Woo Casino advertises a welcome package of up to EUR 3,500 plus 200 free spins, split over four deposits, with 40x wagering on the bonus and a EUR 5 maximum bet while a bonus is active. All of this is from the official terms at woocasino.com. The licence is issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission (no. 0000002), not by Curacao, and the operator is Novatrix SRL in Costa Rica. According to the listing the casino is closed to players in Brazil, the UK, the US, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden and about 190 other countries. This page is for players in markets where it is open, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway or Germany.
Four deposits, EUR 3,500 and 200 spins: how the caps add up
The official page splits the package like this: deposit 1 is 100% up to EUR 1,000 plus 150 free spins, deposit 2 is 50% up to EUR 750 plus 50 spins, deposit 3 is 30% up to EUR 1,000, and deposit 4 is 20% up to EUR 750. The caps total 1,000 + 750 + 1,000 + 750 = EUR 3,500 and the spins total 150 + 50 = 200. The same text is used for dollars.
The deposit needed to reach each cap is much larger than the first step suggests. At 100% you need EUR 1,000. At 50% you need EUR 1,500. At 30% you need about EUR 3,333, and at 20% you need EUR 3,750. To collect the full EUR 3,500 of bonus you would deposit roughly EUR 9,583 across the four steps. The minimum deposit for a bonus is EUR 20, USD 20, 200 NOK, or 25 CAD, AUD or NZD, so a EUR 20 first deposit earns EUR 20 of bonus.
AskGamblers shows much smaller caps: 100% up to EUR 100 with 150 spins (code WOO) for deposit 1 and 50% up to EUR 100 with 50 spins (code WOLF) for deposit 2, while its review text repeats the EUR 3,500 and 200 spins headline. We use the official figures and treat the AskGamblers caps as a conflict. For Canada, AskGamblers lists a variant of 100% up to 150 CAD plus 150 spins with a 25 CAD minimum.
150 first-deposit spins arrive 25 a day for 6 days
Clause 2a of the bonus terms says the first-deposit spins are credited 25 per day for 6 days, which makes 150. No expiry for the spins is stated. The value per spin and the slot they are played on are not given: the terms only say the spins apply to the corresponding slot shown in the Bonuses tab, so check that tab before you deposit.
Winnings from free spins carry 40x wagering as well. Cashing out after a free spin or no-deposit bonus also needs a deposit of at least EUR 20.
40x on the bonus: EUR 800 on the smallest deposit, EUR 40,000 at the cap
Deposit bonuses carry 40x wagering on the bonus amount. A EUR 20 deposit gives EUR 20 of bonus and an 800 EUR betting target (20 x 40). The full EUR 1,000 first-step bonus means EUR 40,000 of bets. The referral bonus is lighter at 10x.
The number of days you have to finish is not in the official terms. AskGamblers mentions a 7-day deadline for the package, but it is not confirmed at the source, so treat it as unverified. The terms also say the bonus is cancelled when the bonus balance falls to about 0.05 of the currency unit.
The EUR 5 max bet makes 160 bets the minimum
While a bonus is active the maximum bet is EUR 5, USD 5, 50 NOK, or 8 CAD, AUD or NZD. Doubling after a round and bought bonus rounds count towards it. If you break the limit the casino may confiscate winnings. At EUR 5 a bet, the EUR 800 target from a EUR 20 deposit needs at least 160 bets, and the EUR 40,000 target needs at least 8,000.
Contribution is where the package gets hard. Slots count 100%, with some separately listed games excluded (the list is not in the terms text). Baccarat, blackjack, Hi-Lo, video poker, roulette, poker and crash count only 5%, and live versions of table games are excluded with no rate stated. At 5%, a EUR 800 target would take EUR 16,000 of blackjack bets. Minimal-risk bets such as red/black or player/banker do not count at all.
Cashout caps and who is shut out of the bonus
No-deposit bonuses are capped at EUR or USD 50, 500 NOK, or 75 CAD, AUD or NZD, and need full verification and a deposit. The listing shows 25 no-deposit spins, but the spin count is not confirmed in the official terms, and their validity is not stated. Cashback, comp points, tournament and most deposit bonuses are capped at 10,000 EUR, USD, CAD or AUD (100,000 NOK); welcome, personal VIP and weekly bonuses are excluded from that rule, and the cap for the welcome package is not found.
No bonus is paid on cryptocurrency deposits. Ireland and Finland are not eligible for deposit bonuses, and AskGamblers says Sweden gets no bonuses. A weekend reload of 50% up to EUR or USD 100 plus 60 spins (code RELOAD, EUR 20 minimum, 40x) is listed by AskGamblers only.
Tobique licence, a Costa Rica operator and 4,000 EUR a day
The footer and AskGamblers both name the Tobique Gaming Commission, licence 0000002. The operator is Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica, registration 3-102-893958. AskGamblers dates the casino to 2020. Some affiliate pages claim Curacao and Dama N.V.; we do not use that, and neither source supports it.
AskGamblers and the listing give withdrawal limits of EUR 4,000 per day, EUR 16,000 per 7 days and EUR 50,000 per 30 days. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20 for most methods, EUR 250 for bank transfer and EUR 100 for PayAnyBank. AskGamblers lists payouts of 0 to 1 hours for e-wallets, 1 to 5 days for cards and 1 to 7 days for banks. Responsible gambling tools include deposit, wager and time limits, self-exclusion and cool-off, but no loss limit, reality check or self-assessment test.
13 AskGamblers complaints, 11 resolved
AskGamblers records 13 complaints about Woo, 11 resolved and 2 rejected, with an average amount of $3,055, an average duration of 10 days and a response time of 2 days. Cases include about $35,000 held while the player was urged to keep playing (resolved), a $4,000 cashout delay with generic replies (rejected), a 150k win withheld pending verification (resolved) and a declined EUR 377 cashback (resolved).
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8.1 in its header and 6.1 in the review text, plus a player rating of 9/10 from 198 reviews. CasinoGuru has no page for it, and Trustpilot has removed the profile for woocasino.com, so there is no third source. Ignore any Woo data on Trustpilot that points to woocommerce.com, which is an unrelated company.
Who the Woo package suits, and where it is blocked
It fits a player in an open market who deposits EUR 20 to EUR 100 at a time, plays slots only and keeps every bet at or under EUR 5. For that player, EUR 100 of bonus means EUR 4,000 of bets, mostly achievable on slots at 100% contribution. It does not fit table-game players because of the 5% rate, nor anyone who pays in crypto, since those deposits get no bonus.
If you live in Brazil, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, the UK or the US, the listing says Woo does not serve you, so the offer is not for you even though BRL still appears in its currency list.
Myths vs facts
- Myth: Up to EUR 3,500 means a first deposit unlocks it.
- Fact: The first step is capped at EUR 1,000. The EUR 3,500 is the total of four caps (1,000 + 750 + 1,000 + 750) across four deposits.
- Myth: Woo Casino is a Curacao casino.
- Fact: The official footer and AskGamblers name the Tobique Gaming Commission, licence 0000002. The Curacao claim comes from unreliable affiliate pages.
- Myth: Any game helps clear the 40x requirement.
- Fact: Slots count 100%, but blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and crash count 5%, and minimal-risk bets count nothing.
Before you claim
- Check that your country is not on the blocked list before registering.
- Open the Bonuses tab and read which slot the 150 spins use.
- Keep every bet at EUR 5 or less while a bonus is active.
- Deposit with a card or e-wallet, since crypto deposits get no bonus.
- Verify your account early, as cashouts need full verification.
