How we rate casinos: the full method

Cheri Casino is a Curacao site run by Fitzgerald Industries Group N.V., with English, Finnish and Norwegian versions and euro accounts only. Its terms, last updated 22 July 2025, set a €100 minimum withdrawal, a standard €2,500 weekly withdrawal limit, a €1,000 deposit ceiling and a €5 monthly fee on accounts idle for 6 months. CasinoGuru gives it a Safety Index of 8.7 (High) with 0 complaints, but its listing also notes that the casino is not accepting new players at present. Eight countries are excluded by name, among them the United States, Great Britain and Italy, and France is left to the player's own judgement.

Fitzgerald Industries Group N.V. and a Curacao licence

Clause 1.2 of the terms says Cheri Casino operates under the licence of Fitzgerald Industries Group N.V., and card payments are handled by Ftgerald Solutions Ltd, a Cyprus company with registration number HE401608 based in Larnaca. The casino's about page names a Curaçao Antillephone licence, number 8048/JAZ, while CasinoGuru lists the Curacao Gaming Authority as licensor and dates the casino to 2016. The two sources do not match on the licensing body, so the licence number is worth checking before a deposit.

Governing law is Curacao, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Curacao courts (clauses 14.1 and 14.2), and the English text prevails over translations (13.1). The terms can be changed at any time with immediate effect (1.3). A player must be 18 or older (2.2.1) and must not be a permanent resident or citizen of Curacao (2.2.2). Only one account per player is allowed, and clause 2.7 treats every account after the first on the same IP address or shared connection as a breach. CasinoGuru's listing carries a note that the casino is not currently accepting new players. AskGamblers has no entry for the casino and Trustpilot has no page for chericasino.com.

Eight excluded countries and 18 NetEnt territories

Clause 2.5 lists the countries whose residents may not join: the United States, Curacao, Great Britain, Italy, Israel, Turkey, Iraq and Iran. That is 8 countries. The same clause adds that some jurisdictions have their own regulations, with France and Spain named as examples, and that checking whether gambling is allowed in the country of residence is the player's sole responsibility. France is therefore not banned, but it is not cleared either.

Clause 2.6.2 lists 18 "regulated territories" where NetEnt content is not served: Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Clause 2.5 does not exclude players in France, Belgium or Switzerland, but NetEnt content is not served to them. Clause 2.6.1 adds another 36 territories, such as Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, for the same provider.

€10 in, €100 out: deposit and withdrawal limits

Clause 4.6 sets the minimum deposit at €10 and a standard maximum of €1,000. The payments page shows the card route as free and instant with the same €10 to €1,000 range; the list of methods is only visible after login. Euro is the only currency named. On the way out, clause 6.1 sets a €100 minimum withdrawal, ten times the minimum deposit, and clause 6.2 sets a standard limit of €2,500 per week. Clause 6.3 adds 2 business days of processing before a withdrawal can be validated, and the payments page describes bank wire as free with 2 working days plus 1 to 3 banking days, so a payout takes 3 to 5 working days in the best reading of both sources.

At €2,500 a week, which averages about €357 a day, a €10,000 win takes 4 weeks to pay out and a €12,500 win takes 5 weeks, or 35 days. A player who wants to bring €3,000 onto the account needs 3 deposits at the €1,000 ceiling. Withdrawals return to the method used to deposit (clause 6.5), nothing is paid until verification and bonus conditions are met (6.6), and clause 2.2.17 makes the player acknowledge that the casino sets maximum prizes and withdrawals per day, week and month. Only the weekly figure is published. Refunds of deposits are not a right: clause 8.5 leaves it to management, to the same method and not earlier than 7 days after the deposit.

