The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Bet9ja is a Nigerian sportsbook and casino run by KC Gaming Networks Limited (RC 1035305). Its general terms, version 9 effective 09.04.2026, contain one rule that matters before any other: deposits made after 13.01.2025 can be used only for betting and cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawals go to a Nigerian bank account only and are generally processed within 5 banking days. AskGamblers lists 0 casino complaints and a CasinoRank of 4.9, and CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.5 (Above average). The sources disagree on the withdrawal cap, from NGN 10,000,000 to NGN 100,000,000 per transaction.
KC Gaming Networks Limited, RC 1035305, licence 0001074/00000014
The general terms name KC Gaming Networks Limited, registered in Nigeria as RC 1035305, with an address at Tomi's House, 9 Funsho Williams Avenue, Ojuelegba, Surulere, Lagos. Soccernet.ng gives the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority licence as 0001074/00000014. AskGamblers names the National Lottery Regulatory Commission of Nigeria, without a number, and dates the brand to 2013.
Version 9 of the terms, effective 09.04.2026, sells services in naira only and requires a registered bank account at a Nigerian licensed bank in the player's own name. The minimum age is 18, and Nigerian law applies with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
No list of restricted countries is published. Soccernet.ng says the site takes Nigerian residents only, and AskGamblers shows a restricted-country notice without naming countries.
Deposits after 13.01.2025 cannot be withdrawn
Section V of the terms says that all deposits made after 13.01.2025 are permitted for betting purposes only and cannot be withdrawn. A deposit of NGN 100,000 that is never wagered therefore stays in the account, and only a cash balance built from winnings is withdrawable.
Withdrawals go only to the bank account registered under the player's account. Winnings are the player's own responsibility to report to the tax authorities.
5 banking days in the terms, 30 minutes on soccernet.ng, 3 to 7 days on AskGamblers
The terms say withdrawals are generally processed within 5 banking days, subject to verification. AskGamblers lists a pending time of 0 to 72 hours and bank transfers of 3 to 7 days, with no e-wallet or card withdrawals and no fee. Soccernet.ng reports most payouts within 30 minutes and larger ones within 24 hours, and says a player can save up to 2 bank accounts.
The cap is where the sources split. AskGamblers gives NGN 10,000,000 per transaction, and soccernet.ng gives NGN 100,000,000. CasinoGuru lists a daily withdrawal limit of NGN 1,000,000 and a net win limit of NGN 40,000,000 per day.
Soccernet.ng gives the minimum withdrawal as NGN 1,000 and the minimum deposit as NGN 100, and counts 37 deposit methods. AskGamblers lists Visa, MasterCard and bank wire.
- Terms: generally within 5 banking days
- AskGamblers: 0 to 72 hours pending, 3 to 7 days by bank, up to NGN 10,000,000 per transaction
- Soccernet.ng: most within 30 minutes, up to NGN 100,000,000 per transaction
- CasinoGuru data: NGN 1,000,000 per day
Verification: ID front and back, and a statement under 1 month old
On a withdrawal request Bet9ja may ask for a copy of the ID, front and back, and for cards a copy showing only the last 4 digits. It also accepts an official document such as a bank or card statement no older than one calendar month, showing name, billing address and bank account number.
Soccernet.ng describes a reviewer who uploaded a government ID and proof of address and was approved in about 20 minutes. If Bet9ja cannot verify the registered details, it can forfeit the balance, and the terms publish no deadline for the player to respond.
Suspension for up to 90 days, and a 15-day complaint window
Section IV lets Bet9ja suspend an account for up to 90 days, restrict withdrawals, or terminate it when it believes a rule was broken. It also allows termination, and the cancellation of bets including winning ones, at its absolute discretion and without giving a reason. Bonus funds are forfeited on termination.
Duplicate accounts can have bets voided and winnings withheld, and automated betting tools can lead to voided bets and closure.
Complaints about a bet or a game must reach customer service within 15 calendar days of settlement. A dispute over the outcome of a complaint must be made within another 15 calendar days of the resolution (section XIII). The terms contain no inactivity fee.
Games and the missing casino bonus
AskGamblers names Spribe, Pragmatic Play, SmartSoft Gaming and Endorphina, and counts over 600 slots and more than 40 table games. It finds no progressive jackpots and no audited RTP.
Soccernet.ng counts 689 or 693 slots, 67 live games, 31 table games, 25 crash games and 51 exclusives, in a lobby of 800 or more. CasinoGuru lists 18 providers and 26 payment methods.
There is no casino welcome bonus. What the casino offers instead is a weekly cashback of up to 10%, capped at NGN 50,000. It is paid on Thursdays for losses from Monday to Wednesday, and losses between NGN 3,000 and NGN 9,999 earn 3%. There is also a monthly leaderboard worth NGN 10,000,000.
The minimum bet is NGN 50, and blackjack tables run from NGN 50,000 to NGN 1,000,000.
A Safety Index of 7.5 and one old complaint
CasinoGuru gives Bet9ja a Safety Index of 7.5, tier Above average. It rates the terms as fair, does not blacklist the site, and records 1 complaint, closed because it was too old.
AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 4.9, 0 complaints and a player rating of 8 out of 10 from 1 review. Trustpilot's bet9ja.com page has 0 reviews, so there is no public record of complaint amounts or dates to weigh.
AskGamblers lists no live chat and no FAQ. Contact is a web form with replies of up to 48 hours, a phone line from 08:00 to 21:00, and email. Soccernet.ng gives the phone hours as 9:00 to 21:00, on 01-440 5145 and 01-279 6666, and says email is answered within 1 business day.
Limits, self-exclusion for 90 days, and who this suits
Bet9ja offers deposit limits per day, week and month, a self-assessment test, and self-exclusion of at least 90 days or permanent. A permanent exclusion has no reinstatement. AskGamblers finds no wager, loss or time limits, no cool-off and no reality check.
Bet9ja suits a Nigerian player who wants one naira account for sports and casino, with bank withdrawals, and who treats every deposit as money for betting. It suits less a player who wants to take back an untouched deposit, who needs one confirmed withdrawal cap before a large win, or who expects live chat support.
