The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Dragon Money runs from drgn.casino under Dragon Money N.V. of Curacao, and it is built around rubles, Uzbek so'm and crypto rather than euros. Its published rules include x2 wagering on every deposit, a EUR 500 deposit ceiling and no withdrawals until the 24 hour KYC review is done, a weekly cashback of 10% that expires at 8:59 PM UTC on the day it is credited, and permanent blocking of accounts and balances for anyone masking their location. Eight places are listed as restricted. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 2.2, Very low, from 3 complaints, and the bonus forum LCB lists the casino as closed in April 2026 even though the site works.
Dragon Money N.V., two addresses and no licence number
The user agreement (version 9, dated 17 October 2025, or 17.10.2025 on the page) names Dragon Money N.V., registration number 159443, Chuchubiweg 17, Willemstad, Curacao. The footer gives the same registration number but a different address, Abraham de Veerstraat 9. None of the pages read states a licence number or a licensing authority. CasinoGuru lists the Curacao Gaming Authority and prints 159443 in the licence field, which is the company number, so the licence itself remains unverified. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2017 and an affiliate record to 2018.
The agreement names no governing law and no court. A complaint goes to support first, and the server record counts as evidence (clauses 20.1 and 20.2). The Terms and Conditions link opens a separate PDF, so 3 pages (the agreement, the KYC policy and the responsible gaming policy) carry the rules readable on the site.
LCB lists the casino as closed in April 2026. The site at drgn.casino was open with an agreement dated 17 October 2025, so the closure note conflicts with the site.
Rubles, so'm and crypto, and no euro balance
Clause 8.1 says the services are provided in Russian rubles, Uzbek so'm and cryptocurrencies. An affiliate record lists RUB, BTC, BCH, ETH, DOGE, TRX and USDT. LCB lists Visa, Mastercard, Piastrix, P2P transfers and crypto for deposits. The games are crash, nvuti, roulette, double, monopoly, slots and live dealers, with 0 welcome bonuses and a 10% weekly cashback. On termination the balance is returned less a transfer fee where one applies (8.9).
Only 8 restricted places, found in the KYC policy
The agreement itself lists no countries. The KYC policy does: the USA and its territories, France and its territories, the Netherlands and the Kingdom territories (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curacao and Sint Maarten), Australia, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain. The proof-of-residence rule adds Cyprus. That is 8 places against the 35 to 62 barred by other casinos reviewed here, and it works as a document rule: an ID or address from one of the 8 is rejected.
EUR 500 until the KYC team replies, then EUR 2,000 per deposit
The KYC policy carries the date 27.07.24. Full KYC starts when lifetime deposits pass EUR 2,000 or when any withdrawal is requested. The player uploads a photo ID, a selfie holding the ID and a bank statement or utility bill issued in the last 3 months. The ID must not expire within 3 months. After the upload the player is Temporarily Approved while the KYC team takes up to 24 hours. In that state the player can play but cannot deposit more than EUR 500 in total and cannot complete any withdrawal. Without KYC there are no further deposits or withdrawals at all.
After approval, each deposit is capped at EUR 2,000. Before any withdrawal, the casino runs an algorithmic and manual check on activity and balance to see that the amount comes from play. If the documents show different names than the payment system, the withdrawal can be refused (8.6).
x2 wagering and what the policy pages leave out
Clause 8.14 requires every deposit to be wagered at least twice before a withdrawal: a deposit of 100 rubles needs 200 rubles of bets at a game coefficient of x1. The agreement states no withdrawal limits, no minimum withdrawal, no processing time and no fee table. An affiliate record shows a limit of EUR 5,000 a month, but it is not on the pages read. Maximum bets are set per event and can change without notice, and the casino can set limits on individual accounts without giving reasons (9.5).
10% weekly cashback that expires the same day
Clause 8.15 pays a weekly cashback of 10% of deposits minus withdrawals minus transfers to other users, minus cashback already paid. If deposits are 10,000 rubles and withdrawals 4,000 rubles, the cashback is 600 rubles. It is credited at the end of the reporting week, Saturday 9:00 PM to Sunday 8:59 PM UTC, and unused cashback is void at 8:59 PM UTC on the day it is credited. A x3 wager applies before it can be withdrawn, so 600 rubles needs 1,800 rubles of bets. If the casino finds opposite bets or funds cycling, it may impose a wager of x25 or more on all funds in the account (8.15.7).
Clauses that annul balances
A deposit bonus is available once a day, and no more than 2 no-deposit bonuses may be taken in a row; breaking that can mean a block or a x50 wager on the balance (10.3). Using a VPN, proxy or any service that masks location or identity can lead to permanent blocking of accounts and balances (10.14). Linked accounts can be blocked and their funds retained (6.6), third-party funds lead to confiscated winnings (8.5), and funds on an account blocked for violations are annulled without compensation (14.2). Publishing negative information about the company can end in a block and annulled funds, or a x25 wager (10.15). An account without a login for 12 consecutive months is sent a termination notice and ended 30 days later (11.3 and 11.4). No inactivity fee is stated.
Self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years, no limit tools
Clause 11.5 gives a self-blocking function in the account's Self-Exclusion section. The responsible gaming policy (updated 29 September 2025, shown as 29.09.2025) says to message support for an exclusion of 6 months to 5 years, which cannot be undone during the period, and a new account in that time can lead to a ban of the original one. Deposit and time limits are only listed as hints to set yourself; no tool is described.
Safety Index 2.2 from 3 complaints
CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 2.2, Very low, with terms rated fair and no issues found. It records 3 complaints: 1 resolved, 1 unresolved and 1 rejected. It counts 121 game providers and 20 payment methods, estimates revenue under EUR 1,000,000 and lists live chat as available 24/7. AskGamblers and Trustpilot have 0 pages for the casino, and no complaint amounts are on file.
Who Dragon Money suits and who should avoid it
It suits a player who holds rubles, so'm or crypto, lives outside the 8 listed countries, accepts x2 deposit wagering and can wait a day for a document check before the first withdrawal. It is a poor fit for a player who needs published withdrawal limits and processing times, who wants a euro balance or a licence number to quote, or who connects through a VPN, since that can freeze the whole balance.