  • Deposit: €10 minimum, €1,000 standard maximum
  • Withdrawal: €100 minimum, €2,500 per week
  • Processing: 2 business days plus 1 to 3 banking days
  • Currency: euro

Documents asked at deposit or withdrawal

Clause 3.2 requires documents when the player deposits or requests a withdrawal: a copy of every credit card used (front and back, with the middle 8 digits and the security code hidden), a photo ID or passport, and a recent utility bill matching the address on the account. The account verification page adds a bank statement for e-wallet users and sets the age limit of the bill at 3 months. Clause 2.9 requires new documents whenever account details change, and clause 3.4 closes the account of anyone who tries to get around the checks. Clause 2.2.8 allows a request for the source of funds in cases such as large deposits. The terms do not say how long verification takes.

€5 a month after 6 months, and other costly clauses

An account counts as inactive after 6 months from the last login (clause 7.1). The casino may then charge a €5 monthly administration fee until the account is active again or empty, after contacting the player (7.2). On a €95 balance, which is already below the €100 withdrawal minimum, 6 months of fees take off €30 and leave €65. The Martingale betting system is prohibited (2.2.10), false personal information voids all winnings (2.2.4), and holding more than one account allows the casino to cancel bonuses and winnings and close the accounts (2.7). The casino may also close an account without giving a reason, while honouring earlier obligations (8.4), and may freeze one during an investigation of suspected fraud, collusion or cheating (8.2). Liability to the player is capped at €100 (11.5).

35x on deposit plus bonus, and a €400 free-spin cap

The welcome bonus is 100% up to €100. Clause 5 sets wagering of 35x on deposit plus bonus for the welcome offer, 20x on deposit plus bonus for deposit bonuses and 35x on the bonus for free bonuses. A full welcome bonus of €100 on a €100 deposit means 35 x €200, or €7,000 of wagering; a €60 deposit with a €60 bonus means 35 x €120, or €4,200, and the same amounts under the 20x deposit-bonus rule mean €2,400. A free bonus of €25 needs 35 x €25, or €875, of wagering. Free spins carry no wagering but cash out at most €400, and any balance above that is forfeited. Winnings from free spins go first toward clearing any active bonus. Betting on red and black together or on Player and Banker together does not count, and colluding players have accounts closed and money frozen. The weekly offers shown on the site are Free Monday at 40% up to €100 from 7 PM, Happy Hour on Thursday at 50% up to €100 and 50% up to €100 on Saturday and Sunday. The bonus page covers these terms in detail.

Games, support and responsible gambling tools

The site banner shows 5,761 casino games on the terms and payments pages, 5,815 on the about page and 5,885 on the account page, so the count varies by page. Categories are slots, live, roulette and blackjack. A provider count is not published. Support runs 7 days a week; the terms say 10am to 22pm, while the site banner says 11h to 21h, and support is in English. Clause 15.1 lists deposit, wager, loss and session limits, self-exclusion, a cooling-off of at least 72 hours and deregistration. All of them are requested by email to support (15.2), and a limit can only be lowered once the current one has expired (15.3).

8.7 Safety Index, 0 complaints and a 6-month complaint window

CasinoGuru gives the casino a Safety Index of 8.7, tier High, rates its terms as fair with no issues found, records 0 complaints, finds it on no blacklist and puts its revenue tier above €1,000,000. With no complaints there is no case to quote, and no player reviews on AskGamblers or Trustpilot to test that figure against. Under clause 9.1 a complaint must be filed within 6 months. Support acknowledges it within 1 week (2 business days for responsible gambling) and aims to solve it in 4 weeks, extendable by 4 weeks. Independent dispute resolution is only open for claims above €5,000 or for responsible gambling, and clause 9.11 states that the Curacao Gaming Authority does not decide player complaints.

Who Cheri Casino suits

It suits a player in a country that is not listed in clause 2.5, who deposits €10 to €1,000, can leave €100 on the account before cashing out and is content with a €2,500 weekly payout. It does not suit anyone in the United States, Great Britain, Italy or the other named countries, anyone who expects NetEnt in France, Belgium or Switzerland, or anyone who would rather have an audited track record than a single CasinoGuru score. Check first that registration is open, since CasinoGuru says it is not accepting new players.
