How Woo Casino got 3.1/5

Combined: 5.6/10, shown as 3.1/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Woo Casino, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

Inside Woo Casino

Woo Casino 1Woo Casino 2Woo Casino 3

Woo Casino is run by Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica under licence no. 0000002 of the Tobique Gaming Commission, and its own terms (version 1.1, updated 10 March 2026) give specific figures. They set withdrawal caps of €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week and €50,000 a month, a €25 monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity, a 3x wagering rule on every deposit and a 2-week deadline to pass verification, while the KYC policy allows up to 30 working days for document review. AskGamblers records 13 complaints and 11 resolved, CasinoGuru has no page and Trustpilot removed the profile. Players in 226 listed countries are excluded, so the first check is the list.

Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica, and licence 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission

Clause 1.1 of the terms names Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-893958, as owner and operator, and states that it operates under licence no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. Some affiliate pages say Curacao, and the official text does not support that. AskGamblers dates the brand to 2020.

The minimum age is 18, or the local gambling age if higher (2.2). English prevails over translations (1.5).

226 restricted countries, from Poland to Ontario

Clause 2.4 lists 226 countries and regions where real-money play is prohibited. They include the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, India and Japan, and in Canada only Ontario and New Brunswick. A player who lives in a listed country gets no refund or withdrawal (2.4).

Using a VPN to get round a geographic restriction is prohibited and can lead to confiscated winnings (3.2). Sweden is also excluded from all bonuses, VIP programs and loyalty exchanges (2.5). Game access varies by provider as well. NetEnt games are not permitted in 19 named countries, including Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the USA (3.3), and Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play are not offered in Sweden (3.4). The profile's country data is a different list of about 200 codes.

€4,000, €16,000, €50,000: how long a big win takes to pay

Clause 11.8 sets rolling limits: €4,000 a day, €16,000 over the previous 7 days including the current day, and €50,000 over the previous 30 days. The same caps are set in US dollars, and as 4,000 CAD, 4,000 AUD and 4,000 NZD a day for the other three. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count. Amounts above a method's limit may be split into instalments (11.1).

Take a €20,000 win. The daily cap pays €4,000 on day 1, 2, 3 and 4, which reaches the weekly cap of €16,000. The fifth €4,000 must wait until day 1 leaves the 7-day window, so it is paid on day 8. A €50,000 win would need the monthly cap to roll as well: at €16,000 a week it takes more than 3 weeks. The minimum withdrawal depends on the method (11.1); AskGamblers lists €20 for most methods, €250 for bank transfer and €100 for PayAnyBank.

72 hours, 3 business days and a bank fee of up to €16

The casino aims to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval (11.6), and the FAQ says requests usually take less, with up to 12 hours in some cases. Bank transfers are processed within 3 business days, are not available in USD (11.10), and intermediary banks may add fees of up to €16 (11.11). On a €100 withdrawal that fee is 16%. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 1 hours, cards at 1 to 5 days, banks at 1 to 7 days and a pending time of 0 to 72 hours, so a bank payout can reach 72 hours + 7 days = 10 days. Our own table says 0 to 12 hours for the pending time.

Card payouts go to a personal card in a supported country (11.3). The casino may pay by a different method than the one requested (11.5), and a withdrawal up to your net card deposit may go back to the card (11.9). Refund payouts take 5 to 7 banking days (14.6).

Money in: 21 deposit methods and the 3x rule of clause 9.7

The profile data names 21 deposit methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Skrill, Neosurf, Interac, Paysafecard, Payz, Neteller, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Tether, Rapid Transfer, SticPay, CashtoCode, MiFinity, MuchBetter and Piastrix. Clause 4.1 lists 12 currencies (EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK, BTC, BCH, DOGE, LTC, ETH, USDT), while the profile data lists 14 and the FAQ names PLN, JPY and HUF as well. Fiat and crypto cannot be exchanged inside the account (4.2). The FAQ puts the usual minimum deposit or withdrawal between €10 and €20, and a bonus deposit needs at least €20.

Clause 9.7 is the rule that costs most time: every deposit must be wagered 3 times before withdrawal. A €100 deposit therefore needs €300 of bets, and the casino may charge a processing fee or refuse the withdrawal if the turnover is missing. Deposits must come from an account in your own name (10.3); a third-party deposit means the winnings from it are confiscated and the deposit goes back where possible.

