The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
32Red is run by Platinum Gaming Limited of Gibraltar, holds UK Gambling Commission account 45322 and accepts only residents of the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, and it bars residents of the United States outright. Its terms, version 2.3 dated 28/09/2026, set a £250,000 cap on a single casino wager, a £5 monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity and a £10 minimum on the banking page against £5 in clause 11(4). Card withdrawals sit pending for at least 24 hours, e-wallets take up to 12 hours and bank transfers 1-3 working days. Trustpilot shows 3 stars from 3,330 reviews, and no CasinoGuru score was found.
Platinum Gaming Limited, account 45322, four permitted territories
Clause 2(1) names Platinum Gaming Limited, a Gibraltar company with registration number 114100 and a registered office at Sovereign Place, 117 Main Street. Its trading names include Unibet, 32Red and Bingo.com. The site footer says the company is licensed by the Gambling Commission under account number 45322 for customers registered in Great Britain, and by the Government of Gibraltar under licences 091 and 092. The About page adds that 32Red is part of FDJ UNITED, the group behind Unibet, bingo.com and Maria Casino, and lists 32Red Ltd with company registration 83626.
There is no long banned-country list to check. Clause 4(3) says the casino currently accepts customers resident in four places only: the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Clause 4(2) adds that a player must be 18 or older, must not be self-excluded through GAMSTOP and must not have had an account with the group that was previously restricted or closed. English law applies and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction (28(1) and 28(2)).
£10 in, 24 hours pending, 1-3 days out
Deposits are by debit card (Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Electron) or an online payment service such as PayPal. Clause 9(2) bans credit cards, including a credit card stored in PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The banking page sets a £10 minimum on card deposits, up to 3 debit cards on one account, no fees and instant crediting. PaysafeCard is capped at £425 per deposit and cannot be used to withdraw, so a Paysafe depositor needs a bank account for payouts. Direct bank transfers into the casino are refused; Trustly is named as the route for paying from a bank.
Withdrawals go back to the method used to deposit. A card withdrawal stays pending for a minimum of 24 hours before processing. E-wallet payouts average up to 12 hours. Bank transfers take 1-3 working days, and requests of £100k or more may be paid in increments. A card withdrawal requested on a Monday morning therefore cannot leave the pending state before Tuesday, and the card issuer's own time comes on top. There is no fee on withdrawals to online payment services or UK debit cards (clause 11(6)).
- Minimum deposit: £10 (banking page)
- Fees on deposits: none
- PaysafeCard deposit: £10 to £425, no withdrawals to it
- E-wallet withdrawal: up to 12 hours
- Bank transfer withdrawal: 1-3 working days
£10 or £5: two minimum withdrawals
The casino contradicts itself on the smallest payout. The banking page states a minimum withdrawal of £10 for cards and e-wallets. Clause 11(4) of the terms says the standard minimum is £5 to any payment service, and that a customer whose balance is lower than that can contact support to withdraw the full amount. A player holding £7 should expect the clause to apply, but the banking page suggests otherwise, so asking support first is the safer step.
The banking page also lists ten currencies, from pounds and euros to Japanese yen. Given that the terms accept only residents of four territories, a UK player will in practice play in sterling, and clause 9(5) warns that depositing in another currency may bring a foreign exchange fee. Funds are protected by a bank guarantee at the UK Gambling Commission's medium protection level (9(12)).
Verification before the first deposit
Clause 6(6) is stricter than many casino terms: a player cannot deposit, withdraw or gamble until name, address and date of birth are verified. The casino says it will tell the player which restrictions and documents apply before the first deposit and after each login. Clause 6(1) allows checks of age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances and the source of the funds deposited, and lists a passport, driving licence, birth certificate, financial statements and documents supporting the expenditure on the account.
If the checks cannot be completed, clause 6(4) lets the casino suspend and ultimately close the account, and withhold funds where regulation requires it. Clause 11(1) b ties every withdrawal to completed checks and warns that a delay in sending documents delays the payout. For a UK player the practical point is that documents should be ready on day one: the 24-hour pending period on cards starts only after the account is cleared.
The £250,000 cap, the 6-month deadline and the £5 fee
Clause 10(2) caps casino and live casino winnings at £250,000 for any one wager or gameplay transaction, with exceptions for progressive jackpot games and promotions that advertise a different limit. A claim for winnings that the player believes are unpaid must be made within six months of the event (10(3)). An account unused for 12 consecutive months becomes inactive; once a month has passed after the first notification, a fee of £5 a month may be deducted until the balance reaches zero (18(1)). A £60 balance would be gone after 12 months of fees.
If a malfunction or error credits winnings, clause 16(5) lets the casino void the transactions and withhold the winnings even if the game could have produced the same amount, and a player who already withdrew them must pay them back. Under clause 15(2) an account under investigation is frozen and its funds cannot be withdrawn, and clause 20(2) allows the casino to set off a balance against money the player owes it. Each account is limited to one per brand (8(1)), and extra accounts can be closed with their winnings voided (8(2)).
320 free spins for £30, wagered 10x
The welcome offer on the casino bonus page asks for a £30 deposit and £30 wagered on slots, after which 320 free spins on Big Bass Splash are credited at £0.10 each, a total value of £32. Winnings from the spins carry a 10x wagering requirement. The offer must be opted into within 24 hours and expires a month after opt-in; the spins must be used within a week. Deposits made by credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or Neteller do not qualify, and the bonus page has the full conditions. Slots count 100% and table games 10%, and a bet above £15 per spin on bonus funds breaches the terms.
More than 3000 games and the PlayCheck record
The About page promises over 3000 online games across slots, video poker and card games, with a live casino, sports and poker in the same account. No provider list is published on the pages that were read, and demo play buttons appear on the game tiles. PlayCheck lets a player replay the last 90 days of game rounds, showing cards dealt in blackjack and where the ball landed in roulette, which is useful when a round is disputed.
The Safer Gambling page lists a deposit limit, a net deposit limit, a product block, reality check, time out and self-exclusion including GAMSTOP. A complaint not resolved within eight weeks becomes a dispute that can go to eCOGRA (clause 30(2)).
3 stars from 3,330 Trustpilot reviews, no complaint file found
Trustpilot's UK page for 32Red shows 3 stars from 3,330 reviews. CasinoGuru's Safety Index for 32Red was not found, AskGamblers has no review page for the casino, and no individual complaint with an amount or date turned up. That makes the terms above the main evidence: they are specific and public, but nothing independent here confirms how often payouts are delayed or disputed. An average of 3 stars over 3,330 reviews is a mixed record, not a clean one.
Who 32Red suits, and who should look elsewhere
It suits a UK resident who pays by debit card or PayPal, is happy to verify before depositing and wants a licensed operator with a medium level of fund protection. A player who deposits £30 by debit card for the welcome spins should plan for the 24-hour pending period on the way out. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants to deposit with a credit card, Apple Pay or Paysafe and keep the welcome offer, for a player who plans a long break from a small balance (the £5 monthly fee applies after 12 months), or for anyone living outside the four permitted territories.
