Clause 1 of the terms names FPO Nederland BV of Kerkrade, KvK 81787774, as operator, and clause 2.1 states that it holds a Kansspelautoriteit licence for remote gambling numbered 1605. The About page gives the longer number 1605/01.247.159 and says FPO was one of the first 10 companies to receive a Dutch licence in 2021. A third-party register summary cites licence 3657 valid from 1 October 2026 to 1 October 2031, which differs from the number on the site, so the licence reference may have been reissued on renewal. Dutch courts have exclusive jurisdiction (clause 21.2).

The parent group, Janshen-Hahnraths, claims 60 years of experience in the Dutch slot machine trade. Terms version 1.2 is valid from 11 July 2024, and bonus terms version 11 is dated 22 September 2026.

Netherlands residents with a BSN only

Clause 3.3 allows only persons living in the Netherlands with a citizen service number (BSN) to register; companies cannot open accounts. The minimum age is 18 (clause 3.2), but the bonus terms raise this to 24 for any bonus. At registration the casino checks identity with a document showing the BSN and consults CRUKS, the national exclusion register, so a single listing there blocks the account (clauses 3.4, 3.5 and 5.1). Withdrawals go only to the player's own bank account, and only after that account has funded the casino at least once (clauses 8.5 to 8.7). Anonymous payment tools are refused, and tax due under the Dutch gambling tax law is withheld before payout (clause 8.11).

The 10% fee on a second account

Clause 6.2 allows 1 account per person, per name and per IP address. If a player has 2 accounts, all of them are blocked immediately, winnings and bonuses from the period of duplication are void and can be reclaimed, and any remaining balance is returned minus an administration fee of 10% of the balance, with a minimum of €20 per duplicate account. A duplicate holding €138 therefore costs €20, not €13.80, because the floor applies; one holding €674 costs €67.40. Shared connections such as hotels must contact support before opening a second account on the same IP (clause 6.3).

Clause 8.9 lets the casino refuse to pay a balance when it suspects a breach and to claw back amounts already paid.

One year of silence ends the registration

If the account is not used for a year, the casino ends the registration, after sending a notice 1 month earlier; logging in prevents the closure (clause 7.5). No inactivity fee is stated, so the cost is only the hassle of recovering a balance. A suspension for an investigation lasts at most 6 months (clause 7.6), during which the account is closed to play but the player can still see the account data.

Bonus rules in one place

The welcome bonus is 100% up to €250 for a deposit of at least €10, with a maximum of €250 for a €250 deposit. The bonus terms give a worked example of a 30x requirement: a €50 bonus means €1,500 of bets, and a €187 bonus at 30x would mean €5,610. Lowering a limit takes effect at once, raising one only after at least 1 week.
