Yellow Social Interactive Limited and the 24/7 payment line

The agreement is between the player and Yellow Social Interactive Limited with its subsidiaries and affiliates, trading as Pulsz. AskGamblers dates the brand to 2022 and places the owner in Gibraltar. The terms hold no gambling licence number, which fits a sweepstakes: they state in capitals that the site does not offer real money gambling and that no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Support is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at support@pulsz.com, and payment questions have a dedicated line, +1 (424) 371-7304, open around the clock (clause 1.2). Card statements show purchases as Pulsz.com (clause 6.8), so the brand name appears on the bank record.

14 excluded states and five with limited promotions

Clause 3.4 lists Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Alabama, Tennessee, Connecticut, New York, West Virginia, Louisiana, Maryland, California and Arizona, 14 states, plus anywhere outside the United States. A second list of 5 states, Mississippi, New Jersey, Indiana, Maine and Oklahoma, gets limited promotions only, so a resident there can play but sees fewer offers.

The minimum age is 21, or the local age of majority if higher (clause 3.1). Clause 3.5 bans VPNs and any other way of hiding a location, and clause 8.4 allows third-party location checks and requires location services to be on.

A redemption request lives for 90 days

Clause 6.12 is the one place where the terms speak about redemptions. Every request is subject to verification, review and approval. The player has 90 days from submission to provide all requested information; after that the request is declined automatically, the Virtual Coins return to the account and a new request may be filed (clauses 6.12.2 and 6.12.3).

Pulsz may also decline, cancel or reverse incomplete, inactive or non-compliant requests, and its decisions on eligibility and status are final and binding (clause 6.12.4). The sweepstakes rules, which would hold a Sweeps Coin minimum, are shown to registered players only, and the terms print no minimum, fee or payout time. AskGamblers lists e-wallet and bank payouts of 48 to 72 hours, and CasinoGuru names gift cards, Skrill, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Identity and credit checks before any payout

Clause 8.1 allows age and identity verification and credit background checks. Clause 4.4 requires the registered name to match the identification, and clause 6.1 requires the payment method to carry the same name; if not, the account is suspended and purchases may be voided. A check that cannot be completed can end in termination or restriction (clause 8.3).

Clause 3.9.1 bans groups that share hacks or identity documents, and clause 4.14 allows suspension for play in tandem with others. Clause 4.15.2 lets Pulsz close the account of a player it judges unable to play safely, with Virtual Coins forfeited and no refund of earlier purchases. Clause 3.9 lets Pulsz withhold or cancel a bonus and close the account on its own judgement of promotion abuse.

60 days of silence wipes the balance

Virtual Coins expire once an account is dormant, defined in clause 6.11 as 60 consecutive days without game play. Clause 4.9 separately lets Pulsz close an account inactive for 60 days or longer, without notice. A player who skips two months can lose both the coins and the account.

Purchases are in US dollars (clause 6.6), final, and carry no refund (clause 2.4). A chargeback becomes a debt and can suspend the account (clause 6.3). If a bug awards or removes coins, clauses 13.8 and 13.11 let Pulsz alter balances and void awards, and clause 13.12 makes the server result the official one when it differs from what a player's screen shows.

One year, and no more than your own purchases

Clause 14.3 requires every claim to be filed within 1 year. Clause 14.4 caps the remedy at the player's own purchases in the 1 year before the claim. A player who bought $300 of coins in that window and lost a prize worth far more can recover $300 at most.

Before arbitration a written Notice of Dispute starts a 30-day negotiation (clause 15.8), and the arbitration opt-out lasts 30 days from acceptance. The terms also waive claims arising from tracking technology such as pixels and cookies.

Daily spending limit, 7, 14 or 30 days off, 6 months out

The Player Safety Policy, version 2.1 of 23 June 2025, lets a player ask by email or contact form for a daily limit on Gold Coin purchases. A limit applies for at least 24 hours and changes only after 24 hours. Take a Break closes the account for 7, 14 or 30 days and cannot be shortened.

Self-Exclusion runs for at least 6 months, then needs a 7-day waiting period before the account can reopen. It covers all brands of Yellow Social Interactive Limited and its group, and no redemptions are allowed during exclusion. AskGamblers lists self-exclusion but no deposit or time limits; the spending limit is requested by email, not set in a menu.

Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 29,973 reviews, a large base for a sweepstakes site. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 5.2, below its 7.5 recommended level, and explains the figure by unresolved complaints at sister sites. AskGamblers shows 5.9 from 20 ratings. The review sites give no complaint counts for Pulsz itself.

Who Pulsz suits

It suits a player aged 21 or older outside the 14 excluded states who wants a printed 90-day redemption window, a way to cap daily spending by email and a payment line that answers at any hour. The review base of 29,973 is large enough to show patterns.

It does not suit a player who needs the redemption minimum and fees in writing before buying coins, since the terms leave both out, or someone who plays only now and then, because 60 days without play ends the account. Residents of New York, California and Washington are excluded outright.
