How WOW Vegas got 3.5/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index6.3/10weight 60%
Trustpilot4.3/5weight 10%
Combined: 6.6/10, shown as 3.5/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for WOW Vegas, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
WOW Vegas stands out for a 7-day document deadline and a $50.00 liability cap. Its Terms and Conditions, version 10.0 of 23 October 2026, give 7 days to hand over documents after a request, expire WOW Coins 60 days after they are received, and cap total liability at $50.00. Players need only be over 18 under the terms, and the Sweeps Coin rules are shown to registered players only. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 6.3, Below average, AskGamblers shows 3.5 from 18 ratings with bank payouts in 1 to 5 days, and Trustpilot shows 4.3 from about 17,000 reviews.
MW Services Limited of Gibraltar and WOWCom Services Inc of Delaware
Two companies stand behind the brand. MW Services Limited, registration 120828, has its address at 5-9 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. WOWCom Services Inc, company 5834875, is a Delaware corporation at 1013 Centre Road, Suite 403-B, Wilmington. The terms define the casino as both of them together. The home page claims 2,000+ games and 5M+ players.
The terms state in capitals that the platform offers no real money gambling of any type. WOW Coins have no monetary value and cannot under any circumstance be redeemed for prizes; the Gold Coin label on the site refers to WOW Coins only. Prize redemption belongs to Sweeps Coins, and the page that covers them is shown to registered players only, so redemption minimums and payout times are not stated in the public terms.
Over 18, and the states the terms leave out
The terms ask for an age over 18 or the higher age of majority where the player lives. That is lower than the 21 that the other US sweepstakes casinos reviewed here require. AgeChecker collects data at sign-up and Sumsub handles later document checks.
The terms text does not list excluded states. Third-party reports from May 2026 say registration is unavailable in Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada and Washington, that Sweeps Coins play ended in New Jersey in 2025 and in Illinois on 1 May 2026, that a Tennessee ban was signed on 22 May 2026 and that a Louisiana dual-currency law applies from 1 August 2026. AskGamblers also lists California, and the sources do not agree on it. Using a VPN, a proxy or false location data is a breach (clause 2) and can lead to deactivation under clause 15.2, with balances withheld under clause 15.3.
7 days to deliver documents
If an identification, credit or other check cannot be completed because the player has not provided the documents within 7 days of the request, the casino may deactivate the account. Until the check is finished the player cannot buy WOW Coins. Enhanced due diligence can ask for a passport, a utility bill, source of funds, financial standing and occupation, and the casino does not have to tell the player that an investigation is running.
The name on the account must match government identification exactly. For purchases the cardholder name must match too, and a mismatch suspends the account the moment it is detected. Against the 30 days that McLuck gives, a week is tight for anyone waiting on a utility bill.
60 days: inactive accounts and expiring coins
An account is inactive after more than 60 days without a log in or log out. If no transaction is recorded for 60 consecutive days, the casino may zero the WOW Coins balance without any refund of purchases. Separately, WOW Coins expire 60 days after they were received, so a daily bonus collected today is gone in 2 months whether the player logs in or not.
Purchases are not refundable, because buying WOW Coins is the purchase of a temporary licence. A processing fee may be charged and is shown at checkout. A chargeback suspends the account and the amount becomes a debt. If a legal change hits a region, the casino can suspend access there and all WOW Coins held there become void with no compensation.
$50.00 liability and 30 days of payments
The liability clause is the sharpest in the document. The casino is not liable for more than the amount the player paid in the 30 days before the claim, and the maximum liability under the terms may not exceed $50.00. The ceiling, set at $50.00, applies to all claims taken together. A player who paid nothing in those 30 days has only one remedy: to stop using the platform and close the account.
Disputes go to arbitration run by the American Arbitration Association. The opt-out must reach support@wowvegas.com with the subject ARBITRATION OPT OUT within 30 days of first accepting the terms. The complaint route comes first: the casino aims to answer within 5 calendar days, may take up to 10 days, and tells the player of a delay within 3 days.
Forum posts and confiscated balances
If WOW Vegas decides a player abuses a promotion, it can withhold or cancel the bonus. If the player shares promotion details on forums or tells others how to exploit them, the terms allow the casino to confiscate the coin balance as well. Sharing identification documents or offers emailed to a specific group of players is also barred (clause 7).
The casino may adjust a player's VIP status without notice (clause 4.9), and mistaken credits stay its property and are deducted at the first opportunity (clause 5.7).
Time-out, self-exclusion and a purchase limit
The terms (clause 6.4) offer time-out, self-exclusion and a limit on WOW Coin purchases, and point to a Responsible Social Gaming policy that the terms do not reproduce. The terms name blocking tools such as NetNanny and Gamblock for players who want to keep themselves away. AskGamblers lists a deposit limit, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and no loss or time limits.
Support runs by email only. CasinoGuru notes that the site has no live chat, which counts against it in its Safety Index of 6.3.
3.5 on AskGamblers, 4.3 on Trustpilot
AskGamblers shows a player rating of 3.5 from 18 ratings, with e-wallet payouts in 1 to 3 days and bank payouts in 1 to 5 days. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from about 17,000 reviews. CasinoGuru's 6.3 is called Below average and is pulled down by many unresolved complaints; no total count was available from the sources.
AskGamblers lists a welcome offer of 1.5 million WOW Coins plus 35 Sweeps Coins for $9.99. The wagering on the Sweeps Coins is 1x, and a purchase at $9.99, the entry price AskGamblers quotes, opens the 35 Sweeps Coins. Other outlets report 250,000 WOW Coins plus 5 Sweeps Coins spread over 3 days, so the offer on the day may differ.
Who WOW Vegas suits
It suits a player aged over 18 in a state not on the third-party exclusion lists who plays often enough to use WOW Coins inside their 60-day life, can produce documents within 7 days and wants payouts of 1 to 5 days according to AskGamblers after a $9.99 first purchase.
It does not suit anyone in Washington, Nevada, Michigan or the other states reported as excluded, a player who wants a published Sweeps Coin redemption minimum before buying, or someone uncomfortable with a $50.00 cap on what the casino can owe.