Verification: a 2-week deadline against up to 30 working days of review

Withdrawals stay pending until KYC is complete (8.5). The documents are a government photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment, such as a card front and back or an e-wallet screenshot (9.5, 11.2). They must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise a video of you holding the ID may be demanded (9.5). A phone call can also be required (8.5, 9.3). Bitcoin players must submit ID before playing, and deposits and bets are blocked until then (2.7).

The deadlines work against the player. If the casino cannot reach you by phone or email within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (8.5); failing verification within 2 weeks leads to termination and confiscated funds (9.3). The KYC policy gives the casino up to 30 working days to consider documents once all are provided, roughly 6 weeks. An expired ID or a mismatched name allows suspension with forfeited funds (18.4). Uploaded KYC files are limited to 2 MB each, in bmp, jpeg, jpg or png format.

€25 a month after 12 months, and other clauses that cost money

An account with no login or play for 12 months is inactive, and from the next month a fee of €25 is deducted, or the whole balance if it is below €25 (12.1, 12.2). A balance of €100 lasts 4 months. Claims against the casino must be filed within 1 year (13), refunds must be requested within 24 hours of a transaction (14.1), and disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica (17). In a game dispute the server logs are final (15.3).

The abuse clauses are broad. A deposits-to-bonus ratio above 50% counts as promotion abuse (9.4), duplicate accounts sharing a household, IP or device lose their winnings (8.2), and a mistaken credit stays the casino's property (7.5). No-deposit bonus winnings are capped at €50, $50, 75 CAD, 75 AUD, 75 NZD or 500 NOK depending on currency (11.7). Unauthorised access to an account has to be reported within 30 calendar days. The welcome package is €3,500 plus 200 spins at 40x with a €5 maximum bet, and its details sit on the bonus page. The casino also keeps the right to ban a player without notice or explanation (7.8).

Over 165 providers and a demo mode

AskGamblers counts over 165 game providers. The terms name NetEnt, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play and Amatic, and the FAQ says most games are provably fair and certified for RNG fairness, with a demo mode for playing without money. The bonus terms set sportsbook free bets to expire 3 days after they are credited. Support runs through LiveChat and email; hours and languages are not stated.

Limits written in policy 1.1, set by email

The responsible gambling policy of 10 March 2026 lists deposit, loss and wager limits for a day, week or month, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion. A lower limit applies at once, but an increase needs email confirmation and waits until the previous limit expires. Limits are set by writing to support@woocasino.com, not by a setting in the account. Sportsbook self-exclusion runs for 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or forever, and loss and wager limits do not apply to sports bets. AskGamblers ticks deposit, wager and time limits, self-exclusion and cool-off, and leaves out loss limit, reality check and self-assessment, so it disagrees with the policy on the loss limit.

13 complaints, 11 resolved, 9 out of 10 from 198 players

AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 8.1 in the header and 6.1 in the review text, a player rating of 9 out of 10 from 198 reviews and 13 complaints, of which 11 are resolved and 2 rejected. The average complaint is $3,055, lasts 10 days and gets a reply within 2 days. Cases include about $35,000 held while the player was urged to keep playing, a $4,000 cashout delay with generic replies that was rejected, and a win of 150k held pending verification. CasinoGuru has no page for Woo in the record, and Trustpilot removed the woocasino.com profile for breaking its guidelines, so the record rests on one site.

Disputes can go outside the casino. Clause 15.5 names EGIS, an alternative dispute resolution body working under Tobique rules. Smaller cases on the AskGamblers record include a declined cashback of €377, a live blackjack dispute over €270 and a failed Interac deposit of $100.

Who Woo Casino suits and who should skip it

It suits a player whose country is not on the 226-country list of clause 2.4, who deposits €20 or more, can meet the 3x rule, and keeps wins below €4,000 a day.

It does not suit a player in any of the 226 countries, someone who cannot provide documents in Latin or Cyrillic script, or a player who might leave the account idle for 12 months, when €25 a month starts. A player who expects a €50,000 win to be paid at once should plan for several weeks. With one review site as the whole track record, small first deposits are the cautious approach.
