The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Spinanga is a 2023 offshore casino with about 4,000 games and 30 deposit methods, and its record is split. CasinoGuru gives it a Safety Index of 8.7, while AskGamblers gives it a CasinoRank of 2.2 out of 10 with 93 complaints, and Trustpilot shows 2.5 of 5 from 720 reviews. Its own terms cap withdrawals at €500 a day and €7,000 a month on VIP level 1, charge €5 a month on accounts idle for 180 days, and allow the casino to confiscate the real money balance on suspected breach. The licence and operator are not clearly named by any source used here.
Stellar Ltd, Rabidi N.V. and three different licences
Spinanga opened in 2023 on the domain spinanga.com. AskGamblers and CasinoGuru name Stellar Ltd as the owner, while casinos.com names Rabidi N.V. A CasinoGuru user note adds that the owner of Rabidi went bankrupt, but that is unverified user text and we treat it only as a reason to check.
The licence is where the sources disagree most. AskGamblers lists PAGCOR and the Anjouan Gaming Board. Casinos.com lists the Curacao Gaming Control Board with licence number OGL/2023/103/0067. CasinoGuru lists AOFA in Comoros. The terms page, a text of about 190,000 characters, names no company, licence or registration number at all. So the licence is unverified, and none of the three named regulators is a European one.
The terms list 25 restricted countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Malta, Cyprus, Russia and Romania. Promotions are restricted on top of that in Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.
Five VIP levels, and your level sets how fast you can cash out
Deposits go through 30 methods according to AskGamblers: cards, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Interac, Pix, MiFinity, Jeton and AstroPay among them, plus crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Dogecoin and TRON. Withdrawals have 24 methods. The account can be held in 20 currencies, seven of them crypto. The minimum deposit is €10, and AskGamblers states a minimum withdrawal of €10 with no withdrawal fee.
The limit that decides how it feels is the withdrawal ceiling in clause 6.11 of the terms, which is tied to VIP level. Level 1 allows €500 per day and €7,000 per month. Level 2 keeps €500 per day but raises the month to €10,000. Level 3 is €800 and €12,000, level 4 is €1,000 and €15,000, and level 5 is €1,500 and €20,000. AskGamblers shows only the level 1 figures.
Work it through. A €2,000 win on level 1 takes four days to leave, because €500 is the daily cap. On level 5 the same win goes in two days. A €35,000 balance would take five months at the level 1 monthly cap of €7,000 and two months at level 5.
- Requests are processed within 3 business days, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday (clause 6.15).
- At most 3 withdrawals can be pending at once (clause 6.13), and a minimum monthly wagering threshold of €20 applies to withdrawals (clause 6.7).
- AskGamblers lists payout times of 0-24 hours for e-wallets and crypto, 3-5 days for cards and 3-7 days for bank transfer, after a pending time of 1-5 days.
Documents within 30 days, and a verification time the sources dispute
The terms (clause 5.1) ask for certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership of the payment method and transaction histories such as bank or card statements. Checks can happen before or after deposits and withdrawals (5.2), may include a call or face verification (5.5), and a withdrawal can be delayed for identity, balance or source-of-funds checks (6.16). You have 30 days from the request to supply documents, and missing documents can lead to suspension or permanent closure.
How long checking takes is disputed. The terms say it usually takes about 10 days after complete documents arrive (clause 5.3). AskGamblers writes 24-48 hours, with a document review of up to 3 business days. Trustpilot reviewers describe the slow end: one on 15 April 2026 says verification alone took almost six months and each rejected resubmission cost about a week, and one on 8 May 2026 says the account was locked under terms 9.3 and 9.4 after support had confirmed it was verified.
The clauses that can cost the whole balance
Clause 9.4 is the one to read. If fraud or breach is reasonably suspected, the casino may, with or without notice, block the account, suspend pending withdrawals, close the account and linked partner sites, void winnings and confiscate the real money balance. Clause 9.3 lets it review play and revoke promotions or close the account if it finds abusive strategies. Clause 16.2.24 makes the casino's decision on a bonus dispute final and not negotiable.
Bonus-related limits also reach the withdrawal. A deposit bonus is wagered 35 times and winnings from it can be withdrawn only up to 10 times the bonus amount; for no-deposit bonuses the wagering is 40 times and the cap is 5 times the bonus, and no-deposit free spins are capped at €80. Anything above the cap is voided at withdrawal.
