How we rate casinos: the full method

Magic Betting Casino is a Belgian casino run by Eurogaming NV under Gaming Commission licence B+3940, and it is built around the country's rules rather than around a bonus. There is no welcome offer, the default deposit limit is €200 a week, and players must be 21. The terms, last revised on 18 June 2025, cap withdrawals at €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €25,000 a month, charge €5 a month on accounts idle for 12 months and give a player only 24 hours to complain. CasinoGuru rates it 8.8 (High) with 0 complaints, but Trustpilot has only 3 reviews. This review goes through the licence, the payout ceilings, the identity check and the clauses that can cost money.

Eurogaming NV and licence B+3940

The terms name Eurogaming NV as operator, working with Magic Betting Casino NV, whose registered office is at Industrielaan 3 in Olen and whose company number is 0459.566.303. The terms also quote an E-licence, number E7353, and the footer and the FAQ both give B+3940 as the casino licence from the Belgian Gaming Commission. CasinoGuru confirms B+3940 as verified, lists Eurogaming NV as owner, dates the brand to 2017 and places its revenue above €1,000,000.

Registration needs the player to be cleared in EPIS, the Gaming Commission's list of excluded persons, and the casino checks that list again at every login. The minimum age is 21, not the 18 common elsewhere. If a translation differs, the Dutch version of the terms prevails (Part 10), and a dispute goes to the court competent for the registered office of Eurogaming NV (Part 11). No country list appears in the terms, because the site is for people registered with the Belgian authorities.

€200 a week unless the Gaming Commission says otherwise

Since the Royal Decree of 20 July 2022 every Belgian player starts with a deposit limit of €200 a week, and the casino's FAQ says the rule has applied since 20 October 2022. Four weeks at that limit allow €800 in deposits and a full year €10,400. At that default, a player would need 125 weeks, or 875 days, of deposits to put €25,000 into the account. To go higher, the player asks in the account, the Gaming Commission checks that the player is not registered as a defaulter, and an answer arrives within 72 hours during working hours. A request to lower the limit is approved immediately.

The permission is not permanent. The FAQ says the Commission rechecks on the 15th of every month, and a player who has been registered as a defaulter in the meantime falls back to €200 a week. The limit is counted on the deposits of the last 7 days, so it moves with the player rather than resetting on a fixed weekday. Deposits go in through Bancontact or bank transfer, in euros only, and the terms state no deposit fee.

€25,000 a month is the ceiling, and €30,000 does not fit in one month

Clause 5.6.3 sets three withdrawal limits: €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €25,000 a month. CasinoGuru lists the same three figures. The daily and weekly caps interact: three days at €5,000 reach the €15,000 weekly cap, so a fourth day in the same week pays nothing. Taken alone, the weekly cap would allow €780,000 over 52 weeks, but the monthly cap brings the yearly maximum down to €300,000 (12 x €25,000). A balance of €30,000 needs at least two weeks at the weekly cap, and because the monthly cap is €25,000, the last €5,000 has to wait for the next calendar month.

The review of gambling.com Belgium gives other figures, a €20 minimum and €10,000 per withdrawal, with payouts in about 12 hours. The terms mention none of these three numbers, so they are best read as the casino's practice rather than a written promise. Money returns only to the bank account that made the deposit, in the player's name, and the name must match the verified ID (5.6.2). If the casino suspects irregularities it may delay or refuse payment until more checks are done.

The ID card goes by email

After filling in the registration form, with the national registry number, address and phone, the player must email a copy of the ID card to helpdesk@magicbettingcasino.be (clause 3.4). The FAQ calls identity verification mandatory before any casino game: if it fails, the player cannot deposit or play. A scan of both sides must be clearly legible.

The casino may later ask for a bank statement or a recent invoice in the player's name to link the payment method to the player (5.6). A locked account, for example after a password is entered wrongly 3 times, is released only after another copy of the ID card is sent (3.4). Changes to registration data must be reported within 30 days (3.3). A permanently blocked account is not unblocked at all (5.2).

Rules that cost money: €5 a month, 24 hours and the stake-only refund

An account counts as dormant 12 months after the last login. From then the casino deducts €5.00 a month until the balance is empty or the player returns, and loyalty points are removed (5.8). That is €60 a year on an account left alone. Separately, clause 5.7 lets the casino close an account after 2 years of inactivity without telling the player.

The complaint window is the shortest in the terms: a complaint must reach the casino within 24 hours after the end of the game in question, only the last game played can be discussed, and a player who keeps playing loses the right to a refund (Part 11). If the cause is a program error, only the stake is refunded, never the winnings. In a dispute only the data on the casino's servers counts, and screenshots are not accepted (Part 8). The right of withdrawal under Article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law is excluded as well.

Freezing is broad. The casino can freeze an account for investigation, the player cannot force it open, and release needs the permission of both judicial authorities and the Gaming Commission (5.3). On suspected fraud or money laundering it may close the account and freeze the balance (5.4).

Dice slots, live tables and 19 providers

The menu splits games into dice games, dice slots, table games, live games, virtual sports and jackpots, and the FAQ describes the range as the same kind found in Belgian gaming halls: dice games, roulette, blackjack and video poker. CasinoGuru counts 19 providers. The homepage names 18 of them, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Amusnet, BetSoft, BGaming, Spinomenal, Ezugi and Golden Race. Every game can be tried in a demo without an account.

A loyalty scheme runs on top. There are 10 levels, from Apprentice to Hall of Fame, and the top level needs 600,000 experience points. A level is lost if the minimum points are not earned within 30 days, with one exception: from level 6, Expert, a player cannot fall lower. The FAQ's table shows how a €10 bet is rewarded: 20 loyalty points at levels 1 to 3 (modifier 2), 24 at levels 4 and 5 (modifier 2.4), 30 at levels 6 and 7 (modifier 3), 35 at level 8 (modifier 3.50), 40 at level 9 (modifier 4) and 60 at level 10 (modifier 6). A separate Loyalty Boost multiplies the points by 1.2x at Insider and Pro, 1.5x at Expert and All-Star, 1.75x at Legendary, 2x at Epic and 3x at Hall of Fame. Points are spent on gifts in the shop.

8.8 from CasinoGuru, 0 complaints, 3 Trustpilot reviews

CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.8, in the High band, rates the terms Fair with 0 unfair clauses, and has no complaints on file in any category. AskGamblers has no review of this casino. Trustpilot shows 3.0 stars from 3 reviews, too few to conclude anything. A clean record that rests on so little data says more about size than about service.

Support is by email at helpdesk@magicbettingcasino.be and a chat widget. The terms promise to try to resolve each complaint within 48 hours, and any player can also write to the Gaming Commission at info@gamingcommission.be. CasinoGuru notes that the live chat is not available around the clock, and the terms give no phone line or opening hours.

Who this casino suits

It suits an adult Belgian player of at least 21 who is content with the €200 weekly default, wants Bancontact or a bank transfer and has no use for bonuses, since Belgian rules ban them. The written limits are generous enough for any winner who gets the Commission's approval to raise the deposit limit: €25,000 a month is far beyond what a €200 weekly budget can produce.

It suits a player less well if a complaint might need more than 24 hours to prepare, if the account may sit unused for a year (€5 a month) or if a fast, written payout time matters, because the terms state none. Residents of other countries cannot register at all, because every account needs EPIS clearance. Responsible gaming tools on the official page are the €200 weekly limit and self-exclusion for a chosen period through My account, plus the Gaming Commission form; loss limits and reality checks are not mentioned.
