How BetKing got 3.2/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

Combined: 5.8/10, shown as 3.2/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for BetKing, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

BetKing is a Nigerian sportsbook and games site run by SV Gaming Limited (RC 1419108). It takes NGN only. Its general terms, last updated 30.09.2024, cap withdrawals at NGN 10,000,000 per transaction and NGN 40,000,000 per day, allow 4 withdrawal requests in 24 hours, and confiscate winnings when an account is closed for breaking the rules. The terms and the help pages also disagree on payout speed: 5 working days in one, 24 hours in the other. Trustpilot gives BetKing 2.9 out of 5 from 14 ratings. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers have no page for this Nigerian brand, so this review rests on BetKing's own pages and Trustpilot.
SV Gaming Limited, RC 1419108, licence numbers 00000006/00000008
The terms name SV Gaming Limited, trading as BetKing, registered in Nigeria as RC 1419108. The footer gives sports and games licence numbers 00000006/00000008. The About Us page says BetKing is licensed by the Lagos State Lotteries Board, the Anambra State Gaming Company and the National Lotteries Board, and holds a sports and gaming licence from Osun State. Soccernet.ng repeats the list and also gives no numbers.
Clause 10 says the service is available only in Nigeria and only in naira. Clause 11a requires a valid Nigerian ID, Nigerian residence, a bank account in your own name and an age of 18 or more. Clause 23 puts disputes under Nigerian law with exclusive Nigerian courts. No list of restricted countries is published, because the service is Nigeria only.
NGN 10,000,000 a withdrawal, NGN 40,000,000 a day, 4 requests
Clause 12b sets the withdrawal ceilings: NGN 10,000,000 per transaction, NGN 40,000,000 per day and a maximum of 4 requests in 24 hours. A player who wins NGN 40,000,000 can take it in one day only as 4 requests of NGN 10,000,000. Payouts go only to a bank account in the player's own name.
The help page puts the minimum withdrawal at NGN 1,000, while soccernet.ng says NGN 100, so the two sources disagree. The FAQ says withdrawals carry no fee.
Payouts to OPay or PalmPay are described as instant. The help page caps them at NGN 5,000,000 a day and sends anything above that to a commercial bank.
On the deposit side, the Interswitch Webpay page lists no fee, a minimum of NGN 50 and a maximum of NGN 1,000,000. Quickteller web charges NGN 100 with a minimum of NGN 100. Soccernet.ng puts the USSD maximum at NGN 100,000. The FAQ adds that bank charges may apply to deposits.
- Per withdrawal: NGN 10,000,000 (clause 12b xi)
- Per day: NGN 40,000,000 (clause 12b xii)
- Requests per 24 hours: 4 (clause 12b ix)
- OPay and PalmPay per day: NGN 5,000,000
- Largest deposit listed: NGN 1,000,000 on Interswitch Webpay
5 working days or 24 hours: the payout time BetKing states twice
Clause 12b v says approved payouts are made within 5 working days, and ordinary bank transfers within 5 banking days. Before paying, BetKing audits the withdrawal for breaches and checks that the winnings are legitimate.
The FAQ and the How To Withdraw page both say 24 hours. Soccernet.ng reports most payouts in under 30 minutes, with first-time or large ones taking up to 3 hours.
For a player the practical reading is a range from 30 minutes to 5 working days. The terms are the document a dispute would be argued from, so plan around the longer figure. Clause 12b vii also says BetKing is not liable for a delay once funds have left its account.
Verification: documents within 7 days, and an ID rule that moves between NGN 400,000 and NGN 1,000,000
Clause 11e allows a security and KYC review at any time, including before a withdrawal. The documents named are a passport or government ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, the front and back of the bank card with the first 6 and last 4 digits showing, and proof that the bank account is in the player's name. Requests come by mail. The player has 7 days to reply, after which the account can be suspended and the balance frozen.
The thresholds do not agree. Clause 12b vi allows extra checks on payouts above NGN 400,000, and the FAQ asks for ID above NGN 400,000 under the EFCC KYC policy. Clause 14c asks for valid ID from NGN 1,000,000.
The KYC page says the review takes a few hours and accepts a voter's card, international passport, national ID or driver's licence. If no document arrives, winnings are held until validation.
When closure means confiscation: clause 11g and the 14-working-day refund
Clause 11g v lists the grounds for suspending or closing an account. They include multiple accounts to abuse promotions, frequent attempts to withdraw deposits without betting, bonus abuse, signs of gambling addiction and failing verification. When BetKing closes an account on one of those grounds, it confiscates the winnings and returns legitimate deposits within 14 working days. Clause 11d adds that duplicate accounts lose every deposit and every win.
A player who asks to close the account for gambling addiction is banned from all BetKing platforms for good (clause 11g iii).
A complaint must be raised within 30 days of the event (clause 17), and liability is limited to the stake (clause 21). Clause 22 makes the player responsible for taxes and lets BetKing deduct them from deposits, stakes and winnings. The terms state no inactivity fee.
Win caps: NGN 75,000,000 a slip and NGN 300,000,000 a day
Clause 14a caps winnings at NGN 75,000,000 per bet slip per day, online and in shop. The same cap applies to slips with at least 65% similar selections over any 7 days. Clause 14e caps cumulative winnings at NGN 300,000,000 a day, but says this does not apply to game events. Their caps sit in a separate Games terms page, which was not part of the terms read for this review.
That matters for the casino side, because these general caps are written for sports slips. The daily tiers in clause 14f are NGN 300,000,000, NGN 50,000,000 and NGN 20,000,000, depending on the market.
The games tab: three jackpots and live shows from NGN 50
The games page groups titles into Jackpots, JetX, Exclusive, Crash, Slots, Drops and Wins, Live, Tables, Instant and Lite.
Three jackpots run on game spend. The hourly pool is NGN 20,000, with 1 ticket per NGN 20 spent. The daily pool is NGN 150,000, with 1 ticket per NGN 50. The monthly pool is NGN 20,000,000, with 1 ticket per bet of NGN 100 or more.
Live shows list minimum stakes from NGN 50 to NGN 2,500 and maximum wins from 500x to 200,000x, with Evolution and Pragmatic Play named for some.
Soccernet.ng rates the casino 3 out of 5 and calls it small and functional. It found no table games when it wrote and could not name the studios. The BetKing FAQ says all games use random number generators and offers Lite versions for low data use. No game count or full provider list is published.
2.9 out of 5 from 14 ratings, and who this suits
Trustpilot shows 2.9 out of 5 from 14 ratings, with 50% one star and 43% five stars, on an unclaimed profile. A reviewer on 17.07.2026 says $370 of winnings disappeared and support did not answer. One on 26.04.2026 says NGN 9,000 vanished after an insufficient balance message. One on 12.10.2026 says over 500 of bonus winnings paid nothing when cashed out. These are unverified claims.
BetKing suits a Nigerian player who wants a naira account with OPay and PalmPay payouts and written caps on withdrawals. Support is listed as 24/7 on 02018885464 and 02013307247, although soccernet.ng lists 08:00 to 21:00.
It suits less a player who needs one clear payout time, who wins above NGN 400,000 and does not want an ID check, or who wants a licence number per regulator. Self-exclusion is irreversible, and the account stays excluded after the period until the player contacts BetKing.
