How Casino770 got 2.5/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • Trustpilot2.2/5weight 10%

Combined: 4.4/10, shown as 2.5/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Casino770, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Casino770 is an Anjouan-licensed site (licence ALSI-202601026-FI1, operator Prime Click LTD, reg. 16073) that sells play as tokens at 100 per €1 and pays out by bank transfer only. Its own terms set a €20 minimum withdrawal, a 40x default bonus wagering requirement, a €1,000 maximum per card deposit and a 12-month inactivity rule that forfeits the balance. Withdrawals take 2 to 3 working days to approve and then 8 to 10 working days to reach the bank. Trustpilot shows 2.2 stars from 189 reviews, half of them one star. The site targets French-speaking players through French bank deposits and prepaid cards, and it excludes Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK.

Prime Click LTD and an Anjouan licence, not a French one

The footer and article 1 of the terms name Prime Click LTD, registered on the island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros under number 16073, as owner and operator. The licence is issued by the Anjouan Betting and Gaming Board under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 and carries the number ALSI-202601026-FI1. Card and other payments are handled by Livepoint Trading Limited (HE 322306) or Coaldale Enterprises Limited (HE 133609), both at 8 Annis Komninis Street in Nicosia, Cyprus. The terms list eight possible card statement descriptors, among them Livepoint Trading, Orangeshop.com.cy and TRDTECH, so the line on a bank statement may not carry the name Casino770.

The brand dates its history to 2001 and the footer reads 2001 to 2026. Disputes fall under Anjouan law and the courts of Anjouan (article 27), and the English text prevails over any translation (article 28). The payment page lists Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, Caisse d'Epargne, Boursobank and La Banque Postale for instant bank transfer, and the verification list asks for a RIB or RIP statement. The offer is built for French speakers, and France is not on the restricted list. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers have no review of the site, so the only outside view is Trustpilot.

Tokens at 100 per €1: how the balance works

Casino770 does not show euros in the cashier. The balance is in tokens, with €1 equal to 100 tokens, so 50,000 tokens on screen mean €500. Article 5 sets the same rate and gives each token a value of €0.01. Purchases and cash-outs are still made in euros, and the only currency listed for the account is the euro.

Two consequences follow from the terms. First, article 12 says tokens won in play remain the property of Casino770 until they are converted or forfeited. Second, cash conversion is a separate step with its own rules: at least 2,000 tokens, which is €20, and only tokens in the token account, never tokens still sitting in the bonus account (articles 6 and 7.2). A reader who treats the site like a normal euro casino will miss that the winnings only become cash when a conversion request is accepted.

€1,000 per card deposit, then a bank transfer out

The help pages give a table of deposit routes. Bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay each start at €20 and stop at €1,000 per transaction. Instant bank transfer starts at €25 and also stops at €1,000. Flexepin and Cashlib start at €10 with the same €1,000 ceiling. Cryptopay accepts Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple and Bitcoin Cash with no limit and a processing time of up to 24 hours. Every route is free. A player who wants to put €3,000 on the account by card has to make 3 separate deposits.

The way out is narrower. Bank transfer is the only withdrawal method listed. The minimum is €20 per transaction, except when the account is closed and the full balance may leave, and the maximum is stated as no limit. No daily, weekly or monthly cap is published. Money returns to the original payment method unless the casino agrees otherwise at its sole discretion (article 8), so a player who deposited by crypto or prepaid voucher should ask beforehand how a payout would be sent.

Timing is the weak point. The help page says a bank-transfer withdrawal is processed after 2 to 3 working days and then reaches the bank within 8 to 10 working days; the table summarises it as 8 to 12 days. Added together that is 10 to 13 working days, about two and a half weeks of calendar time. A pending request can be cancelled from the cashier, which returns the money to the casino balance. Crypto purchases of tokens are final and irreversible, and a refund is only possible exceptionally with compliance approval, paid to the originating wallet (article 7.2).

  • Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay: €20 minimum, €1,000 maximum
  • Instant bank transfer: €25 minimum, €1,000 maximum
  • Flexepin and Cashlib: €10 minimum, €1,000 maximum
  • Withdrawal: bank transfer only, €20 minimum, 8 to 12 days

Verification at the first withdrawal or at €10,000 of deposits

Article 9.3 makes identity verification mandatory in two cases: when a customer's deposits add up to €10,000 (the terms print the figure as "$10,000 EUR"), or on any withdrawal request, whatever the amount. With a €1,000 card ceiling, 10 maximum card deposits reach the first trigger, but in practice the second trigger comes first, because anyone who wants to cash out must be verified. Article 7 adds that only customers with a completed identification file can convert tokens to cash.