The abuse list (clauses 7.19 and 7.20) bans covering 24 or more of the 37 roulette numbers, betting more than €100 before wagering is finished, switching between low and high risk games to clear wagering, two-tier betting and using software bugs. The penalty is voided promotions, confiscated winnings and a bar from future promotions.
- Inactivity: after 180 days without a login the account is inactive and €5 is charged each month (clause 6.18). If the balance is under €5, the whole balance is taken.
- Funds credited by mistake are treated as company property and deducted (clause 6.20), and amounts the casino claims you owe can be offset against a positive balance (clause 6.22).
- The terms also contain sportsbook rules: bets are void if prices deviate more than 100% from the market average (clause 16.7.6), and maximum winnings are €100,000 per day (clause 16.9.4).
About 4,000 games from 92 listed providers
The data gives 4,000+ games. AskGamblers lists 92 game providers in its table, although its own text says more than 80. CasinoGuru notes live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots and tournaments, and the terms show a sportsbook next to the casino.
The loyalty scheme has five levels, and the VIP level is what moves the withdrawal caps above. Casinos.com mentions negotiable withdrawal limits from level 3, while the terms print fixed numbers for every level.
Two responsible gambling tools out of ten
AskGamblers records that Spinanga has self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and none of the other eight tools on its checklist: no deposit limit, loss limit, wager limit, time limit, cool-off, reality check or withdrawal lock. CasinoGuru lists limited responsible gaming options as a con.
The casino's own page is thin. Self-exclusion means emailing support@spinanga.com, and the account is closed 'as soon as practicable' with no minimum or maximum period stated. A temporary break is also arranged by contacting support, with no length given. AskGamblers shows two self-exclusion complaints of $5,000 each: one about closure requests dated 2 June 2025 followed by about NZD 20,000 of deposits, and one covering requests from 17 December 2025 to 21 October 2026.
93 complaints at AskGamblers, 7 at CasinoGuru
CasinoGuru gave a Safety Index of 8.7 on 8 May 2026 and 8.0 in the October profile data, with 7 complaints, a fair rating for the terms, and no blacklist entry. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 2.2 out of 10, a player rating of 7.7 from 31 reviews, and 93 complaints on the page, 80 of them resolved. Its stats sections elsewhere say 85, so the count moves. Payment complaints are the largest group: 63, of which 60 are resolved. The average disputed amount is $1,408, with an average of 8 days to close and 2 days to a first answer.
On AskGamblers a player requested €2,300 after a win from a €100 deposit on 17 June 2026 and it was unpaid, and a €50 Litecoin withdrawal had been stuck in verification since 4 September 2026. On Trustpilot, which shows 2.5 of 5 from 720 reviews with 56% one-star and 34% five-star, a reviewer on 10 October 2026 reports $500 unpaid after two weeks, and one on 4 August 2026 reports a €530 withdrawal that failed. A reviewer on 14 May 2026 describes a 20,000 CZK win, cashback added to a 273,000 CZK balance and a 300x rollover demanded before withdrawal. A May 2026 reviewer quotes the site's own promise of 72 hours.
The casino replies to 74% of negative Trustpilot reviews, according to the profile on 30 October 2026.
Who Spinanga suits at €10 and who should walk away
It can suit a player who deposits €10 to €50, chooses crypto or an e-wallet, expects to withdraw at most a few hundred euro at a time, and does not mind that the licence cannot be confirmed. At those sizes the €500 daily cap is not a constraint, and AskGamblers reports 80 complaints resolved.
It does not suit anyone who might win more than €7,000 in a month on level 1, anyone who needs deposit limits (the casino has none), anyone in the 25 restricted countries, or anyone who would be hurt by a balance being frozen during a 10-day verification. It also does not suit a player who has a gambling problem: self-exclusion works only by email and two $5,000 complaints say it was not honoured.
Send documents before the first withdrawal, since the 30-day deadline and the 10-day check run from the request. Withdraw before 5 PM GMT on a weekday. Do not leave a balance idle for 180 days. And keep the balance small, because clause 9.4 puts the entire balance at the casino's discretion.
