MozzartBet Kenya Limited and the licences BK 0001188 and PG 0001189

Article 2 of the terms names MozzartBet Kenya Limited, a Kenyan company seated at Laxcon Plaza in Parklands, Nairobi. The site footer, read on 1 November 2026, says it is licensed by the Betting Control and Licensing Board under Cap 131 with the numbers BK 0001188 and PG 0001189.

Sources conflict on the number: a press report on the 2020 renewal cited BCLB licence 0000135, and a Kenyan review site says the regulator is now the Gambling Regulatory Authority, while the footer still names the old board. Disputes go to a court in Nairobi (article 61).

No country list: a Kenyan National ID and one account

MozzartBet Kenya publishes no list of restricted countries. Registration is for adults of 18 and over with a Personal Citizenship Number and a valid e-mail (article 7), and the responsible gambling page asks for a valid Kenyan National ID card. A player may hold 1 account only, and Mozzart may close extra accounts and cancel every bet made from them (articles 9 and 10).

In by M-Pesa Paybill 290059, out in a shop within three workdays

Deposits carry no fee (article 12), and the help centre gives Paybill 290059 with the player's phone number as the account number. The M-Pesa deposit minimum has no limit, and in a bet shop it is KES 10.00 (article 40).

Article 15 gives two ways out: cash at a Mozzart bet shop within three workdays of the request, or a transfer to 1 checking account in the player's own name, which is debited at once and shows as pending until the bank confirms. Mozzart accepts no responsibility for how long the bank takes, can demand proof that the player holds the account, and can cancel the withdrawal if the proof is not produced.

No maximum withdrawal is published, and the help centre article on the maximum amount carries no text. One secondary source gives a minimum withdrawal of KES 200 and M-Pesa payouts usually within minutes, but the terms say neither. A player who wins KES 200,000 therefore has no stated daily limit to plan against, only the three-workday shop rule.

Verification at signup and again at the first withdrawal

After the activation e-mail, the player enters the ID card number, place of birth and address, and Mozzart checks the data and the age before any game opens (article 8). Withdrawals bring a second check, because proof of ownership of the bank account can be requested (article 15), and third-party account numbers are not allowed at all.

The 7-day complaint window and the 60-day cash-out limit

AskGamblers covers only the Malta and Romania brand, and the Trustpilot page that exists, belongs to the Serbian site, so neither is used here.
