The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
10bet runs two separate casino sites with different operators, licences and track records. The UK site, 10bet.co.uk, is operated by Blue Star Planet Limited of Malta under UK Gambling Commission licence 43173; its terms, version #36 dated 30 June 2026, set a £5 minimum withdrawal, a £35,000 card withdrawal limit and a £5 monthly fee after 12 months without a login. The South African site, 10bet.co.za, belongs to Edcobrite (Pty) Ltd and holds a Mpumalanga licence; CasinoGuru gives it a Safety Index of 5.5, Below average, with 28 complaints. This review keeps the two apart.
Blue Star Planet Limited and licence 43173
Clause 1(1) of the UK terms names Blue Star Planet Limited, with a registered address at Dragonara Business Centre in St. Julians, Malta, as the operator of 10bet.co.uk. Clause 1(2) gives the Gambling Commission of Great Britain licence number 43173. Sports betting for customers in the Republic of Ireland runs under a Remote Bookmaker's Licence, number 1010917, from the Revenue Commissioners (clause 1(3)), and the footer also shows the Irish authority reference GRAI-0917-RB-26-0001. The brand dates itself to 2003.
Clause 5(2) limits eligibility to people resident or located in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey. Anywhere else counts as an Excluded Territory, and the terms give no country-by-country list. The same clause bars anyone who worked for 10bet or its affiliates within the last 3 years, anyone on GAMSTOP and anyone whose previous account the company closed. Customer funds sit in a trust account at the Gambling Commission's medium protection level (13(5) and 13(6)).
£10 in, £5 minimum out, £35,000 per card
The payment methods page lists nine deposit methods across debit cards, e-wallets, online bank transfer and a prepaid voucher line. All are free and instant, with a £10 minimum and a ceiling that depends on the method. A footnote warns that maximums can be lower for regulatory reasons such as affordability and source of income confirmation. Clause 13(3) bans credit cards, including e-wallets funded by a credit card.
The minimum withdrawal is £5. A single debit card withdrawal can be up to £35,000, other methods up to £50,000 and Paysafecard £4,000, and the number of withdrawals is not limited (clause 14(10)), so £70,000 can be taken out as two requests on a card. The page gives 1-2 days for cards, 1-2 days for e-wallets and up to three days for bank transfer to clear, longer if verification is outstanding. There is no charge on withdrawals to online payment services or UK debit cards (14(5)).
- Deposits: £10 minimum, free and instant
- Minimum withdrawal: £5
- Card withdrawal limit: £35,000; others £50,000; Paysafecard £4,000
- Clearing: cards 1-2 days, e-wallets 1-2 days, bank transfer up to three days
Clause 14(7): a withdrawal split across sources
Two payout rules differ from the usual card-only wording. Clause 14(6) sends every withdrawal back to the method used to deposit, and a bank transfer is allowed only to an account in the registered name. Clause 14(7) goes further: when funds were deposited from several financial accounts in the preceding 3 months, 10bet runs an internal risk assessment on each account and distributes the withdrawal proportionally between the sources. A player who put £100 on a card and £300 through an e-wallet in the same quarter should expect a payout split 25% and 75% rather than a choice of destination.
Clause 14(8) says new payment details added only to make a withdrawal can be set up solely by contacting support at support@10bet.co.uk. Clause 14(4) adds that withdrawing from the Casino buy-in balance forfeits or voids casino promotions.
Documents: photo ID, a utility bill under 6 months old
Clause 7(1) allows checks of age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances and source of funds. Clause 7(4) lists a valid photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence, a recent utility bill that must not be older than 6 months, and a recent debit or bank account statement. The name given at registration must be identical to the one on the government ID (7(5)). Until the documents are accepted, the account can be restricted in any way the company judges appropriate, including blocking withdrawals (7(3)).
The payments page says withdrawal times may be longer if verification is outstanding. The stated 1-2 days for cards and e-wallets and up to three days for banks therefore run from the point the account is cleared.
£5 a month on a dormant account after 12 months
Under clause 11(1), a Great Britain account becomes dormant if the player does not log in for 12 consecutive months; for Ireland the period is 13 months without any gambling. A zero balance means closure without a fee. A positive balance is returned to the last deposit method where possible, and if the account is still dormant a month after the first contact attempt, a monthly administration fee of £5 starts (11(3)). It stops when the balance reaches zero, the player withdraws it or logs in.
The casino rules, last revised on 11 May 2020 as version #45, add bonus-specific conditions. A casino bonus balance below £2 with total casino balance below £2 is moved to cash. Only one casino bonus and one sports bonus can be active. Roulette or baccarat bets covering 67% or more of outcomes, such as 24 numbers or more in roulette, do not count toward wagering, and equal or low-margin bets count as irregular play. Clause 14(9) says maximum winnings limits apply to sports betting and some promotions; no cap on casino wins is stated.
100% up to £25, 3,000+ games, chat until 01:00
The UK welcome offer for casino players is a 100% bonus up to £25 on the first deposit, and the sports offer is 100% up to £50. The About page counts 3,000+ casino games, more than 2,800 slots from studios including Playtech, Blueprint and Pragmatic Play, and a live casino with Crazy Time and Mega Fire Blaze. Live chat runs from 08:00 to 01:00 and phone support from 08:00 to 23:00. Responsible gambling tools cover a budget calculator, deposit and loss limits, a time-out and GAMSTOP, which can take a number of days to become active (16(5)).
The South African site: Safety Index 5.5 and 28 complaints
10bet.co.za is a different business. According to casino.org and CasinoGuru, it is run by Edcobrite (Pty) Ltd under Mpumalanga Economic Regulator licence 9-2-1-09661, takes rand, and offers 100% up to R5,000 with 35x wagering over a month and a R20 minimum deposit. Deposits include Visa, Mastercard, Ozow, Capitec Pay, EFT, three voucher types, Bitcoin and Ethereum, while withdrawals are by EFT only. An EFT is listed at a day or two in one place, but casino.org gives 1-4 hours, 0-24 hours and a day or two in different places.
CasinoGuru's ZA review rates the site 5.5, Below average, calls its terms mostly fair, counts 28 complaints (6 resolved, 22 rejected) and lists 19 payment methods; a snippet of its review mentions a net win limit of R500,000 per day. Trustpilot shows 4.0 stars from 71 reviews. Nothing independent is available for the UK site: no CasinoGuru score, AskGamblers page or Trustpilot count was found, so that site's track record rests on its own terms.
Which 10bet suits whom
The UK site suits a resident of the UK, Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey who deposits £10 or more by debit card, wants a combined sportsbook and casino, and can supply a passport and a utility bill under 6 months old. It is less suited to a player who will leave a balance unused for 12 months, who plans to cash out from several funding sources, or who needs a casino bonus larger than £25. The South African site is for rand players, and its 5.5 Safety Index and 22 rejected complaints out of 28 are reasons to read the terms before depositing there.