The list in article 9.5 has six items: a government ID, proof of address from a utility bill or bank statement under 3 months old, a phone bill for the declared number under 3 months old (or the opening contract of a prepaid line), a bank or postal statement in the customer's own name, a copy of every bank card used to buy tokens, and a selfie holding the ID. Article 8 also allows a verification call. Documents go to the compliance team by email or through the account area. The terms give no time limit for the review. Transactions above €10,000 trigger enhanced checks on the source of funds (article 9.6).

Rules that can cost money: 12 months, 20%, 65% and 30%

Article 4.1 suspends an account automatically after 12 months of inactivity and forfeits any available tokens. Article 7.2 lets the casino cancel a cash conversion if fewer than 20% of the purchased tokens have been used in games or in the shop; on a €100 purchase that means €20 must be played or spent first. Before any withdrawal the account is checked for irregular betting: equal, void, low-margin or hedge bets, and single bets of 30% or more of the total balance. If such a pattern is found, the casino may withhold the withdrawal, confiscate winnings and bonuses and switch off promotions.

Article 10 forbids strategies that cover more than 65% of the possible outcomes, with the example of more than 24 numbers at roulette or Player and Banker together at baccarat. Winnings from such play are forfeited. Delayed winnings, where a round is interrupted and finished later, are banned, and the casino reserves the right to exclude anyone who spends more than two hours per day on the games. Liability is capped at the lower of the bets on the product concerned or €500 (article 20), and a dispute over a settled wager must be lodged within 3 days (article 22), although the casino only intends to answer within 28 days. Terms can change at any time with immediate effect (article 2).

Bonus: 40x, a 20,000-token cap and the Bonus Seeker clause

The welcome offer is not published on the public pages; the promotions section is for members. What the terms do fix is the default rule in article 6: wagering of 40 times the bonus, so a €100 bonus needs €4,000 of play. Roulette, BlackJack, BlackJack Multihand, Baccarat and the casino's own video poker do not count. Tokens from a reward code are capped at 20,000 tokens, which is €200, and a free bonus or code expires after 15 days if unclaimed. Free-bonus amounts convert only after 40x wagering and a minimum token purchase of €20, so an €18 free bonus means 40 x €18, or €720, of play.

Article 6.1 defines a Bonus Seeker as a player who uses only bonus coupons, whose coupons played exceed total deposits, or who takes more than one bonus per day. Such a player loses all promotions and may have the account blocked together with related transactions. Until the wagering is complete the help page says no withdrawal can be requested, and wagering from several bonuses accumulates.

32 providers, no live casino section

The lobby lists 32 provider tabs, among them Betsoft, BGaming, Booming, Booongo, Evoplay, Novomatic, Playson, Spribe and Tom Horn. Categories are slots, roulettes, blackjack, video poker, instant games and other games, plus Cash Drop, tournaments and a jackpot section. There is no live dealer category in the menu. The homepage claims a payout rate of 97.54% for 2025; no auditor is named, so treat it as a marketing figure.

2.2 stars from 189 reviews

Trustpilot lists Casino770 at 2.2 out of 5 from 189 reviews: 50% give one star, 26% give five, 6% four, 11% three and 7% two. 46 reviews were posted in the last 12 months. The site has not invited reviews and shows no company replies. The complaints visible on the profile are old and name no amounts: a 2019 review about a doubtful jackpot size and a live chat that did not work, and a 2015 review about withdrawals that sometimes took hours. CasinoGuru has no review of the site and AskGamblers returns none, so there is no complaint count, no Safety Index and no resolved case to quote.

On responsible gambling the help pages describe financial limits, session limits and temporary or permanent self-exclusion, all requested from support by email or chat. A 1 to 2 day break and a 7-day cooling-off are offered, and self-exclusion locks the account for at least 6 months. Deposit limits apply to fiat methods only, not to crypto deposits.

Who Casino770 suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a French-speaking player outside the excluded countries who deposits small amounts by card, Cashlib or Flexepin, is happy with slots from the listed studios and can wait 10 to 13 working days for a bank payout. The €20 minimum, the euro balance and the free deposits are workable at that scale.

It does not suit anyone who needs fast withdrawals, a live casino, a regulated licence or a published complaint record. Residents of Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and Comoros are excluded by article 3.1, together with every FATF-blacklisted country. A player who deposits €1,000 and wins €5,000 faces verification with six documents, a possible 20% play-through check on the purchase and about two and a half weeks to see the money. The bonus page has the wagering details; this review covers the payment and account rules.
