Clause 1.1 of the terms names Rush Street Interactive Colombia S.A.S., tax number NIT 901.135.239-1, as the operator, and the footer gives its address as Calle 81 No. 11-55, Torre Norte, Piso 9, in Bogotá. Clause 1.2 says it is authorised by Coljuegos, the state gaming monopoly administrator, under a concession contract, and the footer gives the number as C1972 with a term from 08/06/2023 to 07/06/2028. The rules follow Coljuegos Agreement 08 of 16 September 2020. Clause 1.3 adds that the platform was certified by Coljuegos-approved laboratories, including Gaming Laboratories International.

The brand names Rush and Rushbet belong to RSI IP Holding, LLC. Do not mix this site up with other Rushbet sites: CasinoGuru's Safety Index of 9.6 refers to the Peruvian site run by a different company and licence, so it is not a rating of rushbet.co.

This is a Colombia-only product. The glossary defines a player as a person over 18 domiciled in Colombian territory, and registration takes a cédula de ciudadanía, cédula de extranjería or Permiso por Protección Temporal (clause 7.2). The terms print no restricted-country list; the market is one country. Governing law is Colombian (24.1), and consumer and data complaints go to the SIC (24.2).

Wager 50% of your deposits before you can withdraw

Clause 9.7 states that, under article 1.4.2 of Coljuegos Agreement 08, a player must have wagered at least 50% of all deposits made before requesting a withdrawal. If not, the request is rejected until the condition is met. Clause 9.11 narrows this: only real-money bets count, and bets made with bonus balance or closed by cash out do not. On deposits of 1,000,000 COP, at least 500,000 COP must have been bet with real money before the first payout request.

Once the request passes, clause 9.6 gives an estimate of up to 72 hours, which stretches if extra identity checks or payment-provider delays arise. A player may make at most 3 withdrawal requests per calendar day (9.11); extra ones wait for the next day. If the casino asks for documents, the request turns pending and the player has 10 business days to send them, after which it is cancelled and the money returns to the account (9.8). A withdrawal request made while a bonus is active cancels the incomplete bonuses (9.6).

Withdrawals reach a bank account (the El Tiempo article lists Bancolombia, Nequi, Davivienda and Daviplata), Efecty, Grupo Éxito stores or Rushbet shops. Cash payouts must be collected within 10 business days of approval (9.9). A wrong bank detail means the bank returns the transfer, which takes 2 to 3 business days (9.13.2).

Minimums that sources report differently

The terms say the minimum deposit and withdrawal depend on the method and are shown at the cashier (9.3), with no single figure. Review sources disagree. Gainblers Colombia reports a minimum of 500 COP for both, while El Tiempo, in a piece it labels as sponsored content, says withdrawals start at 20,000 COP, a 40-fold gap. The terms print no maximum withdrawal, and El Tiempo does not give one either.

El Tiempo puts bank transfers at 1 to 3 business days and cash payouts normally at 12 hours, up to 72 hours. It also states a 20% withholding tax on withdrawals of 48 UVT or more. Clause 9.16 confirms that the casino applies withholding on occasional gains at withdrawal under articles 304-1 and 404-1 of the tax statute. Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly and monthly; a reduction applies at once, while an increase waits 72 hours (9.5). Deposits earn no interest (9.4).

Up to 30 business days for verification

Clause 7.4 allows up to 30 business days to verify the documents sent at registration, and the clock stops while the casino waits for more information (7.5). Clause 8.2 lets it ask at any time for a photo of the ID, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and proof of ownership of the payment account, with apostilled copies possible. Players must update their information every year (8.4). While an account is under review it cannot deposit, receive promotions or bet (8.6).

There is one account per ID document (7.1), and 5 failed logins block the account until the password is reset (6.4). Suspicion of money laundering lets the casino withhold payouts, and under clause 5.5 it does not have to tell the player about reports sent to the authorities.

Bonus money: 7 days, 10x, one per account

Bonus money is restricted and cannot be withdrawn (clause 11.2). It generally expires within 7 days of issue (11.4), and each promotion is limited to one per account (11.5). Gainblers reports the casino welcome offer as 100% up to 40,000 COP with a 10x rollover, where roulette, card games and blackjack count only 20%; the page banner shows 20,000 COP, a conflict in the sources. At 10x, a full 40,000 COP bonus means 400,000 COP of bets within a week. The bonus page carries the full terms.

Slots carry a general maximum win per spin or bet of 350,000,000 COP (26.3).

Suspension, inactivity and what the terms allow

Clause 12.1 lists seven grounds on which the casino can suspend, restrict or cancel an account with or without notice, from fraud to multiple accounts and bots. Under 12.2.4 it may also restrict access to funds during checks, which the terms call preventive and temporary. An account with no activity for 6 months can be suspended, and one inactive for 11 months is cancelled (12.6). Cancelled accounts can still be logged into to withdraw funds (9.15). Unresolved bets may be voided after 90 days (10.3).

Support is by email at soporte@rushbet.co, chat on the platform and post; no phone number or opening hours are listed. Email requests are answered within 15 business days (23.4). The responsible gambling tools include daily, weekly and monthly deposit and loss limits, session time limits and temporary self-exclusion (4.2.1). A self-excluded player can still withdraw, within 72 hours, but pending bonuses are cancelled (9.14).

Several one-star reviews describe withdrawals and closures. One of 20 May 2024 says a winning basketball bet was marked as lost and the account was closed with the funds locked. One of 14 February 2025 says the account was closed when a withdrawal was requested, and one of 9 June 2025 says a prize was stuck in verification. One of 6 February 2026 says the player was asked to pay money before withdrawing winnings. Positive reviews from 2025 and 2026 praise fast deposits and withdrawals. Neither CasinoGuru nor AskGamblers has a Colombian record to compare.

Who Rushbet suits, and who should skip it

It suits a Colombian resident who wants a licensed site with Coljuegos oversight, deposits through PSE or cash points, and accepts the 50% wagering rule as a legal condition. It also suits players who value deposit and loss limits and a clear route to withdraw during self-exclusion.
