Allwyn Česko a.s. and licence MF-28856/2020/73-441

Paragraph 1 of the general terms names Allwyn Česko a.s., Evropská 866/69, Praha 6, company number 26493993, entered in the Prague commercial register on 28 November 2001. The casino opened in 2018 under the Sazka name and kept it when the group rebranded to Allwyn in January 2026. The Czech review site zatocsi.cz gives the licence as MF-28856/2020/73-441, and CasinoGuru lists the Czech Ministry of Finance as a verified licensor.

One Můj účet account covers lotteries, scratch cards, SazkaBet betting and Sazka Hry. If Allwyn finds a second account, it cancels the later one or all of them (paragraph 2). The terms follow Czech law and Czech courts, and an unresolved consumer dispute can go to the Czech Trade Inspection at adr@coi.cz (paragraph 20). Changes to the terms are announced at least 6 days before they apply, and a player who objects must cancel the account at least 3 days before that date.

No country list, because only Czech residents can register

Sazka Hry publishes no list of restricted countries. Paragraph 2 sets a residence rule instead: the player must be over 18, listed in the Czech basic population register, and absent from the Register of excluded persons kept by the Ministry of Finance. Paragraph 3 asks for a Czech mobile number (+420) and an address in the Czech Republic, so a Czech passport held abroad does not help.

Allwyn has offered no temporary, unverified account since 1 January 2024 (paragraph 4), so identification comes before the first bet.

Cash out only by bank transfer or at a sales point, max CZK 10,000 a day

Deposits can come from a registered bank account, a registered card or another payment instrument, or as cash of up to CZK 10,000 per 24 hours at a sales point with an Allwyn terminal (paragraph 10). Withdrawals have two routes (paragraph 11): cash at a sales point or a bank transfer to the registered payment account. Paragraph 9 adds that a registered card serves for deposits only, so a card win cannot go back to the card.

Cash is the quick route and the narrow one, since a cash request is limited to CZK 10,000 in 24 hours, produces an SMS code valid for 24 hours, and any sales point pays up to CZK 1,000 on the spot, and above that the player agrees the amount with the point first. A balance of CZK 25,000 therefore needs three days of cash requests (CZK 10,000, CZK 10,000 and CZK 5,000), and no second request is possible until the first is collected.

On the bank route, zatocsi.cz lists a minimum withdrawal of CZK 0.01 and no maximum. The terms say a transfer request is usually processed the next business day, so a request made on Friday is not processed before Monday. Zatocsi.cz, in a review dated 25 September 2026, says approvals run twice a day and that most payouts arrive within 1 business day, with some taking 2. A reviewer on the same site (8 June 2026, 65%) complained that money goes out only at 8 and 12 o'clock and that weekends lag.

The 30-day identification window and the 7-day account change rule

Paragraph 2 requires identification before the first bet on any internet game. Age and identity are checked first against the population register through the Ministry of Finance (paragraph 3). The player then has 30 days from sending the form to confirm the e-mail, set or refuse self-limits, register a payment account or card, deposit from it and pick a verification method.

The methods are a visit to a sales point, bank identification under section 8a of the anti-money-laundering law, or identification under section 11. Zatocsi.cz lists Bank ID, a branch visit, and an upload of 2 identity documents that it calls slower, and notes that NeteraID and Czech POINT are missing.

The payment account is proved by a first transfer from it, with the name matched to the player. An incoming payment is credited after a check that Allwyn completes within 2 business days at the latest, and a verified account can be replaced only once per 7 days (paragraph 9). Politically exposed persons and people tied to a high-risk third country must supply extra customer information before they play (paragraph 3).

24 months of silence, a 10-day debt rule and the CZK 50,000 tax line

An account with no login for 24 months is cancelled, as long as no bet is open and none was settled in the last 30 days (paragraph 6). The serious breaches that end an account include false registration data, bot software, sharing access, using a foreign payment instrument and abusing bonuses. The player can object within 15 days and gets an answer within 30 days (paragraphs 6 and 6a).

Paragraph 14 treats use of the account only to move cash to a bank account as misuse. After repeat offences Allwyn may charge its costs to the balance, and a negative balance must be repaid within 10 days. Paragraphs 12 and 16 let Allwyn take back a bonus or balance credited by a system error.

Winnings up to CZK 50,000 are exempt from income tax. Lottery wins above that are taxed at source, but for betting, technical and live games Allwyn withholds nothing and the player taxes the net win above CZK 50,000 per year (paragraph 19). Complaints must be filed within 6 months and are answered within 30 days (paragraph 15). The account history covers 365 days, and only 30 days for instant lotteries and technical games (paragraph 13).

Over 1,000 titles, but 25 or 29 providers depending on who counts

Zatocsi.cz counts over 1,000 games, over 950 of them slots, plus a large live casino, exclusive titles, bonus-buy and Megaways slots, and no poker room. CasinoGuru counts 25 providers on 16 October 2026, while zatocsi.cz says 29. The two figures conflict, and neither site explains what it counted.

Self-limits on stake, net loss, logins and session time are set at registration or refused one by one (paragraph 7). A tightened limit applies at once, a loosened one only after 7 days. The block button stops all play for 48 hours, with extensions from 1 week to 6 months, and removal of a long-term register entry can be requested after 1 year (paragraph 7a). Zatocsi.cz adds a code for 10 free therapy sessions through the partner Hedepy.

3 complaints, 3 rejected, and a 3.2-star Trustpilot page

CasinoGuru (scrape of 16 October 2026) rates the terms fair with 0 issues found and does not blacklist the casino. It records 3 complaints: 0 open, 0 resolved and 3 rejected. No amounts or dates are in the record, so the cases cannot be judged one by one. Trustpilot's page for sazka.cz shows 3.2 stars from 1 review, and AskGamblers has no review.

The editors of zatocsi.cz score the casino 94% overall, with bonuses at 91%, games 97%, payments 88%, web 91% and support 96%. Payments is the lowest, and the text agrees with the clauses above: only 6 methods, no e-wallet and no instant online withdrawal. User reviews there run from 92% on 11 August 2026 to 65% on 8 June 2026. These are the scores of an affiliate site, an opinion and not an audit.

The CZK 300 welcome offer in one paragraph

According to zatocsi.cz the registration bonus is CZK 300 on the account, to be wagered 1x before withdrawal. A deposit from CZK 100 adds 700 free spins at CZK 1 each, and a deposit bonus of 100% up to CZK 100,000 carries 35x wagering. Allwyn keeps its bonus rules in a separate document, so check the current terms before taking an offer.

Who should play here and who should not

Sazka Hry suits a Czech resident who deposits by bank transfer, wants one account for lotteries, betting and casino, and accepts payouts on the next business day. A player holding CZK 10,000 or less can also collect cash at a sales point on the same day.

It suits poorly a player who wants a card or e-wallet payout, since paragraph 9 rules out card withdrawals, and anyone living outside the Czech Republic. A player who often wins more than CZK 50,000 net a year in technical or live games should also plan for the tax on that part.
