USD, NZD and TRY, plus eight crypto currencies: BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT, TRX, LTC, XRP and USDC. One rule applies to every route: a deposit not tied to a bonus must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn (6.11).

Verification before the first withdrawal

Clause 4.1 requires every account to be verified. For a withdrawal, clause 4.2 asks for a photo ID (ID card, driving licence or passport) and a utility bill dated within 3 months, with the same name and address as the account. Documents go by email (4.6), card authorisation forms may be requested, and clause 6.7 adds age, location and phone checks and allows a notarised ID to be demanded. Evidence of the source of funds can be requested at any time (5.7 and 5.9).

A bonus above €1,000 cannot be taken until the account is verified (9.4). While due diligence runs, withdrawals are blocked (10.4); if identity cannot be verified, the account is blocked and deposits are returned unless the law says otherwise (10.5). No time limit for the review itself is given, so the 1 to 3 business days of clause 6.6 start only once documents are accepted.

€5 a month after 12 months: inactivity and forfeiture clauses

An account is inactive after 12 consecutive months without a transaction (3.1), and a fee of €5 a month may then be charged (3.2). A balance of €30 would last 6 months of fees, so it is gone 18 months after the last transaction. Cashback on an inactive account is cancelled (3.3). Over a full year of inactivity fees the total is €60, twice the €30 minimum withdrawal.

Winnings can be forfeited in five situations: use of the site from a restricted jurisdiction (8.3); suspected fraud or money laundering (6.11); prohibited practices (16.5); suspected fraud (16.6); and materially false information (10.7). A maximum win is not stated, but winnings are limited by VIP level and the daily cap (7.2). Only one account per person is allowed (2.6), and bonuses need a unique IP address (9.1).

The €3 bet limit and 5x deposit cap behind a €3,000 headline

The promotions page advertises a welcome package of €3,000 plus 300 free spins. The split by deposit is not published. AskGamblers lists the first deposit as 100% up to €200 plus 100 spins, minimum €20, at 45x on deposit plus bonus. On a €20 deposit that is 45 x €40, or €1,800 of bets; at the €3 maximum bet that is at least 600 bets. AskGamblers also lists a 43% reload up to €200 plus 50 spins at the same 45x. In Polish zloty the €3 maximum bet becomes 15 PLN. The bonus page has the full package.

The costly rules sit in the bonus terms. Winnings from deposit bonuses and free spins are capped at 5x the deposit, so €20 can return at most €100 and €200 at most €1,000. A bonus is valid for 7 days, free spins must be activated within 24 hours, and bonus winnings expire after 30 days unused. Only one deposit bonus can be taken per day, and playing parallel sessions with an active bonus can void the winnings. Free-spin winnings need a deposit first, wagered once, with a €30 minimum withdrawal.

76 providers, daily 20% rakeback and a Saturday race

CasinoGuru counts 76 game providers. AskGamblers describes slots, table games and a live casino. The casino also runs 20% daily rakeback, collected from a calendar every 30 minutes and tied to VIP level, a Weekly Race every Saturday on most bets, and a referral scheme: €10 for the friend and €100 for the referrer after the friend completes KYC, deposits €30 and bets 3x that deposit. Rakeback does not accumulate while a bonus is active, and prize amounts for the race were not found. One completed referral costs the casino €110 in rewards (€10 plus €100), against a qualifying deposit of only €30, so the 3x bet requirement is €90 of play.

CasinoGuru lists seven support languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Finnish, Danish and Norwegian. Its cons are that live chat is available mostly after registration, that not all terms are translated into each site language, and that not all providers work in every country.

Self-exclusion in clause 12, and what AskGamblers lists

Clause 12.3 provides self-exclusion and limit tools. A restriction takes effect once support confirms it in writing (12.11), applies per account (12.6) and can be fixed or permanent (12.7). After closure for gambling addiction or fraud, re-registering is prohibited (12.8). AskGamblers lists six tools as present (deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, self-assessment) and cool-off and reality check as missing.

Complaints must be filed within 6 months (14.1). They are acknowledged within 1 week and resolved within 4 weeks, extendable by 4 more (14.4 and 14.6). Free arbitration is open only for claims over €5,000 or for responsible gambling cases (14.8), and the Curacao Gaming Authority does not resolve player disputes (14.10). A €2,000 dispute therefore has no independent route in the terms.

CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 2.6, Very low, in the 15 October 2026 record and 3.1 in its May 2026 record. It rates the terms fair, records 1 complaint and finds no blacklist entry. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.7, 0 complaints and no player reviews yet. Trustpilot has no page for rockstarwin.com. There are no complaint examples at all in the sources, so the low score cannot be traced to a documented case.

That makes this a casino judged on its rulebook alone. The rulebook states the €30 minimum, the €15,000 monthly limit, the €5 fee and a complaint window of 6 months (14.1). Complaints are acknowledged within 1 week (14.4) and resolved within 4 weeks, extendable by 4 weeks (14.6).

Who RockstarWin suits and who should wait

It suits a player who reads clauses and expects payouts under €15,000 a month, uses a verified ID and a utility bill under 3 months old, and plays bonuses within a €3 bet limit. It is a poor fit for a player who wants an independent regulator, since the Curacao Gaming Authority takes no player disputes, for one planning to leave the account idle for 12 months, and for one who wants a track record of paid complaints before trusting a site.
