Our verdict

McLuck is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

How McLuck got 3.3/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • CasinoGuru Safety Index5.7/10weight 60%
  • Trustpilot4.2/5weight 10%

Combined: 6.1/10, shown as 3.3/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for McLuck, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

McLuck is a US sweepstakes casino run by B-Two Operations Limited of the Isle of Man. Its Terms of Service, version 2.6 of 14 October 2026, exclude 16 states, close Oklahoma from 1 November 2026 and set the minimum age at 21. Virtual Coins carry no cash value by themselves, purchases are final, and an account idle for 60 days can be closed. A dispute must pass a 60-day informal stage and then goes to JAMS arbitration, where the player pays $250. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 5.7, Below average, AskGamblers shows 2 from 4 ratings and Trustpilot shows 4.2 from 10,246 reviews. The terms do not publish a redemption minimum or payout time.

B-Two Operations Limited, Douglas, Isle of Man

The terms name B-Two Operations Limited, registered under number 021483V, with its office at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP, Isle of Man. Clause 6.9 says card statements show purchases as B-Two Operations Limited, so the McLuck name will not appear on a bank record. AskGamblers dates the brand to 2024 and CasinoGuru names the same owner.

No gambling licence is listed anywhere. The model is a sweepstakes: players use Gold Coins, which can be free or bought, and Sweeps Coins, which are the redeemable currency. Clause 2.4 states that Virtual Coins are non-redeemable, non-transferable and carry no cash value, and that every purchase is final and not refundable.

16 excluded states, California and Oklahoma on top

The terms list Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia as prohibited territories, 16 states in all, plus anywhere outside the United States. Game suppliers can add their own state restrictions, shown in a separate footer list under clause 5.1.

Two notices sit on top of that list. McLuck no longer offers promotional contests in California. Effective 1 November 2026 it stops operating in Oklahoma, and the home-page notice of the day before still named Oklahoma among 17 excluded states. Players must be 21 or the local age of majority if higher. Clause 3.6 bans VPNs and proxies that hide a real location, and clause 8.6 requires location services to stay switched on.

What the terms do not say about redemptions

The Terms of Service contain no redemption minimum, no payout time and no purchase limit, and the casino's sweepstakes rules page publishes no redemption figures. CasinoGuru states a cash minimum of 75 Sweeps Coins and redemptions of up to 10 days, while AskGamblers lists bank payouts of 0 to 48 hours with pending requests up to 48 hours. Those two sources contradict each other, and the gap between 48 hours and 10 days stays unresolved.

Clause 6.7 puts foreign exchange fees on payments made to the player on the player, and clause 6.6 fixes all purchases in US dollars. A player paid in another currency would carry the exchange loss, though the terms do not give a rate or a cap.

Documents within 30 days or a restricted account

Clause 8.4 lists photo identification such as a passport or driver's licence, a utility bill matching the registered address, and source of wealth or source of funds papers such as a payslip or bank statement. Clause 8.2 adds redacted copies of the payment method used for purchases. If the documents do not arrive within 30 days of the first request, clause 8.5 lets the operator terminate, deactivate or restrict the account.

The registered name must match government identification (clause 4.4) and the name on the payment method (clause 6.1). Clause 3.13 bans purchases from a business or corporate account, and under clause 3.14 an ineligible player can lose prizes that the operator then keeps for fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering reasons. A chargeback suspends the account and becomes a debt the player owes (clause 6.3). Players must also confirm they are not on a US Government list of restricted parties (clause 3.10) and are not employed by another social gaming operator (clause 3.11).

60 days idle and the pooled jackpot

Virtual Coins expire when an account is dormant, which clause 6.12 defines as 60 consecutive days without game play. Clause 4.9 lets the operator close such an account without notice. A player who takes a 2-month break can return to a closed account and an empty balance.

Clause 5.2 says the Social Jackpots are pooled across the operator's brands and funded by all customers. One account per person is allowed, and the operator may also limit registrations per IP address, which can hit two people sharing a household connection. Clause 12.7 lets the operator alter balances to correct errors, clause 7.6 lets it revoke promotional benefits for any abuse without notice, and clause 3.12 bans groups that share hacks, URL-redeemable offers or identity documents.

1 year to claim, $250 to arbitrate

Any claim must be filed within 1 year (clause 13.3), and the remedy is limited to the amount of the player's own purchases in the year before the claim (clause 13.4). Clause 13.1 waives claims under any gambling loss recovery act. A player who bought $200 of coins in that year can recover at most that sum, however large the Sweeps Coin balance in question.

Before arbitration the parties must negotiate informally for at least 60 days after a written Notice of Dispute (clause 14.4). The case then goes to JAMS, the player pays arbitration fees of $250 (clause 15.9.6), and small claims court remains open for disputes inside its jurisdiction (clause 15.3). The Federal Arbitration Act governs the agreement (clause 15.7), and the opt-out window for arbitration is 30 days from acceptance.

Support and responsible play

Support is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Contact Us page, and the terms warn that a reply can take up to 48 hours. Two payment lines run around the clock: +1 (424) 842-2442 in clause 6.13 and +1 (719) 624-7938 for US payment queries at the foot of the terms.

AskGamblers lists self-exclusion as the one responsible gambling tool and no deposit or time limits. The terms describe no limit tools beyond that listing.

A 4.2 Trustpilot score against a 5.7 Safety Index

Trustpilot shows 4.2 from 10,246 reviews. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 5.7, Below average, with 2 complaints on file, 1 resolved and 1 rejected, and it weighs 113 complaints at related casinos. AskGamblers shows a rating of 2 from only 4 ratings, too few to carry weight.

Sign-up offers differ by source: CasinoGuru lists 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins, AskGamblers lists 50,000 Gold Coins and 25 Sweeps Coins for a $9.99 purchase. The bonus rules are not covered here.

Who McLuck suits

It suits a player aged 21 or older, living outside the 16 excluded states and Oklahoma, who plays at least once every 60 days, has a passport or driver's licence and a recent utility bill ready, and accepts that the cash minimum is stated only by third parties at 75 Sweeps Coins.

It does not suit anyone in New York, New Jersey or the other excluded states, a player who needs a published payout time before depositing, or someone unwilling to pay $250 to arbitrate a dispute.
