Our verdict

Golden Vegas is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

Combined: 7.8/10, shown as 4.0/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Golden Vegas is a Belgium-only casino tied to a chain of 13 gaming halls, run by Noordzee Electronics of Kortrijk under Belgian licence B+ 16382. The terms of use, version 10/2022, set a €200 weekly default deposit limit, a €10 minimum and €25,000 maximum per transaction, a 15% administration fee on transactions not meant for play and a 14-day deadline to complain. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.4, High, but rates the terms somewhat unfair, while Trustpilot shows 2.0 stars from 30 reviews. The review reads those terms clause by clause so a Belgian player sees where the rules help and where they cost money.

Noordzee Electronics and licence B+ 16382

Article 1 of the terms names three Belgian companies. Noordzee Electronics has its office at Overbekeplein 14/1 in Kortrijk, company number BE 0426.052.506, and holds licence B (B 16382) for class II land-based casino games plus a B+ licence for a class II virtual online gaming room. Reflex of Pecq holds licence B19490, and Play N Bet of Mouscron, company number BE 0823.743.004, holds betting licence F1 (FA 117223). CasinoGuru lists Noordzee as owner and operator, gives 2013 as the founding year and confirms the Belgian Gaming Commission licence B+16382 as verified, with revenue above €5,000,000.

The home page lists 13 gaming halls in Belgium, from Turnhout to Tournai, and registration through itsme. A notice on the site says that Golden Vegas now runs as 2 separate websites, one for casino and one for sport, with 2 separate accounts, and that balances cannot be moved between them. Belgian law applies, the French text prevails over English and Dutch (Article 26), and disputes go to the courts of Tournai or Kortrijk (Article 29). The licence is for Belgium only, so there is no list of restricted countries.

€10 to €25,000 per transaction, under a €200 weekly default

Article 10 sets deposits between €10 and €25,000 per transaction. A bank-transfer withdrawal also runs from €10 to €25,000, while a payout in the casino's gaming rooms is in multiples of €5, from €15 up to €5,000. Bets are placed in euros only. A €37,500 win therefore needs 2 bank transfers, €25,000 plus €12,500. The terms charge no commission on deposits or withdrawals, and the player's bank may charge its own costs.

The binding limit is the Belgian one. Since 20 October 2022 every account has a default deposit limit of €200 per week, which allows €800 over 4 weeks, €2,400 over 12 weeks and €4,800 over 24 weeks. Removing it means asking the Belgian Gaming Commission, which answers within 72 hours and refuses anyone listed as being in payment default in the National Bank's credit register. If a player removes the default and sets no personal limit, the terms impose €2,000 per week, 10 times as much. Personal limits can be set for 24 hours, 7 days or 1 month, a decrease applies at once, and an increase takes effect after 72 hours (Article 10.4 of the same text says 24 hours, so the two clauses conflict).

Payout speed is not given as a number of days. The terms refer to the usual timescales for bank transactions, promise withdrawals at first request when the balance is in credit and no fraud or error is found, and say that no credit can be transferred until the account is verified. CasinoGuru counts 10 payment methods without naming them.

Verification comes before any credit moves

Registration asks for a national registration number, nationality, address and phone, and a confirmation email activates the withdrawal function (Article 5). The casino compares the documents with the form and may refuse or close an account if they do not match. Under Article 14 an account can also be closed when documents are late or incomplete, or when the emailed verification code is not entered by its deadline.

Article 18 allows solvency checks through financial institutions and payment providers at any time, and a request for bank details and transaction history. Article 10 adds that the casino can ask for any document it considers necessary for a deposit or a withdrawal. Article 5 limits casino games and virtual bets to age 21 and over and real bets and the account itself to 18, while the home page FAQ says betting is banned under 21, so the age line differs between the two texts.

A 15% fee, 2% a month and a €500 liability ceiling

Article 10.5 reserves a 15% administration fee on transactions that are not meant for play, for example consecutive deposits and withdrawals with no stakes. On €1,000 that is €150, and on a €25,000 transaction it is €3,750. Article 16 adds a charge of 2% a month, never under €3 a month, on a closed account whose balance cannot be paid out for reasons attributed to the player. A €500 balance loses €10 a month, and a €100 balance loses €3, which is 3% of it.

Article 14 lets the casino suspend or close an account after 12 months of inactivity, with no notice or compensation, and keep the balance to offset its costs if the closure follows a breach. Promotional money disappears on closure (Article 16). Article 9.2 says a technical report is the only evidence for a disputed game, with no discussion, and gives the casino the right to correct results.

Article 11 limits liability to the lower of 3 months of commissions on the account and €500. Article 19 makes a complaint inadmissible after 14 days, and Article 29 bars any action filed more than 1 year after the event, after a 14-day good-faith settlement attempt. Martingale systems and artificial-intelligence software are banned in Article 7, and abuse of promotions allows closure under Article 14.

13 gaming halls, 22 providers and no bonus data

CasinoGuru counts 22 game providers. The terms describe automatic games of chance (dice games) under a B+ licence and sports betting under an F+ licence. The number of games is not stated in the sources, and no welcome bonus, wagering requirement or promotion was found, so this review makes no bonus claim. CasinoGuru records no 24-hour live chat; support runs through a Help tab and email, and the site is offered in French, Dutch and English.

SOS Jeux, 0800/35.777 and the Belgian access ban

The responsible gaming page names SOS Jeux on 0800/35.777, available 24 hours a day, plus the Clinique du jeu and a list of help centres by province, from Brussels to Luxembourg. A player can ask the Belgian Gaming Commission for an access ban that covers casinos, slot halls and online sites (Article 15), either online, with a PDF form, or through a third party using a separate form.

Besides the €200 weekly default, personal limits run over 24 hours, 7 days or 1 month. The casino's own self-exclusion tools are not described on its responsible gaming page, so the national ban is the route the terms point to.

8.4 on CasinoGuru, 1 complaint rejected, 2.0 stars on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.4, High, with no blacklist entry. It rates the terms somewhat unfair and finds 2 issues. Its complaint record is 1 complaint in total, 0 open and 1 rejected. Trustpilot shows 2.0 stars from 30 reviews for goldenvegas.be in an October 2026 record. AskGamblers has no page, and no complaint text is on file, so no amounts or dates can be quoted.

Who Golden Vegas suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a Belgian resident aged 21 or older who wants a Belgian operator with 13 halls and itsme sign-up, deposits no more than €200 a week and wants a licence checked at the Gaming Commission. It also fits someone who prefers a ceiling on deposits, since the weekly default can only be lifted with the Commission's answer within 72 hours.

It is a poor fit for a player who needs a bonus, because none was found, for one who wants a stated payout time in days, and for one who might leave €500 idle for 12 months. A 14-day complaint deadline and a €500 liability ceiling are tight for a large dispute.
