The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
SYNOT TIP is the casino of the Czech company SYNOT TIP, a.s. and pays out only to payment instruments registered in the player's own name. The terms published on its account site set the key numbers: a transfer between the land-based and the internet account is capped at CZK 10,000 per 24 hours, payouts above CZK 100,000 go only by bank transfer, and a source-of-funds check can start at €2,000. No CasinoGuru, AskGamblers or Trustpilot entry exists for the Czech site. The picture therefore rests on the casino's own 43 numbered terms and on the review site zatocsi.cz, which scores it 91%. This review reads both for a Czech player.
SYNOT TIP, a.s., company number 26301091, and its licence
The operator is SYNOT TIP, a.s., Jaktáře 1475, Uherské Hradiště - Mařatice, company number 26301091, entered at the Regional Court in Brno under section B, file 3827. Zatocsi.cz dates the brand to 2000 as a betting office and says the online casino followed 17 years later, and it gives the licence as MF-28659/2022/73-159.
The terms rest on the permits of the Czech Ministry of Finance (point 1) and on the Gambling Act no. 186/2016 (point 33). A player who is unhappy with a complaint answer can go to the Czech Trade Inspection (point 38).
No country list, but a Czech registration and one bank account
SYNOT TIP publishes no list of restricted countries. Registration runs under Czech law: age 18 is verified and a person entered in the Register of excluded persons is refused (points 2 and 15). The FAQ says registration can be finished online through bank identity with any of 11 banks, among them Air Bank, Česká spořitelna, MONETA Money Bank, ČSOB, Komerční banka, Raiffeisenbank and Fio banka, or at a gaming hall.
Point 40 adds an odd clause: a US citizen or US resident may not transact through accounts at Česká spořitelna, and the company may claim damages if that happens.
H-account, I-account and the CZK 10,000 transfer between them
Each player has two accounts. The H-account serves land-based play and the I-account serves internet play, and a transfer between them is limited to CZK 10,000 in 24 hours (definitions and point 10). Money can enter the I-account by bank transfer, by a card issued to a bank account, by a transfer from the H-account, or by other payment systems that are legal in Czechia (point 13).
Money leaves the I-account only by transfer to the registered bank account or another registered payment instrument (points 10 and 13). Only one account can be active at a time and it must carry the player's own name; registering someone else's payment instrument is a serious breach of the terms (points 13 and 30). The FAQ says the number of verified payment methods is unlimited, but only 1 is active, and that a player with no account in his own name can play only in the halls.
Instant up to CZK 10,000 a day, then the bank
Zatocsi.cz, in a review dated 30 September 2026, tabulates the cashier. Card and e-wallet withdrawals are instant, but instant payouts are capped at CZK 10,000 per day. A card must first be assigned by a deposit and can pay out only 72 hours after assignment. More than CZK 10,000 a day therefore goes through the bank account, which has no maximum and usually takes 1 business day. Point 28 of the terms adds that payouts above CZK 100,000 are made only as a cashless transfer to the account named by the player.
The same table lists the methods below and notes that the cashier shows only minimum limits, not maximum ones. Another summary of the cashier gives CZK 10,000 per card transaction, while zatocsi.cz says per day, and the casino's public pages do not settle which is right.
- Card and Apple Pay or Google Pay: from CZK 50
- Bank transfer: from CZK 1 both ways, no maximum
- NeteraPay and Skrill: instant withdrawals up to CZK 10,000 a day
- Aircash: deposit from CZK 100, withdrawal from CZK 30
- Abon: CZK 100 to CZK 1,200
- PaysafeCard: CZK 200 to CZK 24,000 with a 5% fee
- SYNOT TIP Cash at partner shops: CZK 100 to CZK 10,000
Verification: age proof first, a source-of-funds check from €2,000
The responsible gambling page says age is confirmed by a visit to a gaming hall or through bank identity, and that the account is not fully active until then. Under points 10 and 25 the company must ask for the source of money when a deposit or bet exceeds €2,000, and for politically exposed persons. A player who refuses to give identity data when the law requires it can be refused bets, payouts or registration (point 11).
To play online the player must also set a bank account number and upload proof that he owns it (FAQ). Zatocsi.cz notes that identity can be checked only through Bank ID or a branch, with no NeteraID or Czech POINT form.
24 months, a 15-day objection window and odds of 1
An account with no login for 24 months can be cancelled (point 32). For serious breaches such as false data, sharing credentials or using another person's payment means, the cancellation is free, bets already placed stay valid, and the player has 15 days to object and receives a written answer within 30 days. Funds credited unlawfully can be blocked or reversed (point 27).
Bonus abuse, including software fraud or opening several accounts, lets the company change or cancel bonuses, and the player pays the resulting damage (point 42). Obviously wrong odds are settled at odds of 1 (point 37). Complaints must be made in writing within 6 months and are decided within 30 days (point 21). Replacing a lost BENEFIT card costs CZK 150 (point 8). Changes to the terms are published at least 1 week ahead, and a player may cancel the account 3 days before they apply (point 43).
Limits are available too: a maximum weekly loss and a temporary or permanent block (responsible gaming page). The Panic button excludes for 48 hours or 1 year, and loosening a limit takes effect only after 7 days or at the next calendar month (FAQ).
Over 1,300 games from 24 providers
Zatocsi.cz counts over 1,300 games from 24 providers, with over 1,200 slots from 21 slot makers, 7 jackpot providers covering over 600 jackpot slots, live casino, a poker room and scratch cards, but no lotteries. The casino lobby shows rows for SynotGames, Hacksaw, E-gaming, Apollo, Tech4Bet, Adell, Casimi, Kajot, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Amusnet and EGT Digital, plus sections for exclusive games, Buy Bonus and live dealers.
Support answers on the free line 800 888 100, by live chat and by e-mail, and zatocsi.cz rates it 83%, the lowest of its six scores, mainly because the help section is thin.
No outside record, a 91% affiliate score
The usual outside checks are empty for the Czech site: no AskGamblers review, no Trustpilot profile and no CasinoGuru entry. CasinoGuru's Synot Tip review covers a separate Slovak site, so its figures do not describe this site.
Zatocsi.cz scores the casino 91% overall: security 93%, bonuses 85%, payments 94%, web 93% and support 83%. Its user reviews give 83% (8 June 2026) and 67% (18 May 2026). These are the opinions of an affiliate site and 2 users, not an audit.
The CZK 200 weekend offer and the 100% deposit bonus
The promo page lists a weekend game: a deposit of at least CZK 200 with code WITCH31, bets of CZK 2,000 in Fire Witch, then 40 free spins worth CZK 200 at CZK 5 a spin, valid 31 October to 1 November 2026. Zatocsi.cz lists a 100% deposit bonus up to CZK 50,000 over the first 4 deposits from CZK 50, with wagering of 30x, 35x, 40x and 40x.
Who should play here and who should not
SYNOT TIP suits a Czech resident with a bank account in his own name who values the SynotGames catalogue, deposits from CZK 50, and takes payouts of up to CZK 10,000 a day instantly by card or e-wallet.
It suits poorly a player who wants to withdraw more than CZK 10,000 a day quickly, since the rest waits for a bank day, anyone without a bank account in his own name, anyone outside Czechia, and a player who wants an outside complaint record before depositing.
