YoBingo Review

A Rank Group brand with seven DGOJ licence numbers

YoBingo.es is described on its About page as a registered brand of Rank Digital Ceuta S.A.U., part of The Rank Group. The page lists 7 licence numbers from the DGOJ held since 2012, from CO/1027/2012/0257 to ADC/2019/036. The same company runs yocasino.es, enracha.es and yosports.es, and clause 3 of the contract states that the user registration is single for all 4 sites, so one verified player has one wallet across bingo, casino and sports. The establishment year is given as 2012 in one listing and 2016 by CasinoGuru.

Clause 4.1 allows only natural persons resident in Spain. Review-site listings separately list Portugal under a Portuguese regulator, which suggests a second offer that the Spanish contract does not cover. The minimum age shown on the home page is 18.

The four rooms and how their jackpots fall

The main room is Super90, open around the clock, with a shared super jackpot of up to €145,000. Its progressive prize drops if a player calls bingo before the 37th ball. Suerte90 sells cards from 10 cents and pays its jackpot before the 36th ball, and it hosts a free game every Wednesday. Fortuna90 runs at night and needs bingo before the 41st ball. Yobinguera90 is the cheapest room, with cards from 1 cent and daily jackpots.

A player who needs the jackpot should note the ball limits: with 90 balls in play, a limit of 36 means the winner must complete the card in 40% of the draw, while 41 allows 45.6%. On top of the rooms the site schedules guaranteed bingos with prizes of up to €3,000, and cards at 1, 2, 5 or 10 cents at set times shown in a calendar. When the shared super jackpot falls, half of the accumulated pot is split among everyone who took part in that game.

• Super90: 24 hours, jackpot before ball 37
• Suerte90: cards from 10 cents, jackpot before ball 36
• Fortuna90: night room, jackpot before ball 41
• Yobinguera90: cards from 1 cent, daily jackpots

Getting money out: what the sources say

YoBingo has no payments page of its own; the address redirects to the home page. The cashier terms come from the shared contract and from review-site listings. Deposits are listed through Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Paysafecard, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MB Way and Multibanco, which is 9 methods in euros, and CasinoGuru counts 8. Withdrawal times in review-site listings are 1 to 3 days for bank and card. The sister casino states a €10 minimum withdrawal and 24 hours of processing on the same cashier, but that figure is not confirmed for this brand.

Clause 7, point 4 of the contract says withdrawal orders are executed within 24 hours of the order, after any checks, and that the withdrawable balance is at most deposits plus winnings. A bingo prize of €96.40 won on a Monday can therefore reach a card on Thursday, about 3 days later, if the 1 to 3 day range holds. The pages do not publish per-day or monthly ceilings, so the speed of a €10,000 jackpot payout cannot be stated.

€150 of play before any withdrawal is possible

Clause 6, point 3 caps deposits at a combined €150 until the identity file is checked through the DGOJ's service, and withdrawals are blocked whatever the prize. In bingo that matters, because a €2,100 prize in Super90 would sit locked until verification is complete. The player has 2 weeks to answer any verification request, otherwise the casino treats it as identity fraud and ends the contract. Third-party cards and bank accounts are banned, with the account blocked and withdrawals refused (clause 7, point 8). Extra checks such as selfies or facial recognition can pause the 24 hour clock.

The €5 monthly charge and the 3-month prize expiry

An account is inactive after 1 year without a deposit. From then on the operator charges €5 on the first day of each month while the account holds funds, and cancels an empty account (clauses 13.1 to 13.3). A leftover balance of €62 would be consumed in 12 months and a few days. A deposit followed by play stops the charge from the next month.

Prizes expire 3 months after they should have been credited (clause 14.2), and claims are accepted for 3 months after the event (14.1). Bonus winnings obey a separate rule: outside bingo, prizes won with promotional balance stay promotional until the conversion requirement is met, but the contract carves out bingo, where this limit does not apply (clause 12.10).

The welcome offer in one paragraph

Review-site listings list €5 for verifying the account plus up to €100 over the first 3 deposits. These are second-hand figures. Under clause 12.13 only one promotion is allowed per person, address, phone, payment account and IP, and clause 12.12 cancels the bonus if the deposit is withdrawn. The bonus page on this site carries the details.

Video bingo, slots and a live show

Beyond the rooms the site has 15 video bingo games, slots, Slingo, blackjack and live roulette with real croupiers. A live stream called El Show de YoBingo runs with presenters and special celebrity editions. Chat rooms have moderators. Support is by phone on 930 477 276 and by email at ayuda@yobingo.es; CasinoGuru does not mark live chat as 24/7.

Zero complaints on CasinoGuru, 204 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru records a Safety Index of 7.9, tier Above average, finds 1 issue in the terms (rating mostly fair) and lists 0 complaints. Its revenue tier is above €1,000,000 and the casino is not blacklisted. Trustpilot shows 3.7 from 204 reviews, against 266 reviews for the sister casino at the same score. AskGamblers has no review. A casino with no complaints is not necessarily one with no problems: the number of players who brought a case to CasinoGuru is small.

Limits and exclusion

Deposit limits per day, week and month start at regulated defaults. Raising one needs the DGOJ self-assessment test, takes effect within 3 days and locks further increases for 3 months. Self-exclusion lasts to a date chosen by the player and at least 6 months, and the national RGIAJ register is linked.

Who should play and who should skip

YoBingo suits a Spanish resident who wants a licensed bingo room, plays with cards of 10 cents to €1 and treats the €145,000 jackpot as a bonus. It is a poor choice outside Spain, for a player who wants a published payout ceiling, or for anyone who may leave a €30 balance idle: the charge would end it in 6 months.
