Spinanga advertises a welcome offer of 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, with a €10 minimum deposit and 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, according to AskGamblers. The catch sits on the other side of the wagering: a withdrawal limit of €500 per day and €7,000 per month, and a complaint record that is mostly about money not arriving. AskGamblers lists 92 complaints and a CasinoRank of 2.2 out of 10, Trustpilot gives 2.5 of 5 from 720 reviews, while CasinoGuru rates safety at 8.7. Every bonus figure here is attributed to the review sites.

Where the Spinanga figures come from

The official domain is spinanga.com. The offer figures therefore come from the AskGamblers review and from casinos.com. The CasinoGuru values come from its May 2026 record.

The licence is unclear. AskGamblers lists PAGCOR and the Anjouan Gaming Board, casinos.com lists the Curacao Gaming Control Board with licence OGL/2023/103/0067, and CasinoGuru lists AOFA in Comoros. No regulator record is cited, so we treat the licence as unverified. The operator conflicts too: Stellar Ltd according to AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, Rabidi N.V. according to casinos.com. A CasinoGuru user note claims the owner of Rabidi went bankrupt, but that is unverified user text. Spinanga opened in 2023 and is not on the CasinoGuru blacklist.

100% up to €500 and 200 spins worth €20

AskGamblers lists the welcome offer as 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins plus one "Bonus Crab". What a Bonus Crab is, no source explains. The minimum deposit is €10 per AskGamblers, although casinos.com writes $10 in the terms and €10 in its stats box. Because the match is 100%, a €10 deposit gives €10 of bonus and the €500 cap needs a €500 deposit.

casinos.com puts the value of one free spin at €0.10, so 200 spins are worth €20 of stakes. How the spins are split across deposits, which game they are played on and how many arrive per day is not stated. The same offer exists in Norwegian kroner (up to 5,000 NOK, minimum 100 NOK) and in zloty (up to 2,250 PLN, minimum 45 PLN). Deposits with Skrill and Neteller do not qualify for the bonus, according to casinos.com.

35x on deposit plus bonus: €7,000 for €100, €35,000 at the cap

AskGamblers lists wagering of 35x on deposit and bonus together. A €100 deposit with a €100 bonus makes a €200 base, so the target is €7,000 of bets. At the full €500 deposit and €500 bonus the base is €1,000 and the target €35,000. Free-spin winnings carry 40x, per casinos.com.

casinos.com gives a maximum bet of $5 with an active bonus and a validity of 10 days after the bonus is received. One Irish page agrees on the 10 days, AskGamblers states no period. For the max bet, other pages quote €5 and $10, so we use only the casinos.com figure. At $5 per spin, the €7,000 target needs at least 1,400 spins, and all of that inside 10 days, about 140 spins a day.

Not found in the sources: the maximum cashout from the bonus, the contribution of each game type and the list of excluded games.

€500 a day, €7,000 a month: the withdrawal ceiling

AskGamblers and the listing list withdrawal limits of €500 per day and €7,000 per month, depending on VIP level. The minimum withdrawal is $10 per casinos.com. The limit matters because bonus play can create large balances. A player who clears the €35,000 target from the €1,000 base and ends with, say, €20,000 would need about three months to take it out at €7,000 a month, since 20,000 divided by 7,000 is 2.9.

Processing times per AskGamblers: e-wallets and crypto 0 to 24 hours, cards 3 to 5 days, bank transfer 3 to 7 days, pending status 1 to 5 days. Cheques are not offered. The 5-level VIP programme lists "negotiable withdrawal limits" from level 3, so the ceiling is higher only for players who already play a lot.

Unpaid withdrawals: 92 AskGamblers complaints against a safety score of 8.7

The sources disagree sharply. AskGamblers shows 92 complaints (its statistics section says 85), 80 of them resolved, a CasinoRank of 2.2 out of 10 and a player rating of 7.7 out of 10 from 31 reviews. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.7, rated High, in its May 2026 record, 8.0 in the October data, with 7 complaints. Trustpilot shows 2.5 of 5 from 720 reviews, 56% at one star and 34% at five stars. The company replies to 74% of negative reviews, with generic text.

AskGamblers cases: a delayed $500 withdrawal, a €2,300 win requested on 17 June 2026 and unpaid, a €50 Litecoin withdrawal stuck in verification since 4 September 2026, €150 of collection rewards unpaid after collections were completed in October and November 2025 (an investigation of 11 months), and €1,144 held after a self-exclusion request on 14 July 2026.

Trustpilot cases: a $500 withdrawal unpaid after two weeks (10 October 2026), a request of 23 August unpaid on 3 September, a €530 withdrawal that failed on 4 August, and a $600 win that disappeared during a pending withdrawal on 30 June. On 14 May 2026 a player reported a 20,000 CZK win unpaid, with cashback added to a 273,000 CZK balance and withdrawals blocked until a 300x rollover. The company reply of 18 May cited "randomness and chance".

Cashback, reloads and what else is restrictive

The weekend reload is 50% up to €700 plus 50 free spins, minimum deposit €50, 35x on deposit and bonus. The weekly reload gives 50 spins from a €20 deposit with 40x on winnings. Weekly cashback reaches 15% and live casino cashback is 25% up to €200, both with wagering of 1x, per AskGamblers.

On responsible gambling AskGamblers shows only self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, no deposit, loss, wager or time limits. Live chat runs 24 hours. The restricted countries list was not found; casinos.com mentions only "a few excluded jurisdictions". Spinanga lists Pix and Brazilian real, but the Brazil ban of 25 September 2026 covers offshore operators serving Brazil. The licence is offshore, not MGA, UKGC or German or Dutch regulated.

Who the Spinanga offer fits, and who should skip it

It fits a player who deposits €10 to €100, accepts a target of €7,000 on €100, can play it inside 10 days at a low stake and treats any win above €500 as something that may take days to pay. The 1x cashbacks are the easiest part of the offer to use.

It does not fit anyone who wants a firm payout promise, who relies on deposit or loss limits, who deposits with Skrill or Neteller, or who plans to chase the €500 cap with a €35,000 target. Read the live terms on spinanga.com first, and verify your account before you win.

Myths vs facts

Myth: A Safety Index of 8.7 on CasinoGuru means withdrawals are quick.
Fact: AskGamblers shows 92 complaints and a CasinoRank of 2.2, Trustpilot 2.5 of 5 from 720 reviews, with unpaid withdrawals from 2026 in both.
Myth: The €500 cap is reached with a €250 deposit.
Fact: At 100% the cap needs a €500 deposit, and then the target is €35,000 at 35x.
Myth: Any payment method earns the bonus.
Fact: casinos.com says Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify.
