711 BV from Bruges, licence 1976 until March 2027

Article 2 of the terms names 711 BV, a Belgian private company at Gistelse Steenweg 300 bus 201, 8200 Bruges, Belgian enterprise number 0762709614 and Dutch chamber of commerce number 84777834. The licence reference is 1976/01.259.998 and runs for five years, from 16 March 2022 to and including 15 March 2027. The Kansspelautoriteit publication states that the board granted it on 15 March 2022 and amended the conditions on 8 July 2024 to add a new gambling category. The OpenOverGokken register gives the end date as 16 March 2027, one day later than the terms.

The licence period therefore ends on 15 March 2027. Dutch law applies, and the courts of the district of Zeeland have exclusive jurisdiction (article 14.7). Article 10 says the games and platform belong to Oryx Gaming Limited or other partners of 711 BV. The casino offers casino games and sports betting under the single brand 711.

Withdrawals: 48 hours aimed for, last deposit account only

Deposits can be made with iDEAL/Wero, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, without a fee from 711 (article 6.4). The first deposit has to be an iDEAL payment from the player's own IBAN, which verifies the account (5.2, step 5). All withdrawals go to the bank account of the last successful deposit, not to a card or PayPal.

Article 8 says 711 tries to execute each payment within 48 hours, that weekends and holidays can add time, and that the transfer goes to the bank the same day if no external checks are needed from game providers or other third parties. Weekends and holidays are the only delay causes the article names. A minimum withdrawal amount is not stated. External jackpots are paid only after the outside partner has sent the money to 711, and 711 may refuse a withdrawal if the player turns out to be in CRUKS.

Two fees: €0.40 under €1 and 15% on idle money

Article 6.4 reserves a transaction cost of €0.40 on withdrawals below €1. It also reserves 15% administration costs for consecutive deposits and withdrawals without any wagering. On a €200 deposit taken straight back out, that is €30. The payments page adds that iDEAL deposits and withdrawals carry no transaction costs from 711, and that banks or payment services may charge their own.

Limits: €300 or €700 net, and a 7-day wait for raises

The responsible gaming page states the legal net deposit limit as €300 a month for players aged 18 to 23 and €700 for players aged 24 and over. Support must be contacted before a monthly deposit limit above €150 for the younger group or above €350 for the older group is set. Increases take effect after 7 days, decreases at once.

Time limits reach at most 12 hours a day, 50 hours a week and 150 hours a month, and they count the whole logged-in time. Players choose a balance limit too: with a €1,000 limit and a balance of €1,500, at least €500 must be withdrawn before play continues. Self-exclusion runs for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, a product block for the same periods, and CRUKS from 6 months to 99 years.

Verification: Dutch papers only

Registration needs a photo of a Dutch identity card, Dutch driving licence, Dutch passport or Dutch residence document, then personal data, an IBAN, limits and the iDEAL deposit (article 5.2). Only two characters per field of the read-out can be corrected. Players must be 18 or older and not in CRUKS (5.1). 711 may ask for any document it needs to approve deposits or withdrawals (6.4), may check creditworthiness, and keeps personal data for 5 years after the relationship ends. If it suspects a player is underage, it blocks stakes and winnings and, if proof is not given in time, returns the stake and keeps the winnings (6.4 B).

Rules that can cost money: a €500 liability cap

Liability is capped at the lower of the stakes received in the three months before the complaint or €500 (article 7). A win of €5,000 lost to a fault would be compensated, at most, with €500. Winnings from bugs or errors outside normal play are cancelled (article 9). Accounts inactive for 12 months or more can be closed, with the balance paid out (article 13).

Complaints must be sent within 6 months and are handled within 8 weeks unless very complex (14.2). If an account is closed for a breach, accumulated winnings from that breach are lost (article 12). Customer service is available 24/7 by chat, email and phone (14.2).

Welcome offer: 100% up to €250 with 30x wagering

The offer is a 100% deposit bonus up to €250 on one deposit of choice, for players registered from 23 December 2025. The bonus is valid for 180 days and must be wagered 30 times, so a €50 deposit means €1,500 of wagering. Sports bets do not count. The general bonus terms limit bonuses to players aged 24 and over, and one per account, address, email, bank card or IP address. Real money is used first, and bonus money cannot be withdrawn until the bonus is wagered, expired or cancelled.

The bonus terms also cover deposit free spins, with 30x wagering on the total win and validity until 3 days after the promotion ends. In their own example, a €50 deposit earns 50 free spins worth €0.4 each, the spins win €25 in total, and €750 must be wagered before a withdrawal.

Who this suits and who should avoid it

It suits a Dutch player aged 24 or over who uses iDEAL and accepts the 30x wagering for the €250 offer. It suits less a player who deposits and withdraws without playing, who faces 15% costs, or a player who needs to be paid within hours, since 48 hours is only an aim. Anyone without Dutch identity papers cannot complete registration.
